探讨了水资源系统分析法的步骤和数学模型,并以线性规划模型为例建立了水资源优化配置的数学模型,对水资源优化配置提供了一定的依据。     

Formulation of a ceramic ink for a wide-array drop-on-demand ink-jet printer

This paper describes the methodology for simulating a reprographic ink with a ceramic ink based on a commercially available zirconia powder for direct ceramic ink-jet printing. Of over-riding importance was matching viscosity and this was tested systematically by using a mineral oil–hexane binary system. Of secondary importance was adjustment of the pressure defect behind the nozzle to compensate for small differences in surface tension. The inks tested in the wide array print-head were based on low electrical conductivity liquids to avoid damage to the electroding system. The organic binder for the zirconia ink was paraffin wax and the dispersant was a hydroxystearic acid based polyester.     

龙滩水电站地下厂房进水口高边坡加固支护设计

龙滩水电站地下厂房进水口高边坡开挖坡高达435m，坡面面积达27万m^2，为典型的反倾向层状结构岩质高边坡。为了确保进水口坝段的稳定，必须保持边坡岩体有足够的稳定性，通过采取边坡轮廓设计，防渗、排水设计，加固支护设计及施工控制等一系列措施，确保边坡稳定。文章简要论述了边坡设计的原则、标准、高边坡轮廓设计、防渗排水系统、加固支护措施、施工控制等情况。     

Sparse field level set method for non-convex Hamiltonians in 3D plasma etching profile simulations

Level set method [S. Osher, J. Sethian, J. Comput. Phys. 79 (1988) 12] is a highly robust and accurate computational technique for tracking moving interfaces in various application domains. It originates from the idea to view the moving front as a particular level set of a higher dimensional function, so the topological merging and breaking, sharp gradients and cusps can form naturally, and the effects of curvature can be easily incorporated. The resulting equations, describing interface surface evolution, are of Hamilton-Jacobi type and they are solved using techniques developed for hyperbolic equations. In this paper we describe an extension of the sparse field method for solving level set equations in the case of non-convex Hamiltonians, which are common in the simulations of the profile surface evolution during plasma etching and deposition processes. Sparse field method itself, developed by Whitaker [R. Whitaker, Internat. J. Comput. Vision 29 (3) (1998) 203] and broadly used in image processing community, is an alternative to the usual combination of narrow band and fast marching procedures for the computationally effective solving of level set equations. The developed procedure is applied to the simulations of 3D feature profile surface evolution during plasma etching process, that include the effects of ion enhanced chemical etching and physical sputtering, which are the primary causes of the Hamiltonian non-convexity.     

WCDMA系统接口信令消息的描述与实现

WCDMA作为第三代移动通信系统的主流标准，能够提供多种类型的多媒体服务。为了实现各种用户平面数据的传输，系统会提前通过控制平面对所需的无线资源进行分配。由于配置过程是通过接口之间发送控制平面应用协议消息来实现的，因此能否正确有效地对信令消息进行编解码成为保证系统稳定工作的关键因素。3GPP标准中，ASN．1语言被用来描述接口信令消息。首先简要介绍了WCDMA系统结构以及主要接口协议，重点描述了ASN．1存在的意义及其编解码规则，最后给出了基于ASN．1的开发环境下应用层网络协议的开发流程。     

由含硫原油生产Ⅰ类润滑油基础油中的问题

论述了由含硫原油生产Ⅰ类润滑油基础油的重要性,并介绍了由含硫原油生产Ⅰ类润滑油基础油加工过程中存在的问题,认为并非由含硫原油不能生产优质的基础油,而是我国现有的基础油生产装置是按加工大庆原油设计,不能完全适合加工含硫原油的需要,所以应适当改造。例如:增加丙烷脱沥青的溶剂比,用加氢补充精制代替白土精制等,此外,在含硫原油生产基础油时,对原油也应适当选择。     

Fracture toughness of PAN-based carbon fibers estimated from strength-mirror size relation

Fracture toughness (K_IC) of representative high-strength type PAN (polyacrylonitrile)-based carbon fibers, Torayca™ T300 and T800H, with or without artificial surface defects, were estimated to be ca. 1 MPam^1/2 from the tensile strength vs. fracture mirror size relation, assuming a constant crack-to-mirror size ratio. The corresponding critical energy release rate (Γ) was ca. 7.4 J m⁻², which was close to the value derived from the reported surface energies for a graphite crystal. Similar K_IC values were obtained for the old-type PAN-based carbon fibers from the reported data by the use of the present estimation procedure.     

基于B/S架构的口岸管理信息系统设计与实现

为了对口岸管理进行微机化，以微软、NET和水晶报表为开发工具，设计并实现了口岸管理信息系统，同时对实现过程中所遇到的关键技术进行了探讨。运行证明：该系统界面美观简洁，方便易用，客户端只需通过浏览器就可以访问服务器，不需要安装其它软件。加强各执法部门间的业务衔接，减少业务脱节现象，简化查验手续，促进查验工作的快速完成，也减轻了查验工作人员的劳动强度，提高口岸工作的效率，有利于发挥口岸工作的综合管理职能和整体功能。     

原油基压裂液研究

研制了一种适用于低压、低渗、水敏性储集层的新型原油基压裂液体系。根据基液原油的组分合成相应的增稠剂，增稠剂在原油中与交联剂反应，形成网状结构，使原油成为黏度可以调控的冻胶，从根本上改变了油基压裂液以柴油、煤油为基液的现状，降低了油基压裂液的成本，同时还提高了压裂液的抗温、抗剪切和破胶性能，并将交联时间缩短到2h以内，可以满足现场压裂施工的要求，大大降低了施工强度和压裂改造的综合成本。在青海油田进行的现场先导试验取得成功。图9表1参5
