波形控制逆变CO2焊接电源关键控制信号的获取

通过分析波形控制CO2焊接过程，介绍了焊接电源空载、燃弧、短路等工作状态的判别，电流、电压、du/dt、di/dt等关键信号的获取方法，为研制波形控制CO2逆变焊机奠定了基础。     

国内弧焊设备电磁兼容性研究进展

焊弧设备的电磁兼容性问题日益突出，受到越来越多的关注。针对我国的实际情况，对国内弧焊设备的研究现状进行了综合分析，同时指出了今后的研究方向。     

A machine vision approach to seam tracking in real-time in PAW of large-diameter stainless steel tube

Manual monitoring and seam tracking through watching weld pool images in real-time, by naked eyes or by industrial TV, are experience-depended, subjective, labor intensive, and sometimes biased. So it is necessary to realize the automation of computer-aided seam tracking. A PAW (plasma arc welding) seam tracking system was developed, which senses the molten pool and the seam in one frame by a vision sensor, and then detects the seam deviation to adjust the work piece motion adaptively to the seam position sensed by vision sensor. A novel molten pool area image-processing algorithm based on machine vision was proposed. The algorithm processes each image at the speed of 20 frames/second in real-time to extract three feature variables to get the seam deviation. It is proved experimentally that the algorithm is very fast and effective. Issues related to the algorithm are also discussed.     

埋弧焊机的单片机控制系统设计

设计了以MCS-51单片机为控制核心的埋弧焊机控制系统．实现焊接过程的实时控制，保证了焊接电流和电弧电压的自动调节。通过实际生产应用表明：该控制系统工作稳定可靠，焊接质量较好，能够满足生产要求。     

High temperature corrosion behavior of arc-sprayed aluminum coatings on steel

Aluminum coatings were sprayed on the substrate of steel Q235 by arc spraying. The test samples of Q235, Al coatings and Al coatings with seal coat were placed in box type electric resistance furnace at 400, 500,600, 650 ℃ when their oxidation behaviors were studied. And their oxidation kinetics curves were protracted. Microstructure, microhardness, bond strength and distribution of section elements were investigated by optical microscope(OM), Vickers microhardness instrument, electric tensile test machine and EPMA. Al coatings and Al coatings with seal coat can enhance the oxidation-resistance of substrate under 500 ℃. The latter has the best corrosion resistance. The coatings can't protect the substrate against oxidation above 600 ℃. After a long time corrosion there is enriched oxygen element at interface.     

气体保护焊在变压器波纹油箱制造中的应用

简述了变压器波纹油箱的结构和焊接方法，通过纯CO2和混合气体2种焊接工艺方法的实践，肯定了混合气体保护焊应用于变压器波纹油箱焊接工艺是切实可行的，具有推广使用价值。     

Na2SiO3—KOH—（NaPO3）6溶液中Ti6Al4V微弧氧化陶瓷膜研究

用非平衡交流微弧氧化法于Na2SiO3-KOH-(NaPO3)6溶液中在Ti6Al4V表面形成氧化物陶瓷膜。分别用扫描电镜、电子探针及X射线衍射研究了陶瓷膜的组织形貌、元素分布和相组成。相对致密均匀的膜层主要由TiO2(钙钛矿相及金红石相)及非晶相组成。厚约20μm的膜可分为3层：过渡层、致密层与疏松层。电解液所含元素Si，P进入到膜层中，表明电解液组元急烈参与微弧氧化反应，这为通过选择电解液来设计膜层的相组成进而对膜层进一步改性提供途径。     

晶闸管弧焊整流器的全集成化控制

在保留双反星形可控整流主电路优点的同时，根据手工焊和氩弧焊的工艺特点，对控制电路作了全集成化设计。介绍了稳弧电路、同步移相电路、触发电路及外特性控制电路的设计特点，对各单元电路进行了具体的分析。     

晶闸管逆变式弧焊电源的主回路分析和设计

本文分析了晶闸管逆变式下降特性弧焊电源主回路的工作原理，指出了现有文献分析的不足之处，提出了逆变变压器的设计方法和换向电容、输出滤波电感电容的参数计算公式，并给出了设计实例。
