Lithium-deficient LiYMn2O4 spinels (LD-LiYMn2O4) with nominal composition (0.9 ≤ Y < 1) have been synthesized by melt impregnation from Mn2O3 and LiNO3 at temperatures ranging from 700 °C to 850 °C. X-ray diffraction data show that LD-LiYMn2O4 spinels are obtained as single phases in the range Y = 0.975-1 at 700 °C and 750 °C. Morphological characterization by transmission electron microscopy shows that the particle size of LD-LiYMn2O4 spinels increases on decreasing the Li-content. The influence of the Li-content and the synthesis temperature on the thermal and electrochemical behaviours has been systematically studied. Thermal analysis studies indicate that the temperature of the first thermal effect in the differential thermal analysis (DTA)/thermogravimetric (TG) curves, TC1, linearly increases on decreasing the Li-content. The electrochemical properties of LD-LiYMn2O4 spinels, determined by galvanostatic cycling, notably change with the synthesis conditions. So, the first discharge capacity, Qdisch., at C rate increases on rising the Li-content and the synthesis temperature. The sample Li0.975Mn2O4 synthesized at 700 °C has a Qdisch. = 123 mAh g−1 and a capacity retention of 99.77% per cycle. This LD-LiYMn2O4 sample had the best electrochemical characteristics of the series.  相似文献

A spherical TiCl4/MgCl2‐based catalyst was used in the synthesis of in‐reactor polyethylene/polypropylene alloys by polyethylene homopolymerization and subsequent homopolymerization of propylene in the gas phase. Different conditions in the ethylene homopolymerization stage, such as monomer pressure and polymerization temperature, were investigated, and their influences on the structure and properties of in‐reactor alloys were studied. Raising the polymerization temperature is the most effective way of speeding up polymerization and regulating the ethylene content of polyethylene (PE)/polypropylene (PP) alloys, but it will cause a greater increase in the PE‐b‐PP block copolymer fraction (named fraction D) than in the fraction of PP‐block‐PE in which the PP segments have low or medium isotacticity (named fraction A). Although changing ethylene monomer pressure could influence the ethylene content of PE/PP alloys slightly, it is an effective way of regulating the structural distribution. Reducing the monomer pressure will evidently increase fractions A and D. The mechanical properties of the alloys, including impact strength and flexural modulus, can be regulated in a broad range with changes in polymerization conditions. These properties are highly dependent on the amount, distribution, and chain structure of fractions A and D. The impact strength is affected by both fraction A and fraction D in a complicated way, whereas the flexural modulus is mainly determined by the amount of fraction A. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Three types of pegylated amphiphilic copolymers of poly(δ‐valerolactone) (PVL) were copolymerized with methoxy poly(ethylene glycol) (MePEG) and poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG4000 and PEG10,000), respectively. Pegylation of PVL allowed copolymers possessing amphiphilic property and efficiently self‐assembled to form micelles with a low critical micelle concentration (CMC) in the range of 10?7–10?8M. The average molecular weight of copolymers was in the range of 10,000–20,000 Da, and the polydispersity of copolymers was about 1.7–1.8. Higher mobility of low molecular weight PEG (i.e., MePEG and PEG4000) than high molecular weight PEG10,000 allowed valerolactone ring opening more efficient in terms of PVL/MePEG and PVL/PEG4000 copolymers possessing longer chain length in hydrophobic domain. Pegylated PVL with low CMC and triblock structure was preferred to encapsulate drug during micelle formation. Although all of these amphiphilic copolymers exhibited controlled release character, the micelles formed by triblock copolymer possessed a more stable core‐shell conformation than that by diblock copolymer, and resulted in the release of drug from triblock micelles slower than that from diblock micelles. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The series of new dyes, which structures are based on 6H-indolo[2,3-b]quinoxaline skeleton that possess characteristic electronic absorption band at a boundary of UV and visible light were tested as potential light absorbing chromophores for photoinitiated polymerization.The studied dyes can be classified into two different groups. The first is the group, so called ‘the branched dyes’, which structures possess the part of molecule that can rotate without restraints and are characterized by low photoinitiation ability. The second, planar and rigid group of molecules provides another chromophores, which possess quite different properties in comparison to that observed for the branched dyes. Their photoinitiation ability is comparable to that observed for many commercially available photoinitiating systems.The location of electronic absorption spectra at a boundary of UV and visible light makes the tested dyes the good candidates for the photoinitiating system applied in dental restorative materials. Their high molar absorption coefficient allows to decrease the dyes concentration in dental formulation in comparison to commonly used camphorquinone.  相似文献

Transient isotopic studies in the temporal analysis of products (TAP) reactor evidenced the importance of the lifetime of oxygen species generated upon N2O decomposition on extraframework iron sites of Fe-silicalite for methane oxidation at 723 K. Fe-silicalite effectively activates CH4 when N2O and CH4 are pulsed together in the reactor. However, these oxygen species gradually become inactive for methane oxidation as the time delay between the N2O and CH4 pulses is increased from 0 to 2 s.  相似文献

采用共沉淀法制备了纳米稀土复合固体超强酸SO4^2-/ZrO2-2%Nd2O3催化剂,电镜分析表明,催化剂颗粒直径在25nm左右,比表面积测定:71.03m^2/g。酸强度-12.70〈Ho〈-11.99。并对合成乙酸苄酯的最佳反应条件进行了研究。研究表明:当苯甲醇与乙酸的物质的量比为1:2,反应时间为5h,反应温度为120℃,催化剂用量为6%苯甲醇的质量时,酯化率可达92.04%。研究发现,该催化剂可重复使用并可活化再生。  相似文献
