通过一起由线路故障而引发的继电保护连锁不正确动作，定向地分析了断路器断口并联电容对继电保护动作行为的影响，对一次设备的选型，系统运行方式安排，继电保护的原理设计，运行维护提出了改进性意见和建议。     

基于矩阵测度的滞环多值电路唯一稳态研究

以矩阵测度为工具，得到了确定具有滞环的非线性非自治电路唯一稳态的新条件。结果表明，该电路的唯一稳态，可以用一个矩阵的测度来决定，对电路元件的约束，仅要求其斜率有界限可。这大大放松了目前已有的经典结果中要求电路元件斜率为正的限制，扩展了已有的结果。

A new wavelet-based measure of image focus

We present a new measure of image focus. It is based on wavelet transform of the image and is defined as a ratio of high-pass band and low-pass band norms. We show this measure is monotonic with respect to the degree of defocusation and sufficiently robust. We experimentally illustrate its performance on simulated as well as real data and compare it with existing focus measures (gray-level variance and energy of Laplacian). Finally, an application of the new measure in astronomical imaging is shown.     

Robust stability of perturbed switching systems by matrix measure

The robust stability of switching systems is a very difficult problem because of the difficulty in separating the perturbations of the models and the reset maps. In this paper, we apply matrix measure to separate the perturbations of the models and the reset maps. Then the conditions for robust stability of perturbed switching systems with structured perturbations can be readily derived. Sufficient conditions for robust stability of switching systems are proposed, and bounds for structured perturbations based on nonnegative matrices that still ensure stability are derived.
