为在渤海CF区块复杂过渡带获得高品质的地震采集资料,采用了8L4S176T观测系统,并在采集设备、震源选型、电缆铺设、二次定位等方面进行了详细论证;分析了采集作业过程中存在的施工效率低、潮流影响大、过往船只多等作业难点,提出了沿测线放炮、提前多铺设2根电缆、分时放炮、增加电缆配重、"圈地法"护缆等相应的技术措施,实施后取得了更丰富的波场信息,有效提高了地震资料分辨率,改善了该区块中深层复杂构造的成像精度。  相似文献

The authors examined correlates of parenting stress among 230 gay adoptive fathers across the United States through an Internet survey. As with previous research on adoptive parents, results showed that fathers with less social support, older children, and children who were adopted at older ages reported more parenting stress. Moreover, gay fathers who had a less positive gay identity also reported more parenting stress. These 4 variables accounted for 33% of the variance in parenting stress; effect sizes were medium to large. Our results suggest the importance of social support and a positive gay identity in facilitating successful parenting outcomes among gay adoptive fathers. This study evaluated impacts of educational diagnostic teams of consultants used to transfer technology to dairy farms. Herd management performance changes were measured by comparing Dairy Herd Improvement data from 38 project farms to data from herds that were geographical contemporaries. The value of focused goals for effecting change was also assessed. Interviews provided producers' perception of project outcomes and insight on organization and conduct of dairy diagnostic teams. Changes observed in project herds were small compared with controls with tendencies for increased herd size and improved milk production per cow. Focused goals had greater impacts on increasing herd size, milk per cow, first lactation peak milk, reducing age at first calving, and percentages of cows with subclinical mastitis. Time, money, facility limitations, labor, and alternative priorities were the most cited constraints to implementing changes. Satisfaction scores of producers were significantly related to the degree that team recommendations were followed. Improved attitudes, quality of life, and financial well-being were benefits listed by a majority of producers from participation in the project. If similar projects were to be offered, 83% said they would participate again, and 69% indicated they would pay at least some of the costs. Project farms served as demonstration farms for 1930 other producers in their respective locales, resulting in a multiplier effect of original advice given by consultant teams. Suggestions by farmer participants for improvements in dairy diagnostic teams included needs for at least some unbiased team members, more frequent meetings, more follow-up on recommendations, and consistency of recommendations with family goals.  相似文献

为提高产品创新能力,提出了知识驱动协同创新的产品创新理念,并构建了具有6层结构的产品创新开发系统模型,包括协同平台、开发过程链、产品创新设计、分析评价、智能再设计和知识资源层等。研究了知识驱动协同创新的创成和吸纳相集成的原理、再设计建议的智能化生成方法及其过程链流程组织策略。产品协同创新的创成和吸纳过程通过集成推理实现;创新的产品方案再设计建议通过分析和仿真方法生成;产品创新开发过程链采用基于知识管理的流程组织方法。应用实例表明,已开发的系统体现了模型的基本功能,具有可操作性和实用价值。  相似文献

Within the field of Information Systems, a good proportion of research is concerned with the work organisation and this has, to some extent, restricted the kind of application areas given consideration. Yet, it is clear that information and communication technology deployments beyond the work organisation are acquiring increased importance in our lives. With this in mind, we offer a field study of the appropriation of an online play space known as Habbo Hotel. Habbo Hotel, as a site of media convergence, incorporates social networking and digital gaming functionality. Our research highlights the ethical problems such a dual classification of technology may bring. We focus upon a particular set of activities undertaken within and facilitated by the space—scamming. Scammers dupe members with respect to their ‘Furni’, virtual objects that have online and offline economic value. Through our analysis we show that sometimes, online activities are bracketed off from those defined as offline and that this can be related to how the technology is classified by members—as a social networking site and/or a digital game. In turn, this may affect members’ beliefs about rights and wrongs. We conclude that given increasing media convergence, the way forward is to continue the project of educating people regarding the difficulties of determining rights and wrongs, and how rights and wrongs may be acted out with respect to new technologies of play online and offline.

Marie Griffiths   moved from the IT industry into academia and is now based at the University of Salford as an EPSRC Academic Fellow. She has, and continues to research gender and ICTs. Recently she has embarked upon the study “Cybercitizens and their Virtual Pursuits” to understand the consequence of growing up and living in a technologically saturated environment. Her work has been published in journals such as Gender, Work and Organization, the European Journal of Information Systems and Information Communication and Society. Ben Light   is Professor of Technology and Society at the University of Salford. His research concerns the appropriation of configurable technologies within work, organisations and society. This has led him to explore the use of large-scale enterprise resource planning packages, call centre technologies, social networking sites and digital games. He has published in journals such as Communications of the ACM, Information Systems Journal, New Technology, Work and Employment, the European Journal of Information Systems and the Journal of Information Technology.  相似文献

This study investigated the current state of college students' perceptions toward mobile learning in higher education. Mobile learning is a new form of learning utilizing the unique capabilities of mobile devices. Although mobile devices are ubiquitous on college campuses, student readiness for mobile learning has yet to be fully explored in the United States. The paper describes a conceptual model, based on the theory of planned behavior (TPB), which explains how college students' beliefs influence their intention to adopt mobile devices in their coursework. Structural equation modeling was used to analyze self-report data from 177 college students. The findings showed that the TPB explained college students' acceptance of m-learning reasonably well. More specifically, attitude, subjective norm, and behavioral control positively influenced their intention to adopt mobile learning. The results provide valuable implications for ways to increase college students' acceptance of mobile learning.  相似文献

从网格的分布性、动态性和不确定性等特征出发,借鉴人类社会主观信任关系的概念,提出了一种新的信任评估模型与方法.该模型引入了采纳函数,区分了节点的反馈可信度和服务可信度,给出了反馈可信度与采纳强度的映射关系,动态调整了对具有不同推荐信任度的第三方实体所推荐信息的不同采信程度,提高了推荐信息的精确度.将采纳强度映射为等效的推荐信任的权重,给出了一个基于动态信任权重的综合信任度计算新方法.仿真实验结果表明,基于采纳函数的动态信任评估方法具有抑制恶意节点的策略性欺骗和不诚实推荐的能力,同时还体现出良好的动态适应性.  相似文献

Generating consumer acceptance for incrementally new food products remains a challenge. Drawing on analogical learning theory, we explore the combined effect of providing information about the new product’s closest referent (‘the product is like…’) and the instrumental value of store’s frontline employees (FLEs) as credible source of this information on a new food product’s acceptance. Using the context of aquaculture, two consecutive experimental studies with a joint data collection have been conducted among UK consumers. Study 1 focuses on the adoption of fillets of an unfamiliar fish species with the FLE communicating newness, or newness including closest referent information. Results confirm that information provided by the FLE has a positive effect on consumer attitude and willingness to buy the new product, but a similar rather than stronger effect is found for the condition including closest referent information. Using a subsample of the data of Study 1, Study 2 explores the underlying learning mechanisms involved. The findings show that the influence of the FLE’s information on the consumer’s attitude towards the new product is positively mediated by the consumer’s attitude towards FLE’s advice. Additionally, the positive indirect effect of the FLE’s information regarding closest referent on willingness to buy is conditional on the consumer’s (dis)liking of the referent product and his/her need to taste the new product first. These findings confirm that offering information on closest referent by FLEs is powerful and can be a useful variable in consumer segmentation.  相似文献
