针状铁素体管线钢的组织结构及其与力学性能的关系研究 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
基于控轧控冷工艺研究,在化学成分相同的超低碳微合金管线钢中获得了不同组成比的针状铁素体(AF)复相组织,探讨了其与力学性能的关系。结果表明:①降低终轧温度导致有效晶粒尺寸明显减小,冷却速度和模拟卷取温度的变化对有效晶粒尺寸影响不大;②降低终轧温度,提高冷速,会促进AF复相组织中粒状贝氏体铁素体(GF)、贝氏体铁素体(BF)等低温组织含量的增加,提高模拟卷取温度增强的析出强化效果不如降低终轧温度导致的AF低温组织含量提高和晶粒细化对强度提高的贡献大;③随着终轧温度的下降,大角度晶界含量先提高后降低,在相变点以上40℃附近达到最高值,大角度晶界含量越高,低温韧性越好;④当管线钢获得较高BF和GF含量、低的准多边形铁素体(QF)含量组成的细小AF组织时,综合力学性能优良。 相似文献

β-FeOOH thin film was prepared on the surface of a foamed Ni substrate by liquid phase deposition (LPD) method with a chemical equilibrium reaction between metal-fluoro complex and oxyhydroxide to make a low-cost and environmentally friendly positive electrode for high-power batteries. The new film electrode, with a thickness of 316 nm, was found out to give a large discharge capacity of 260 mAh g−1 at 0.05 C rate even without an electro-conductive material. Furthermore, the electrode also showed good discharge performance with the retention of 69.9% at 10-0.05 C current rate, which means a promising positive active material for high-power use. 相似文献

研究了5CrMnMo热模钢900℃强韧化处理时加热保温时间对组织性能的影响。试验表明,试样在900℃加热淬火时,当保温时间少于10min时淬火组织以针状马氏体为主,当保温时间大于35min后淬火组织主要是由板条马氏体组成,随着保温时间不断延长,纯板条束中的孪晶区也将不断减少,回火后的冲击韧性值及断裂韧性值有很大提高,研究指出,当5CrMnMo热模钢900℃加热保温60min左右淬火后于520℃下回火3h时可获最佳综合机械性能,这不但超过传统工艺而且优于复合等温处理工艺。 相似文献

A test device for isotopic γ-ray imaging, which consists of an isotope γ-ray source, a CdZnTe γ-ray spectrometer and other auxiliary equipment, is studied here. Compared with the conventional X-ray, the isotope γ-ray,which is utilized in this project, has its own advantages in imaging. Furthermore, with a room-temperature high-energy-resolution CdZnTe detector and a modern imaging processing technique, this device is capable of effectively suppressing the background and gaining more information, thus it can obtain a better image than conventional X-ray devices. In the absence of a chemical reductant and other protective reagents, noble metal gold hybrid nanoparticles are successfully prepared by 60Co γ-ray irradiation using fifth-generation poly(amidoamine) dendrimer with surface amine-terminated group as polymeric template. The zerovalent gold is of spherical structure and the particle size is on nanometer scale range of 3-12 nm. The size distribution of gold nanoparticles displays multidispersity. The effects of the deformation in the non-recrystallization region of austenite and the cooling rate on the transformation behavior and microstructure of low-carbon low-alloy steel for pipeline application were studied on the thermal-mechanical simulator Gleeble-1500. It was shown that an increase in deformation amount can greatly increase the nucleation site of ferrite when deformed in the non-recrystallization region of austenite, and an increase in nucleation ratio can greatly refine grains. When the cooling rate is accelerated, the driving force of nucleation is increased and the nucleation rate also improves. Ultra-refine grains can be obtained by controlled rolling. The high density of ferrite nucleus, which forms along the austenite grain boundary, twin interface, and deforma- tion band are introduced in the matrix of austenite by the control of hot rolling, after which the microstructure can be refined. It was found that the acicular ferrite has a very fine sub-structure, high dislocation density, and a thin slab with ultra-fine grains. Small M/A islands and cementite are precipitated on the matrix of the slabs by the analysis technique of TEM and SEM. 相似文献

用不同物质的量的β-FeOOH对蒙脱土(MMT)进行改性制备出一系列β-FeOOH-MMT(x),并将其与过氧化氢(H2O2)联用降解罗丹明B(RhB)。考察了RhB模拟废水脱色的影响因素,并研究了不同处理方法的协同效应。结果表明:在pH为5.2、β-FeOOH-MMT(3.5)用量为2 g/L、n(H2O2)∶n(Fe)=50∶1条件下搅拌10 min,对20 mg/L的RhB去除率可高达89.3%;对β-FeOOH-MMT(x)进行了拉曼光谱和扫描电镜表征。β-FeOOH-MMT(3.5)表现出丰富的孔结构;β-FeOOH-MMT(3.5)和H2O2对降解RhB模拟废水产生了协同效应,降解反应较为接近表观一级动力学,速率增强因子可达到29.32。 相似文献
