空间机械臂全局反作用优化及其地面试验研究

针对空间机械臂在运动过程中对其基座产生力／力矩反作用这一问题进行了分析,并提出一种关节轨迹参数化的全局反作用优化方法,用于减小机械臂的反作用力／力矩．基于气浮轴承方法,建立了3自由度空间机械臂反作用优化地面实验系统．最后,采用3自由度机械臂验证了该方法的有效性．     

循环载荷作用下两类楼板抗震性能的非线性有限元分析

为比较组合楼板和普通混凝土楼板的抗震性能,采用非线性有限元分析方法研究它们在循环载荷作用下的受力行为,并由此得到两类楼板的滞回曲线、骨架曲线及应力应变分布规律．计算结果表明,采用可靠构造措施的压型钢板与混凝土组合作用明显,在不失较高承载力的同时,组合楼板仍具有良好的抗震性能．将计算结果与试验数据相比较,验证该数值分析方法的有效性。     

汽轮机组振动信号的测量与分析

针对目前汽轮机组振动的特点,将振动信号分为两类,即轴振（相对振动）和瓦振（绝对振动）。首先分析了汽轮机组的振动概况及其对机组的影响;然后分别介绍了机组振动的测量和分析方法。具体地从传感器谈起,解释了机组的轴振和瓦振的不同测量原理。针对振动的三要素即振幅、频率及相位分别做了介绍;最后以300MW机组为例,说明其振动测点的一般布置。     

Energy optimal spacecraft attitude control subject to convergence rate constraints

Attitude control of operational satellites is still predominantly performed by standard controllers such as Proportional plus Derivative (PD) control laws, which are still preferred for implementation to the computationally intensive nonlinear optimal control techniques, representing higher implementation complexity. In this paper, an inverse optimal control approach based on phase space geometry is presented, which is easy to implement and free from numerical and computational issues. The optimal control objective is to minimize a norm of the control torque subject to a rapidity constraint on the convergence rate of a Lyapunov function, under the effect of a benchmark controller. The proposed optimization method is shown to significantly enhance the torque-rapidity trade-off compared to the benchmark controller, chosen to be a PD law then a sliding mode controller. The inverse optimal control scheme is implemented on an air bearing table experimental platform.     

换流站阀水冷系统主泵轴承故障诊断方法研究

对换流站阀水冷系统主泵轴承的故障诊断方法进行了比较研究.采用支持向量机作为分类工具,分别利用时域特征值和小波包分解取样本熵作为样本训练,比较分类准确率,并择优用于换流站阀水冷系统主泵的轴承故障诊断.首先,利用轴承故障试验台的数据,对采用时域特征值和小波包分解取样本熵作为样本训练的分类准确率进行了比较,结果表明小波包分解取样本熵值比时域特征参数更适合用于特征故障分类.然后将小波包分解取样本熵值用于换流站阀水冷系统主泵的轴承故障诊断,结果显示分类准确率达98％,完全满足工程运用需求.     

Finite Element Analysis of 6300 Deep Groove Ball Bearing

Rolling bearing is widely used in mechanical support, its general components are the inner ring, outer ring, the ball, retainer etc.. Now many companies in developed countries and university in the rolling bearing as the research object, and has made great progress in design theory, the experiment method and production technology etc. We will use the finite element ANSYS to establish the model of deep groove ball bearing. Through the contact analysis, we can get the contact stress between the rings and balls, strain, contact state, penetration, sliding distance and the friction stress distribution. These values are compared to the theoretical values with Hertz theory, and they have better consistency, provide the good theoretical basis for the optimization design of rolling bearings.     

滑动轴承试验台计算机测试系统的研究

本文为一滑动轴承试验台设计了一套PC测试系统,该系统能够测量滑动轴承中动压油膜沿轴向、周向的压力分布情况,所测压力信号经过A/D转换装置转换为数字信号后,可直接送入微机进行数据采集和处理,而且测量结果与理论分析结果相一致。     

A research on the contact stress of roller bearing based on crowning analysis

According to elastic contact theory,contact model between roller and race is established.Compared with the Hertz results,the results are proved,based on which contact stress distribution of different crowning and initial contact length is given,then the appropriate value is derived.On the basis,inertia force and different radial force is given into consideration.Via analysis,it concludes that under balanced pure radial load condition the largest contact stress between roller and race increases along with crowning value increasing.With the same crowning value,the largest contact stress between roller and race decreases in the first and increases at the end along with initial contact length increasing.Contact stress between roller and outer race increases along with revolution speed increasing.
