The splicing of reinforcement bars in tension using epoxy-sleeve joints is described. The optimum length of the splicing sleeve required and the optimum bonding layer of epoxy resin in the joint were determined in direct tension tests. The performance of the epoxy-sleeve joint made to these optimum dimensions is then compared to that of a lap splice made according to the provisions of CP 110 in a beam flexure test. A sleeve length of 12 bar diameters and an optimum average thickness of 2 mm of the bonding layer of epoxy are shown to develop the full strength of the splices bar. Tensile reinforcement bars spliced using epoxy-sleeve joints are shown to perform satisfactorily as flexural reinforcement in beams and compare favourably with the standard CP 110 lap splice. Epoxy-sleeve joints are shown to produce stiffer beams and reduced crack width at the joints.  相似文献

黄土节理是地下水的赋存场所和运移通道,它们使土体破碎进而影响稳定性和强度,是各类地质灾害的构造基础,准确分析其发育特点和展布规律,是理解黄土频发灾害的关键步骤。通过现场调查、数理统计和拓扑分析,对陇西地区黄土进行系统研究。结果表明:①陇西地区主要发育优势走向为NNW、NWW和NE向的构造节理,这是受区域内走滑断裂带和逆倾滑断裂带影响的结果;②构造节理优势组的产状服从高斯正态分布,倾角多为60°~80°,垂直节理的产状随机分布、离散型较强;③2种节理的平均间距均较宽,张开度属“开裂”范围,延续性中等,但垂直节理的间距分布范围更集中,构造节理的张开度相比更小;④拓扑分析显示I型节点占主导,节理延伸过程易被中断,分支比处于3以下的低水平,该方法能更简单、直观地描述连通性。研究结果可以为新构造应力场恢复、掌握黄土节理发育基本规律、节理网络数值建模等提供基础数据。  相似文献

对4个高强钢筋高韧性混凝土框架中节点进行低周往复加载试验,对比不同范围采用高韧性混凝土进行增强的节点与同条件下未增强的节点的承载能力、变形能力、滞回特性、刚度退化、耗能能力等抗震性能指标。结果表明,在节点中采用高韧性混凝土进行增强,可以改善节点破坏形态,提高试件的承载能力和变形能力,提高构件的抗震性能,由节点核心区延伸至1倍有效梁高范围内采用高韧性混凝土进行增强的节点对变形性能、刚度退化、延性和耗能能力增强效果最佳。  相似文献

Pre-existing discontinuities change the mechanical properties of rock masses,and further influence failure behavior around an underground opening.In present study,the failure behavior in both Inner and Outer zones around a circular opening in a non-persistently jointed rock mass under biaxial compression was investigated through numerical simulations.First,the micro parameters of the PFC3D model were carefully calibrated using the macro mechanical properties determined in physical experiments implemented on jointed rock models.Then,a parametrical study was undertaken of the effect of stress condition,joint dip angle and joint persistency.Under low initial stress,the confining stress improves the mechanical behavior of the surrounding rock masses;while under high initial stress,the surrounding rock mass failed immediately following excavation.At small dip angles the cracks around the circular opening developed generally outwards in a step-path failure pattern;whereas,at high dip angles the surrounding rock mass failed in an instantaneous intact rock failure pattern.Moreover,the stability of the rock mass around the circular opening deteriorated significantly with increasing joint persistency.  相似文献

In order to establish the design method for T-shaped tensile connector with high strength bolt,the theoretical analysis is carried out. Firstly,it analyzes the performance of the connector and establishes prying force calculation model. Based on the model,prying force equation and function between bolt prying force and flange thickness is derived,and the min and max thickness requirement of flange plate under a certain tension load is then obtained. Finally,two simplified design methods of the connector are proposed,which are bolt pulling capacity method and flange plate bending capacity method.  相似文献

A beam-column joint of precast and partial steel reinforced concrete( PPSRC) is proposed for precast reinforced concrete frames. The PPSRC consists of partial steel and reinforced concrete. The partial steel is located in the core joint region and the connections between concrete members. This paper presents an experimental study of a series of PPSRC specimens. These specimens are tested under low cyclic loading.Experimental results demonstrate that the bearing capacity of the PPSRC specimens is 3 times that of the ordinary reinforced concrete( RC) beam-column joints. The strength and stiffness degradation rates are slower compared with that of the RC beam-column joints. In addition,the strength of the core joint region and the connections is higher than other parts of the PPSRC specimens. Beam failure occurs firstly for the PPSRC specimens,followed by column failure and connections failure. The failure of the core joint region occurs finally.Test results show that the seismic performance of the PPSRC is better than that of the ordinary RC beam-column joints.  相似文献

以吉林省延吉市某小区高层建筑框架结构工程为实例,对地下室后浇带和墙体水平施工缝的施工提出了新的构造措施:后浇带两侧采用由钢板网和钢筋骨架组成的模板,并且在其之间设置钢筋作为水平支撑,同时用钢板止水带止水的方法;水平施工缝采用钢板止水带止水、开口箍筋定位的方法.工程实践表明,施工质量符合现行规范验收标准,可为类似工程提供借鉴.  相似文献

The surfaces of X80 pipeline steel welded joints were processed with a CO2 laser, and the effects of laser heat treatment (LHT) on H2S stress corrosion in the National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE) solution were analyzed by a slow strain rate test. The fracture morphologies and chemical components of corrosive products before and after LHT were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and energy-dispersive spectroscopy, respectively, and the mechanism of LHT on stress corrosion cracking was discussed. Results showed that the fracture for welded joints was brittle in its original state, while it was transformed to a ductile fracture after LHT. The tendencies of hydrogen-induced corrosion were reduced, and the stress corrosion sensitivity index decreased from 35.2% to 25.3%, indicating that the stress corrosion resistance of X80 pipeline steel welded joints has been improved by LHT.  相似文献

针对复合材料天线罩螺栓连接结构的损伤失效问题,采用试验和渐近损伤分析方法对复合材料天线罩螺栓连接结构的损伤失效进行了研究,分析了螺栓连接结构在等效风载压力和拉力作用下的失效过程和失效强度,并对天线罩连接结构折角位置玻璃钢蒙皮的过渡方式对其力学性能的影响进行了分析。试验和数值研究结果表明,连接结构试件的初始破坏均表现为玻璃钢蒙皮与泡沫芯材间的层间开裂,初始开裂载荷为0.7倍左右的结构失效载荷,玻璃钢蒙皮采用隔层断开过渡的加工工艺可显著提高天线罩连接结构的强度,数值预测的结构失效强度与试验结果吻合较好。  相似文献
