Development of sealing compositions with nanostructure iron-based fillers

The possibility of utilizing nanopowders of iron and Fe-Co-Ni produced bu a thermochemical method in the fabrication of sealing composition materials is investigated. Wear resistance of plasma coatings for a constant work of friction

We analyze the wear resistance of plasma coatings for a constant work of friction. The dependences of the wear resistance of the coatings are obtained for a broad range of loading conditions. It is shown that the minimum sensitivity to loading conditions is exhibited by the molybdenum coatings. It is also established that the wear resistance of the coatings decreases as the amplitude of displacements increases and the cyclic frequency of the tests decreases due to the intensification of fatigue processes on the surfaces. 我国企业开展流程再造应从工作研究开始

由于管理基础工作薄弱，我国很多企业流程再造的努力未获成功。基于企业流程再造与工作研究之间的对比分析，文章提出了运用工作研究领域内的有关理论、经验、方法和工具来帮助我国企业开展流程再造。

摘 要 研究水乳型丙烯酸酯建筑防水胶与水泥的配比及共混性能、共混固化物胶膜的力学性能、耐冷热性能及老化性能。     

瓦楞纸板用抗水淀粉胶配方及性能研究

简要分析了玉米淀粉胶的组成及对其质量的影响，重点对粘合剂的防水性进行了研究，叙述了瓦楞纸板用抗水粘合剂的配制及工艺过程，并与常规方法制备的粘合剂进行了性能比较，测定了抗水时间，得出了瓦楞纸板用抗水粘合剂的最佳配制比例。     

Forecasting Capillary Characteristics for Aluminum Nitride Ceramic ― Liquid Metal Systems

A test has been devised that allows one to determine the work of adhesion and wettability in a system composed of aluminum nitride ceramics with a liquid metal without the need for experimental examination. A correlation is examined between the work of adhesion on the one hand and that criteria or others on the other that have been proposed by various researchers. Forecasts are made for the work of adhesion and wetting angle for a series of metals that have not been examined previously. An experimental check has been made on the forecast adhesion activity for some elements.     

Review of Counseling and psychotherapy of work dysfunctions.

Reviews the book, Counseling and psychotherapy of work dysfunctions by Rodney L. Lowman (see record 1993-98413-000). Dr. Lowman's book on work dysfunctions serves as a seminal product for further understanding a much-neglected component of the lives of the many men and women who seek psychological assistance in working through issues around their employment. The book conveys in a well-written, sometimes humorous, style that "work is a natural part of living, and the issues it raises are important parts of character." The overall impression is that of a well-thought-out and most readable book. There is no doubt in this reviewer's mind that it will become essential reading for psychologists, social workers, family therapists, and graduate students who are becoming increasingly involved in this field of study. What this reviewer found very helpful was the clarity of presentation of the assessment techniques as well as the amply illustrated intervention modules that may be utilized. To this reviewer, there is no doubt that this is one area for psychologists' contributions in the future--the work area. Effect of crack-growth mechanism on the prediction of fracture load of adhesive joints

This paper presents observations regarding the cracking behavior of tensile-loaded structural adhesive joints. Experiments showed that fracture occurred by the development and propagation of a damage zone, rather than a single, sharp crack, and that the presence of the adhesive spew fillet did not affect the fracture load of the adhesive joints studied. For joints bonded with the mineral-filled epoxy Cybond 4523GB (American Cyanamid), there was approximately 5 mm of subcritical crack propagation prior to final fracture. Fracture-load predictions based on the initial uncracked geometry made in previous papers were unaffected by this small change in geometry. For joints bonded with the rubber-toughened epoxy Permabond ESP 310, approximately 50 mm of subcritical crack propagation was observed. It was again found that predictions made in previous papers on the basis of the initial geometry gave a good estimate of the final fracture load even though this subcritical crack propagation significantly altered the geometry, and thus the applied energy release rates. The effect of shear deformations of the adherends was also investigated, and it was found that shear deformations could be neglected in engineering calculations for joints subject to remote tensile loading.

将金属铜易与过氧化物发生氧化还原反应生成游离基的原理应用于厌氧胶，开发了针时金属零件表面微孔进行局部渗补的实用技术。在相关技术可靠性和工艺可行性得以论证的前提下。将局部渗补技术成功地应用于渗补发动机泄漏缸盖，减少了废品损失，取得了良好的经济效益。     

液动旋冲接头冲击功测试方法研究

液动旋冲接头性能参数是旋冲接头设计的主要依据之一，如何对液动旋冲接头的参数进行检测是非常重要的工作。在分析和比较了测试液动旋冲接头性能参数各种方法的基础上，选择了冲击力法来进行破岩液动旋冲接头的性能参数测试，以YD系列测力传感器为检测元件，建立了一套比较完善的自动检测系统。分析了影响单次冲击功测试的因素，得出了测试旋冲接头的性能参数的影响规律。
