欢喜岭SBS改性沥青的性能

采用适当的生产工艺，选择不同牌号的欢喜岭重交通道路沥青对几种SBS改性剂的配伍性进行考察，从中优选出配伍性好的改性剂，生产两种类型的改性沥青，一种是基于现场改性不添加稳定剂的改性沥青；另一和中是稳定性较好能长期储存的改性沥青。两种改性沥青经使用性能评定具有优良的使用性能。     

只读式超分辨光盘的膜层设计和分析

超分辨技术是一种无需减小记录波长或增大数值孔径而提高存储密度的方法。Ge Sb Te是一种良好的相变光存储材料 ,在超分辨光盘中可作为掩膜。利用多层膜反射率的矩阵法计算了掩膜为Ge2 Sb2 Te5薄膜的超分辨只读式光盘的光学参数与各膜层厚度之间的关系 ,最后得到了较为理想的膜层厚度匹配。采用磁控溅射法制备了只读式超分辨光盘 ,测量了光盘的光学性质。     

填充料细度对水工沥青混凝土性能的影响

近年来沥青混凝土作为防渗材料，在我国水工建筑中得到了广泛应用。与道路工程的沥青混凝土不同的是，水工沥青混凝土具有良好的粘弹性及抗渗性。目前，国家规范对填充料的细度尚无明确规定，通过调整沥青混凝土的填充料细工，对沥青混凝土的各项性能进行了系统的试验和分析，研究表明：适宜的填充料细度及掺量，能有效地改善沥青混凝土性能，提高其抗渗性。     

CHARACTERIZATION OF Si_(1-x-y)Ge_xC_y FILMS GROWN BY ION IMPLANTATION AND SUBSEQUENT SOLID PHASE EPITAXY

Si1-x-yGexCy ternary alloy films were grown on monocrystalline silicon substrates by C ion implantation and subsequent solid phase epitaxy (SPE). Two-step anneal-ing technique was employed in the SPE. The structure and electrical properties of the alloy films were determined using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and van der Pauw Hall measurements, respectively. With the optimization of two-step anneal-ing technique for the implanted Si1-x-yGexCy layers, a certain amount of C atoms occupied substitutional sites and no SiC was formed.     

纳米ZnO薄膜制备及液态源掺杂

用真空蒸发法在玻璃和单晶硅片 (10 0 )上制备Zn薄膜 ,然后对Zn薄膜进行氧化、热处理获得纳米ZnO薄膜。对在硅片上制备的Zn薄膜一次性进行高温掺杂、氧化获得纳米ZnO∶P和ZnO∶B薄膜。研究不同氧化、掺杂温度和时间对薄膜结构、电学性能的影响。结果表明 :氧化温度和时间对ZnO薄膜结构影响较大 ,液态源掺P可明显改善纳米ZnO薄膜的导电性能、结构特性和化学组分     

长脉冲激光沉积原位生成YBaCuO超导膜

用长脉冲激光(脉冲宽度150μs,波长1.06μm)辐照高温烧结的YBa_2Cu_3O_(7-x)靶,在6Pa的氧气压强下,巳在(100)YSZ单晶衬底上原位生成YBa_2Cu_(?)O_(7-x)超导膜。衬底置于750℃的加热器上,衬底与靶之间的距离5cm,用该法制得的薄膜光亮坚实,正常态呈金属性,零电阻温度为84.7K。用XRD和SEM对薄膜进行了分析研究。     

Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy of a free-standing oxide film

The corrosion of low carbon steel in natural sea-water is characterized by the formation and growth of compact and thick layers composed of oxides, insoluble salts and organic materials. These layers are the result of corrosion processes induced by local environmental conditions, water oxygen supply; ionic species; bacteria and organic matter. The exchange of various species (ions, molecules, gas) between sea-water and the rust layers or the metal depends both on the kinetics of the Faradaic reactions of the entities with either the oxides or the metal, as well as on their transport properties through the different strata of the rust layers. In this work, an impedance study was carried out using the 4-electrodes cell arrangement with corrosion products picked up on steel sheet piling immersed for 25 years and analyzed as free standing membranes. This new approach is a good way to reach the specific transport and transfer properties of the oxide without being blurred by the metal influence. The physical model developed in this work was based on a transmission line, and accurately described the experimental diagrams. The electronic resistivity of the oxide layer, its porosity, the mean pore size and the reaction kinetics parameters could be determined from the fittings.     

钢铁表面黑色转化膜处理技术

黑色转化膜技术是目前较为先进的钢铁表面处理技术 ,本文试验研究了一种新工艺 ,提出了TB值的概念 ,通过控制TB值即可控制处理液的质量 ,获得性能优良的转化膜。此工艺性能可靠 ,可操作性强 ,并可应用于激光热处理前的预处理。     

电视节目包装中的文字设计艺术

文字是电视节目包装中的重要元素之一,除了传达信息的基本功能外,经常起到决定整体效果的关键作用。节目包装文字设计应突出本台文化和本土文化,文字的设计必须与节目相匹配,形成统一整体。     

电子通道技术在YBa2Cu3O7外延超导薄膜研究中的应用

本研究采用电子通道技术（ＥＣＰ）对单晶和双晶外延生长的ＹＢａ＿２Ｃｕ＿３Ｏ＿７（ＹＢＣＯ）超导薄膜的结构、取向和表面完好性作检测，并证实对衬底的预处理可改善外延超导薄膜的质量；还对ＹＢＣＯ／ＣｅＯ＿２／ＭｇＯ／ＳｒＴｉＯ３的双外延薄膜作研究。
