The essential oils of Syzygium aromaticum were isolated from its buds and leaves by hydrodistillation. The oils were analyzed by high resolution GC and GC‐MS. Twenty‐eight and 35 constituents representing 99.9% each were identified from the bud oils of Indian and Madagascan origins, respectively. On the other hand leaf oil from Madagascar resulted in the identification of 22 constituents representing 99.9% of the oil. Artificial liver models have been extensively developed for pathological modeling and toxicological studies. However, the prediction of existing in vitro liver models rarely corresponds to what is consequently observed in vivo owing to the structural and functional complexity of the liver. Here, a new liver model designed to enable the implantation and maintenance of liver buds in perfusable 3D hydrogels where a microvascular network develops within a 200 µm diffusion limit is developed. This system replicates inflammation, lipid accumulation, and fibrosis during the progressive processes of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, in which this model predicted the results from a mouse model. This model reveals that a hepatic steatosis‐reducing drug restored mitochondrial activities with significant reduction of inflammation, oxidative stress, and lipid accumulation. This liver model is not only highly predictive but also scalable and easy to apply to high‐throughput drug screening and implantation studies, suggesting a promising alternative to animal models. 相似文献

Colour evolution and colour changes were analyzed from small specimens of three heat treated wood species using the CIE L*a*b* colour space. Upon heat exposure, the wood substance became darker of species; this was accompanied by a steady reduction in lightness. As treatment conditions (e.g., time and temperature) increase, various shades of yellow were favoured for the surface of red‐bud maple wood (Δb = 1.22–9.79). For European hophornbeam wood, increased times at elevated temperatures make a blue (?b) colour the better choice. The total colour difference (ΔE) of the surfaces of wood substrates appear to be well correlated with the treatment temperature and time. The FTIR spectra suggest that the level of modification was insufficient for removing the major cell wall constituents of the wood substrates. All heat‐treated samples showed much less stability against colour difference in outdoor conditions. For red‐bud maple, the greatest improvement was achieved for samples that were treated at 150°C for 2 h (ΔE = 3.12). 为实现槐米染料的工业化应用及提高棉织物的功能性,分析了使用壳聚糖、Al3+、Fe2+媒染剂预媒染色法对棉织物染色效果的影响,重点研究了铝预媒染方法染色温度、染色时间、pH值等工艺参数对染色棉织物K/S值的影响,并测试了槐米染色棉织物的抗紫外性能。结果表明:直接使用槐米染色的效果较差;壳聚糖媒染对上染效果影响不大,使用铝、铁媒染剂,可得到不同颜色的棉织物;铝媒染剂染色棉织物为鲜艳的黄色,为较好的媒染方法;铝预媒染染色方法染色优化条件为:温度为80℃,染色时间120分钟,染浴pH值为6.8;铝预媒染染色棉织物具有较好的抗紫外性能。 相似文献

以仙客来品种“国旗红”成株的叶片和叶柄为外植体,分别接种到MS培养基(Murash ige&skoog)+6苄基嘌呤(BA)2.0(mg/L,下同)+萘乙酸(NAA)0.5和1/2MS+BA 2.0+激动素(KT)0.25+2,4二氯苯氧乙酸(2,4 D)0.5两种培养基,研究外植体类型、培养基、切割方式和摆放方法对愈伤组织诱导和不定芽形成的影响。结果表明,叶片是诱导愈伤组织和形成不定芽的理想外植体;将带主脉的叶片,以反面向上的方法接种到1/2MS+BA 2.0+KT 0.25+2,4 D 0.5中诱导效果最佳,愈伤组织诱导率达100%,不定芽形成率和平均个数分别为66.67%和4.0。此外,对不定芽的继代培养进行研究,结果表明,不定芽可继代增殖。 相似文献
