Reciprocal Associations Between Adolescent Sexual Activity and Quality of Youth-Parent Interactions.

The authors examined differences in adolescents' relationships with their parents before and after adolescent first sexual activity. Participants were 13,570 members of the core sample of the National Longitudinal Survey of Adolescent Health (Add Health) Waves 1 and 2. Path analyses examined changes in parent-adolescent closeness, shared activities, and problem-focused interactions associated with changes in sexual activity separately for sons and daughters and for mothers and fathers. Race, religion, age, urbanicity, and parents' education were controls. Results confirm that increased problem-focused interactions and decreased parental closeness and shared activities both precede and follow adolescent sexual activity. Maintaining positive parental relations after adolescent first sexual activity is discussed as a means to reduce risks associated with sex. Attributions and Anger in Early Marriage: Wives Are Event-Dependent and Husbands Are Schematic.

Two types of attribution believed to predict anger in married couples were investigated. Wives' anger was expected to be predicted by event-dependent attributions, appraisals based on the unique aspects of one's current situation. Husbands' anger was expected to be predicted by schematic attributions, appraisals based on one's global sentiment in the relationship. Seventy-seven recently married couples attended 2 assessment sessions, and each couple identified 4 incidents pertaining to unresolved relationship issues. Participants rated their event-dependent attributions and their anger prior to a discussion for each incident. They also completed questionnaires regarding schematic attributions and relationship sentiment. Hierarchical linear modeling was used to distinguish between the 2 types of attribution. Strong support was found for the expected gender differences. Results suggest that wives are particularly attentive to the details of interpersonal interaction. Dissociation and Internal Models of Protection: Psychotherapy With Child Abuse Survivors.

This article presents strategies for treating child abuse survivors based on a theory of interpersonal protection that integrates research in attachment, developmental psychopathology, trauma, dissociation, and experiential psychotherapy. The theory proposes that abused children do not form internal working models of an effective protector, with the result that they have difficulty defending themselves against interpersonal aggression and internal self-criticism; thus, a core psychotherapy task is to help survivors develop adequate representations of protection. The article provides case examples and describes interventions targeting the client-therapist relationship, other client relationships, client self-criticism, and traumatic memories. The author discusses dissociation as an intervention marker; client verbal and nonverbal feedback to therapist interventions; subselves and internal roles; the "inner critic"; guided imagery, role-plays, and dramatic enactment methods; and directions for future research. The Therapeutic Process As a Predictor of Change in Patients' Important Relationships During Time-Limited Dynamic Psychotherapy.

Components of the therapeutic process have been shown to be moderately strong predictors of change in patients' global interpersonal functioning during therapy. The authors sought to extend this research by examining how the therapeutic process in time-limited dynamic psychotherapy related to change in patients' perceptions of a specific relationship as rated by the Structural Analysis of Social Behavior. Results showed that ratings of therapist warmth at Session 3 predicted increased warmth and decreased hostility in patient behavior at posttreatment. Therapist warmth at Session 16 was predictive of a decrease in submissive behavior by patients toward their significant other. γ辐照对聚己内酯性能的影响

研究了不同分子量的聚己内酯的辐照特性，聚已内酯(PCL)的分子量越大，辐射交联所需的凝胶化剂量越低。结果表明，溶胶分数s √s与I／D的关系很好地符合Charlesby-Pinner关系式，说明PCL的辐射交联属于无规交联。辐射交联对PCL的力学性能影响显著，辐射剂量越大，拉伸强度和断裂伸长率下降越多，但分子量较高的PCL的抗张强度受辐射剂量的影响较小。动态力学分析(DMA)分析表明，聚己内酯辐照交联后的弹性模量和耐热性能显著提高。     

The commercial use of segmentation and predictive modeling techniques for database marketing in the Netherlands

Although the application of segmentation and predictive modeling is an important topic in the database marketing (DBM) literature, no study has yet investigated the extent of adoption of these techniques. We present the results of a Dutch survey involving 228 database marketing companies. We find that managers tend to rely on intuition and on the long-standing methods RFM and cross-tabulation. Our results indicate that the application of segmentation and response modeling is positively related to company and database size, frequency of customer contact, and the use of a direct channel of distribution. The respondents indicate that future research should focus on models applicable for Internet marketing, long-term effects of direct marketing, irritation from direct marketing offers, and segmentation and predictive modeling techniques.     

不同栽培条件对水稻茎秆材料学特性的影响

交易成本是企业规模的一个限制因素 ,而人际关系对交易成本具有重要影响。通过对特别主义与普遍主义人际关系模式在企业组建与企业运行中的影响分析 ,得出的结论是 :在特殊主义文化环境中 ,小规模组织的效率较高 ,而大规模组织的效率相对较低 ;普遍主义文化中的组织则正好相反。特殊主义文化环境中 ,在一定规模之下 ,组织的平均交易成本低于普遍主义文化环境中的组织 ,而当规模超过一定限度后 ,会高于普遍主义文化环境中的组织。这还会对不同国际分工产生一定的影响 ,既具有特殊主义文化传统的东亚国家在经济规模较小的行业有比较优势 ,而在需要大规模生产的行业则处于比较劣势     

模型检验中迁移关系的分组策略

迁移关系的构建是基于BDD模型检验中的一个重要环节，而建立占内存尽可能小且运算高效的迁移关系一直是难点，通常做法是对迁移关系进行分割．提出一种的对按位分割后的迁移关系进行分组的方法．通过对ISCAS-89中时序电路的试验表明，该方法对其中部分电路是有效可行的．     

钢管混凝土的等效本构关系研究

在总结现有钢管混凝土本构关系分析的基础上,将钢管混凝土简化为同一尺度的横观各向同性体来研究,并在弹性条件下利用应变能相等原理得到了宏观弹性系数,同时根据试验结果假设进入弹塑性阶段后各模量为二次抛物线变化,建立了钢管混凝土这种组合结构新的等效本构关系.并结合具体算例研究了弹性条件下材料强度变化和含钢率对各模量的影响,同时与前人的研究结果进行了比较,结果表明,该本构关系具有理论依据明确,参数易确定,能很好地反映组合构件材料物理性能的优点,为钢管混凝土结构进一步进行数值分析奠定了基础.
