应用遗传算法搜索边坡最小安全系数的研究

本文简要介绍了滑坡滑裂面搜索问题和遗传算法,并试用遗传进化算法从边坡任意形状滑裂面组合中搜索最有可能的滑裂面,也就是使安全系数最小的滑裂面。作为实例,分析了遗传算法在天生桥二级电站首部枢纽进水口右岸滑坡案例中的应用。分析结果表明,在搜索边坡滑裂面问题上遗传算法较其它搜索算法具有准确性和可靠性的优势。     

大型双层预应力水池施工张拉优化分析与实践

采用有限元程序对某自来水厂大型双层叠合式预应力水池进行分析,比较了不同的预应力张拉方案,得出最优化结论,并通过现场测试研究,验证了分析结果的可靠性与合理性。     

用富士PLC（NB0—P14R3—AC）实现自动点焊机的程序控制

介绍了用富士电机有限公司生产的超小型可编程序控制器（ＮＢ０－Ｐ１４Ｒ３－ＡＣ）实现点焊机的自动控制，包括硬件配置、软件编程的实现以及在系统调试过程中总结的经验。     

潜油电泵高效运行的研究

利用质量守恒、能量守恒定律建立了潜油电泵高效运行的计算数学模型;以“FTZ-Ⅰ型放气式可调油嘴”作为调节潜油电泵井工况点的技术手段,采用“区间划分、逐点逼近”的计算方法逐级搜索高效工况点,并编制了相应的计算程序.两口油井实测数据与程序预测值的对比结果表明：潜油电泵高效运行程序计算的精度高,用计算结果指导调参可保证潜油电泵井处于高效区工作,节能效果显着.     

浅析我国小矿立法

小矿是我国矿业经济的重要组成部分。近些年来,小矿立法逐渐提上议事日程。本文通过对国外小矿法律政策的分析,并结合我国小矿自身特点,从小矿立法的模式、法律主体的关系,以及法律实施等角度出发,提出我国小矿规制的方案和思路。     

基于Java非阻塞I/O开发高性能网络应用程序

传统的网络应用程序主要使用阻塞方式进行网络通信,性能低下。虽然可使用多线程技术进行改进,但并不能从根本上解决阻塞通信带来的低效率问题。在Java 1.4中引入的NIO(新I/O)API,可实现非阻塞的I/O操作,从而实现流畅的网络通信,开发出高性能的网络应用程序。文中对比了两种不同的网络通信方式,给出了基于非阻塞I/O开发高性能网络应用程序的具体实例。     

Effectiveness of and Consumer Satisfaction With an Assertive Community Treatment Program for the Severely Mentally Ill: A 3-Year Follow-Up.

Assertive community treatment (ACT) programs have made substantial strides in reducing inpatient hospitalizations and in improving the lives of individuals with a severe mental illness. However, few studies have investigated their effectiveness outside of a 24-month treatment period. The present study investigated treatment outcomes in an ACT program over a 36-month period. Results indicate that participants experienced a statistically significant reduction in hospital bed days during the first 2 years of treatment. Positive outcomes were demonstrated on other variables, including an increase in compliance with outpatient psychiatric appointments and a reduction in emergency outpatient contacts. Results indicate that clients and family members were satisfied overall with ACT services, but family members reported greater satisfaction than clients in all areas assessed. Towards a Constraint-Based Engineering Framework for Algorithm Design and Application

The search for programming frameworks that provide the formalism that can help organize literally thousands of algorithmic ideas and facilitate their applications to new problems is an important research direction in computer science. That is, we are seeking to develop a practical programming environment that allows the user to state a family of problems, and subsequently systematically apply a collection of established algorithmic techniques to individual problems correctly. In this note we informally discuss constraint networks as a vehicle that provides a general framework for the synthesis, abstraction and application of problem-specific algorithms.
