为了研究硅酸钙对富营养化湖水中总磷的吸附性能,分别在夏季和冬季进行了一系列实验研究。经测定,水样中总磷的质量浓度在夏季、冬季分别为0.19 mg/L和0.10 mg/L,实验结果表明:采用硅酸钙处理富营养化湖水,每100 mL水样中投加硅酸钙0.8 g,在pH=6、振荡时间为60 min的条件下,硅酸钙对富营养化湖水中总磷的去除率在夏季、冬季分别可达到89.26%和76.54%;其吸附等温线符合Langmuir和Freundlich吸附等温式,最大吸附量为5.32 mg/g。  相似文献

The water absorption behavior of white rice husk ash (WRHA) and silica filled ethylene-propylene-diene-terpolymer/polypropylene (EPDM/PP) ternary composites was studied with special reference to filler type, test specimen preparation (die cut or molded), and dynamic vulcanization of elastomer phase. The water uptake of composites was recorded as a function of them over 40 days of immersion period in distilled water. The influence of final water uptake on tensile properties of the composites was also studied. White rice husk ash filled composites and molded composites exhibit lower water uptake when compared to silica and die cut composites, respectively. All vulcanized composites showed lower water uptake than the unvulcanized composites. After the immersion period in water, tensile properties of unvulcanized composites were almost unaffected while vulcanized composites exhibit an increase in the tensile properties. None of the composites reached the equilibrium state within the immersion period. The results of this preliminary study suggest the importance of in-depth study of water absorption–tensile property correlation of this ternary system over a large span of time till the equilibrium state is reached. It is further revealed that the water absorption behavior depends on the characteristics of the test specimen used.  相似文献

Acacia mangiumwood flour (AMWF)–polypropylene (PP) composites were produced at different filler loading (20, 30, 40, and 50 w/w) and mesh no. (35, 60, 80, and 100 mesh). The AMWF–PP composites (using unmodified or modified wood flour) were compounded using a Haake Rheodrive 500 twin screw compounder. The mechanical and water absorption (WA) properties of modified (only at mesh no. 100) and unmodified AMWF–PP composites were investigated. Increase in the mesh number (35–100) of the unmodified AMWF showed increased flexural and impact properties. Flexural modulus exhibited higher properties as the filler loading increased (20–50). However, flexural and impact strength showed the opposite phenomenon. Water absorption and thickness swelling increased as the mesh number and filler loading increased. This has been attributed to the presence of hydrophilic hydroxyl groups of the filler. Modified AMWF–PP composites exhibited higher mechanical properties and good water resistance when compared to unmodified AMWF–PP composites at all values of filler loading. The evidence of the failure mechanism (from impact strength) of the filler–matrix interface was analyzed using scanning electron microscope.  相似文献

Bagasse was converted into a thermo-moldable material by cyanoethylation. The effect of reaction conditions employed during the preparation of cyanoethylated bagasse (CE-B) fibers on dielectric properties of hot-pressed composites was studied. Increase in the nitrogen content of the cyanoethylated fiber, i.e., the nitrile groups resulted in an increase in the dielectric constant and a decrease in the dissipation factor (tan δ) peak of the composites. Increase in the reaction temperature and the alkali concentration resulted in a decrease in the dielectric constant and tan δof the composites. Thickness swelling (TS) and equilibrium moisture content of composites conditioned at different relative humidities (RHs) were studied and the extent of the effect of the absorbed moisture on the dielectric properties was also studied. Increase in the nitrogen content, the alkali concentration, and the reaction temperature during the preparation of cyanoethylated fibers resulted in a decrease in TS and moisture absorption of the composites formed. The dielectric properties of the composites conditioned at 60 or 90% RH deteriorated severely. The effect of temperature on the dielectric constant and tan δof a selected CE-B composite was studied. The dielectric constant and tan δincreased as the temperature increased.  相似文献

Abstract

Cu doped SiC nanopowders have been prepared via combustion synthesis, using silicon powder and carbon black as the raw materials, copper powder as the doping source and polytetrafluoroethylene as the chemical activator respectively. The microstructure of prepared nanopowders has been characterised by X-ray diffraction and scanning electronic microscope. The electric permittivities of prepared SiC nanopowders in the frequency range of 8·2–12·4 GHz have been determined. Results show that prepared β-SiC nanopowders have fine spherical particles and narrow particle size distribution, and a quantity of SiC whisker increases with increasing Cu doping content. The Cu3Si impurity has been generated when Cu content is up to 10%. The β-SiC doped with 10% Cu has the highest real part ?′ and dielectric loss tanδ values. The 5% Cu doped SiC nanopowder with matching thickness of 2 or 2·5 mm exhibits the best microwave absorption properties in the frequency range of 8·2–12·4 GHz.  相似文献
