基于UG和Master CAM的LCD盒注塑模具设计与加工

以LCD盒塑件为例,利用UG软件对注塑模具进行了设计,并运用Master CAM软件对模具型腔进行了数控加工。结果表明:UG和Master CAM两个软件相结合,不仅能够提高注塑模具设计与加工的质量和效率,而且能够缩短模具生产周期。     

Effect of self-etching ceramic primer on bond strength of zirconia-reinforced lithium silicate ceramics

Abstract

This study evaluated the effect of self-etching ceramic primer (SECP) on shear bond strength (SBS) of zirconia-reinforced lithium silicate (ZLS) ceramics. Two hundred and seventy block-specimens of two types of ZLS ceramics and one type of lithium disilicate (LS) ceramics were prepared. Ninety blocks of each material were divided into three groups (n?=?30), namely group 1: no surface treatment (control), group 2: hydrofluoric acid (HF), silane-based primer (S), and group 3: SECP. Resin cement was applied, and light-cured for build-up. Shear bond strength (SBS) test was used. Half of the bonded specimens (n?=?15) were tested after storage in distilled water for 24?h, whereas the other half were tested after 5000 thermo-cycles. The failure modes were evaluated using scanning electron microscope (SEM). The SBS values for samples treated with SECP and HF?+?S within the respective materials were statistically comparable (p?>?0.05). Thermocycling significantly reduced the SBS (p?<?0.05) for all ceramic materials in groups 2 and 3. Mixed failure followed by adhesive failure were the most common failure modes in groups 2 and 3, whereas pretest failure was only detected in group 1. Considering the limitations of the study, with respect to in vitro bond strength, the SECP is an alternative for the conditioning of internal surface of glass ceramics.     

Further investigation on the modified hyperbolic function in the CAM16 color appearance model

In the International Commission on Illumination (CIE) color appearance model CIECAM02, a modified hyperbolic function is used to represent luminance adaptation. The same nonlinear function is also used in the new color appearance model CAM16 [Color Res Appl., 2017;42:703‐718]. Although the modified hyperbolic function seems reasonable based on physiological evidence, it has an infinite slope at the origin, which causes instability for both the forward and inverse modes of the CIECAM02/CAM16 models. In this article, various possible extensions to the nonlinear luminance adaptation function in CIECAM02/CAM16 are reviewed and evaluated. Based on these investigations, the Gill extension to the hyperbolic function that is used to represent luminance adaptation [Proceedings of 16th Color and Imaging Conference, pp. 327‐331, 2008], is recommended at both the lower end (q < q_L ) and the upper end (q > q_U ), where q is the appropriate R_c , G_c , B_c (or R_wc , G_wc , B_wc ) response. In addition, the new recommended function can be readily inverted for use in the appropriate inverse appearance model. From an extensive analysis using available experimental data sets, we also propose that, for the lower and upper limits of the luminance range in the extended model, the values q_L = 0.26 and q_U = 150 be used, respectively.     

基于Pro/TOOLKIT曲轴加工尺寸标注的智能化研究

本文阐述了轴类零件智能化技术标注尺寸与公差的基本原理及专家知识,针对发动机曲轴的结构和加工制造特点,对其产品的特征进行了分析研究,并以Pro/Engineer作为基础软件环境,应用Pro/TOOLKIT程序开发技术在VC 6.0环境下对Pro/Engineer进行了二次开发,对建立曲轴的参数化尺寸驱动的特征库和知识库进行了研究,从而实现曲轴加工尺寸标注的智能化.     

基于UG的橡胶轮胎花纹、花粒成型铜电极的五轴加工方法

阐述了在UG软件中电动自行车橡胶轮胎花纹的成型铜电极的五轴加工方法。     

基于UG数控铣削加工有关参数的优化研究

论述了铣削加工斜面和圆弧面时影响残余高度的有关因素。针对球铣刀铣削加工斜面和圆弧面,根据表面残余高度的计算公式,推出相邻两刀铣削深度的计算公式,解决了UG编程时的铣削深度设置问题,在保证加工表面要求的残余高度条件下,使数控加工效率更高,这对实际的数控加工具有指导意义。     

车灯模NC编程及刀具选用的若干原则及技巧

在对机加工刀具切削性能和参数进行理论分析的基础上,结合车灯模具生产实践,研究了机加工刀具的选用原则及编程技巧,针对数控加工大刀、小刀分别进行了分析。从大刀方面,对深腔粗加工、刀具拔长及立卧式机床的编程特点和技巧进行了总结,并给出了实例。从小刀方面,对刀具选用原则、特殊夹头的采用以及车灯花纹等关键部位如何用刀也做了论述,着重给出了花纹加工编程的实用原则,具有一定的参考价值。     

电话机外壳模具设计与制造

将逆向工程技术应用到塑料电话机外壳模具的设计与制造中,通过采用三坐标测量仪采集数据,利用UG软件进行数据处理、模型重建、模具设计及自动编程,从而实现注塑模的数字化快速设计与制造。     

基于UG的冰箱旋钮开关注射模设计

在分析冰箱旋钮开关注射成型工艺和塑件结构特点的基础上,基于UGNX7．0软件进行注射模设计,该模具采用1模两腔、潜伏式浇口、斜导柱斜滑块侧抽芯。同时利用Vbasic软件设计程序计算斜导柱的长度。最后利用UG软件的制图模块生成工程图。     

基于UG NX4华中数控四轴后处理技术的研究

以UG/Post Builder 3.4为研究对象,在深入了解UG/Post Builder 3.4后处理方法后,通过对华中世纪星21/22M四轴加工中心系统的分析,开发出了适合华中世纪星21/22M四轴加工中心系统的后置处理程序。使用结果表明:该后置处理文件直接生成的NC代码,符合华中世纪星21/22M四轴加工中心系统的要求,且使用效果良好。
