固井声幅-变密度测井的影响因素分析

利用声幅－变密度测井进行固井质量的评价受到诸多因素的影响，各种影响因素对声幅－变密度测井资料的影响作用有较大的差异，根据大量测井资料分析和实验研究，对仪器偏心、测井时间，套管尺寸与重量，地层岩性，气侵、水泥环微间隔等因素的影响作用进行了较为深入的分析，为各种影响因素的识别与校正提出了相应的方法和依据。     

A novel compact circuit for 4-PAM energy-efficient high speed interconnect data transmission and reception

Transmission of signals, whether on-chip or off-chip, places severe constraints on timing and extracts a large price in energy. New silicon device technologies, such as back-plane CMOS, provide a programmable and adaptable threshold voltage as an additional tool that can be used for low power design. We show that one particularly desirable use of this freedom is energy-efficient high-speed transmission across long interconnects using multi-valued encoding. Our multi-valued CMOS circuits take advantage of the threshold voltage control of the transistors, by using the signal-voltage-to-threshold-voltage span, in order to make area-efficient implementations of 4-PAM (pulse amplitude modulation) transceivers operating at high speed. In a comparison of a variety of published technologies, for signal transmission with interconnects of 10-15 mm length, we show up to 50% improvement in energy for on-chip signal transmission over binary encoding together with higher limits for operating speeds without a penalty in circuit noise margin.     

多测井曲线的综合处理合成

测井曲线是地质分层的基础，但在利用单一测井曲线解决复杂地质问题时也存在多解性和局限性。为克服多解性，人们采用多种测井曲线进行地质分层，提高了分层的精度。本文在此基础上提出把多条曲线分别赋予不同的加权因子，然后进行归一化处理，形成一条标准综合参数测井曲线。此综合参数曲线突出了所选的多条测井曲线的公共信息，减少或削弱了单一测井曲线中的偶然误差，提高了综合后测井资料的可信度。该方法可应用于地质分层、岩性分析、含油气预测等诸多领域。应用时要注意，并非所选择的测井曲线种类越多越好，而是要选择那些最能反映地层单元特征信息的测井曲线。     

基于神经网络基础上的两种系统安全综合评价方法

从工业企业生产发展的特点出发,在界定安全评价概念的基础上，从系统论的角度简要介绍了运用三层BP神经网络技术进行安全综合评价的方法和安全模糊综合评价方法。通过对这两种较为流行的安全评价方法进行分析，指出了传统评价方法的不合理性，辨证说明了这两种评价方法的优越性。     

Full Complex Amplitude Digital Holograms： Design, Fabrication and Optical Characterization

Diffractive optical elements have a large number of industrial applications, such as beam shaping and optical filtering. Traditionally, these elements modulate the phase of the incoming light or its amplitude, but not both. To overcome this limitation, full complex-amplitude modulation diffractive optical elements were developed. Well-established integrated circuit fabrication steps were employed to fabricate the devices with high precision. Using this approach, the new element‘s optical performances are improved also for near field operations. With this device it is possible to obtain 100% efficient spatial filtering and low noise reconstructed images.

OSCILLATION AMPLITUDE OF THE FREE END OF A FLEXIBLY MOUNTED RIGID CYLINDER IN TRIANGLE ARRANGEMENT

In this paper,the oscillation amplitude of the free end of a group of threecylinders are studied.The three cylinders are erected at the vertices of an equilateral trian-gle,and three arrangements are made in this study.One of the three cylinders is served asa working cylinder which is mounted by a flexible cantilever and two accelerometers areattached on the free end in two directions.The results of the three-cylinder arrangementare compared with those of two cylinders in tandem/side-by-side arrangement in the samecondition.The experimental results show that the rear cylinder of a group of three cylin-ders is affected more seriously than that of the corresponding two cylinders in the contrastarrangement.The main direction of oscillation is changed.The transversal oscillation isstronger than the longitudinal oscillation in the three-cylinder arrangement.On the con-trary,the transversal oscillation is much weaker than the longitudinal oscillation in two-cylinder arrangement.The largest transversal oscillat     

薄层反射波非零炮检距的属性特征

 本文从薄层顶、底界面反射波的走时入手，研究了薄层反射波在非零炮检距集上出现的干涉现象，导出了薄层反射波在出现干涉时的炮检距计算公式，说明薄层干涉出现的炮检距是多变量函数，即随着埋藏深度h、地层速度v、薄层厚度Δh以及地震波的主频f*的变化而改变。本文重点分析了地层厚度Δh和地震子波主频f*对反射波振幅特性和频率特性的影响。在充分分析薄层反射的振幅、频谱随炮检距变化关系的基础上，指出在应用叠前信息（如AVO分析）进行储层预测等方面的研究时，应充分考虑薄层反射波的干涉和调谐现象带来的振幅和频率特征的变化。
