旨在高值化利用青刺果榨油后副产物青刺果粕中的蛋白质,以青刺果粕为原料,提取青刺果蛋白并制备蛋白酶解物,采用活菌吸附法联合反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)从蛋白酶解物中筛选出抗菌肽组分,评价其抑菌活性,并对抑菌活性最好的组分进行稳定性分析。结果表明:筛选出的3个抗菌肽组分(F1、F2和F3)中,F2组分抑菌活性最好,当其质量浓度为10 mg/mL时对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌活性分别达到45.5%和39.1%;抗菌肽组分F2抑菌活性随温度升高和盐溶液浓度增加均降低,最适pH为6.0,在酸性环境中极不稳定,对酸性蛋白酶、碱性蛋白酶、胃蛋白酶和胰蛋白酶的耐受性均较差,对中性蛋白酶耐受性较好。综上,青刺果粕中的蛋白酶解物具有抑菌活性,具有开发青刺果抗菌肽的潜力。 相似文献

采用5GyX射线全身照射雄性大鼠模型,大鼠于照射前24h及照射后,每天腹腔注射5mg/0.2ml人参三醇组甙,共注射14d,观察人参三醇组甙对其阿片肽与免疫功能的辐射防护作用。结果表明,照射组下丘脑阿片肽含量及胸腺和脾脏免疫参数均降低;而在照射加人参组下丘脑阿片肽组水平,所有的免疫参数虽降低但却高于照射组。结果提示,人参三醇组甙可减轻下丘脑网片肽含量及含量接近对照胸腺和脾脏免疫参数的降低,具有辐射防护作用。 相似文献

A theoretical and experimental analysis of the preferred conformations of homo-peptides from Cα,α-dialkylated glycines revealed that these compounds are characterised by a marked structural versatility. Fully extended (C5-conformations). folded (of theβ-bend type), and 310-helical structures are adopted as a function of side-chain nature. Dimethylated and cyclic side chains favour folded and helical structures, whereas diethylated and longer acyclic side chains favour the fully extended structure. Four steers were given diets of straw and tapioca supplemented with urea, casein, formaldehyde treated casein (FTC), decorticated groundnut meal (DCGM), soya bean meal (SBM), maize gluten meal (MGM) or fish meal (FM) to determine the effect of degradability on rumen amino acid and peptide concentrations. Maximum concentrations of amino acid and peptide-N in rumen ultrafiltrates occurred 1 h after feeding. Total amino acid-N concentrations (mg litre?1) at this time were low, ranging from 1.2 SE 0.8 (urea) to 15.6 SE 6.0 (casein) with little variation in individual amino acids. The peptide-N concentrations (mg litre?1) were higher, ranging from 2.4 SE 0.5 (urea) to 160.0 SE 21.0 (casein), but were poorly correlated with degradability and solubility. Apart from casein, the highest concentrations of peptide-N were for those protein supplements, MGM (136.0 SE 25.0), FM (90.0 SE 15.0), and FTC (87.0 SE 14.0), with the lowest degradability suggesting that other factors, such as hydrophobicity, are also involved in the control of rumen peptide concentrations. Pooled samples taken 1 h after the morning feed were separated into three molecular weight (MW) fractions, 5000–50 000 da, 250–5000 da and < 250 da by gel filtration chromatography. From amino acid analysis it was found that the highest proportion of peptide-N was in the 250–5000 da fraction, and although some high MW (5000–50 000) constituents were present, only the FTC and MGM diets gave rise to significant amounts. 相似文献

Phytochelatins (PCs) are heavy metal-binding peptides that play important roles in the detoxification of toxic heavy metals and the regulation of intracellular concentrations of essential metals in eukaryotes, including higher plants, fungi, and microalgae. Recently, PC synthase genes in higher plants and fission yeast have been identified and characterized, enabling molecular biological studies to unravel the mechanisms underlying PC synthesis. Moreover, recent routine database searches have unexpectedly identified genes that are similar to plant PC synthase genes in the genomes of worms and some prokaryotes. In this review, we introduce these recent advances in our understanding of the molecular mechanisms for PC biosynthesis and functions in order to supply basic information about the unique and attractive peptides applicable to various fields. 相似文献

The effect of heartwood extracts from Acacia mangium (heartrot-susceptible) and A. auriculiformis (heartrot-resistant) was examined on the growth of wood rotting fungi with in vitro assays. A. auriculiformis heartwood extracts had higher antifungal activity than A. mangium. The compounds 3,4,7,8-tetrahydroxyflavanone and teracacidin (the most abundant flavonoids in both species) showed antifungal activity. A. auriculiformis contained higher levels of these flavonoids (3.5- and 43-fold higher, respectively) than A. mangium. This suggests that higher levels of these compounds may contribute to heartrot resistance. Furthermore, both flavonoids had strong 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging activity and laccase inhibition. This suggests that the antifungal mechanism of these compounds may involve inhibition of fungal growth by quenching of free radicals produced by the extracellular fungal enzyme laccase. 相似文献
