This study aims to determine whether indirect touch device can be used to interact with graphical objects displayed on another screen in an air traffic control (ATC) context. The introduction of such a device likely requires an adaptation of the sensory-motor system. The operator has to simultaneously perform movements on the horizontal plane while assessing them on the vertical plane. Thirty-six right-handed participants performed movement training with either constant or variable practice and with or without visual feedback of the displacement of their actions. Participants then performed a test phase without visual feedback. Performance improved in both practice conditions, but accuracy was higher with visual feedback. During the test phase, movement time was longer for those who had practiced with feedback, suggesting an element of dependency. However, this ‘cost’ of feedback did not extend to movement accuracy. Finally, participants who had received variable training performed better in the test phase, but accuracy was still unsatisfactory. We conclude that continuous visual feedback on the stylus position is necessary if tablets are to be introduced in ATC. 相似文献

The stability of ruthenium catalysts supported on TiO2 and ZrO2 were studied in the wet air oxidation of aqueous solution of succinic and p-hydroxybenzoic acids taken as model effluent and on real effluents from the paper-pulp industry. Catalyst recycling experiments were conducted in batch reactor and long-term stability tests were conducted in trickle-bed reactor. In all experiments, ruthenium and support materials were perfectly stable to leaching, sintering and fouling. Ruthenium catalysts experienced a weak deactivation as they were exposed to air, e.g., in recycling experiments however the loss of activity occurred only after the first exposure and was completely reversible upon catalyst reduction. The deactivation was attributed to an over-oxidation of the catalyst surface particularly noticeable in the case of very small Ru-clusters (1 nm). 相似文献

Data envelopment analysis (DEA) is a widely used technique for measuring the relative efficiencies of decision making units (DMUs) with multiple inputs and multiple outputs. However, in real life applications, undesirable outputs may be present in the production process which needs to be minimized. The present study endeavors to propose a DEA model with undesirable outputs and further to extend it in fuzzy environment in view of the fact that input/output data are not always available in exact form in real life problems. We propose a fuzzy DEA model with undesirable fuzzy outputs which can be solved as crisp linear program for each α in (0, 1] using α-cut approach. Further, cross-efficiency technique is applied to increase the discrimination power of the proposed models and to rank the efficient DMUs at every α in (0, 1]. Moreover, for better understanding of the proposed methodology, we present a numerical illustration followed by an application to the banking sector in India. This is the first study which attempts to measure the performance of public sector banks (PuSBs) in India using fuzzy input/output data for the period 2009–2011. The results obtained from the proposed methodology not only depict the impact of undesirable output on the performance of PuSBs but also analyze efficiently the influence of the presence of uncertainty in the data over the efficiency results. 在大型空分控制系统中,集中式控制由于在线计算量大,对计算机的要求较高。采用分布式预测控制,把复杂系统的控制过程分散到各个子系统中去,降低了计算的复杂度,同时提高了系统的可靠性。建立了分馏塔的数学模型,并拆分成若干个子系统,利用纳什优化原理,获得了全局最优解。仿真结果表明,该算法取得了较好的控制效果。 相似文献
