Semantic-based web service discovery and chaining for building an Arctic spatial data infrastructure

Increasing interests in a global environment and climate change have led to studies focused on the changes in the multinational Arctic region. To facilitate Arctic research, a spatial data infrastructure (SDI), where Arctic data, information, and services are shared and integrated in a seamless manner, particularly in light of today's climate change scenarios, is urgently needed. In this paper, we utilize the knowledge-based approach and the spatial web portal technology to prototype an Arctic SDI (ASDI) by proposing (1) a hybrid approach for efficient service discovery from distributed web catalogs and the dynamic Internet; (2) a domain knowledge base to model the latent semantic relationships among scientific data and services; and (3) an intelligent logic reasoning mechanism for (semi-)automatic service selection and chaining. A study of the influence of solid water dynamics to the bio-habitat of the Arctic region is used as an example to demonstrate the prototype.     

Multi‐agent system for knowledge‐based event recognition and composition

This work presents a multi‐agent system for knowledge‐based high‐level event composition, which interprets activities, behaviour and situations semantically in a scenario with multi‐sensory monitoring. A perception agent (plurisensory agent and visual agent)‐based structure is presented. The agents process the sensor information and identify (agent decision system) significant changes in the monitored signals, which they send as simple events to the composition agent that searches for and identifies pre‐defined patterns as higher‐level semantic composed events. The structure has a methodology and a set of tools that facilitate its development and application to different fields without having to start from scratch. This creates an environment to develop knowledge‐based systems generally for event composition. The application task of our work is surveillance, and event composition/inference examples are shown which characterize an alarming situation in the scene and resolve identification and tracking problems of people in the scenario being monitored.     

佛子岭水电站计算机监控系统的设计与应用

介绍了佛子岭水电站监控系统的系统结构功能及其特点,佛子岭水电站计算机监控系统满足了电站按"无人值班"(少人值守)模式运行管理的需要,实现了远方通信的功能。系统采用分层分布式设计,代表了国内水电站监控系统的主流设计趋势。并且在保证可靠性的前提下,充分满足水电站各方面信号实时性的要求。     

基于ZigBee技术的远端通信站监控系统及其实现

提出了一种基于ZigBee技术的远端通信站环境监控系统设计方案。包括系统结构、Zigbee通信接口、单片微处理器、温度采集等模块的软硬件设计。此方案设计的监测系统已在某远端无人小型频谱监测站使用。     

油田污水处理站自控系统的优化设计

随着网络技术和多媒体技术的不断发展,传统的工业控制模式也需要不断引入新技术来满足当今社会对控制和管理的新要求.文中着重介绍了对新疆新港公司油田污水处理站监控系统的优化升级.其中采用了一体化控制理念,选用了将PLC控制、网络通讯、视频监控、数据存贮集成于一体的控制器,使控制系统的功能得到了增强.该系统已投入运行两年多,稳定可靠,具有良好的应用和推广价值.
