Treatment of low turbidity water by sweep coagulation using bentonite

A novel strategy of sweep coagulation to treat low turbidity water is presented herein. Study findings demonstrated that an Na⁺‐saturated bentonite with medium cation exchange capacity (CEC) resulted in significant turbidity removal at a bentonite dosage of 30 mg dm^?3. Bentonite dispersion with fully delaminated platelets tended to undergo a more porous type of coagulation with intense face‐to‐face interactions of platelets and effectively entrapped TiO₂ particles in band‐type structures. This type of coagulation usually results in a large volume of settled flocs with a fluffy structure and excellent turbidity removal efficiency for sweep coagulation. The sign and magnitude of electrical charge on TiO₂ particles has a minor effect on the efficiency of sweep coagulation. Copyright © 2005 Society of Chemical Industry     

Al-Zn-Ce非晶合金的相选择与组织结构演化

本文研究了具有典型分解特征的Al-Zn-Ce非晶合金的形成和晶化过程，探讨了各种相的生成顺序。XRD和DSC测试结果表明强烈的化合物短程序有利于Al-Zn-Ce非晶合金的形成。在Al-Zn-Ce非晶合金的晶化过程中存在复杂的相选择行为，多种相的竞争形核和有限生长使其具有复杂的结构特点。同时，结果也表明冷速对该体系非晶的形成有很大影响。     

Improvement of the optical properties of electrodeposited CuInSe2 thin films by thermal and chemical treatments

Cu, In and Se have been codeposited in thin films by potentiostatic one-step electrodeposition. The as-deposited material has shown direct optical transitions attributable to the CuInSe₂ semiconductor, but also additional absorption corresponding to another semimetallic phase. The secondary phases are selenium and copper selenide compounds which have been determined by composition measurements. In order to eliminate the semimetallic phases and to improve the semiconductor behaviour of the electrodeposited material, thermal and chemical treatments have been performed. After heat-treatment of the samples at 400°C in flowing argon, elemental selenium loss has been detected together with an enhancement of the allowed direct optical transition. The subsequent chemical etching of the layers in a KCN solution has showed to be successful in eliminating the copper selenide phases which were responsible of the remaining sub-bandgap absorption.     

尖晶石型纳米钴蓝陶瓷颜料的制备

采用化学共沉淀法作为钴蓝颜料的制备方法,探讨了主要工艺因素对制备钴蓝颜料性能的影响,对制备的样品进行了测试与表征。结果表明:Co2+和Al3+物质的量比为1∶2.5时,制备的钴蓝样品颜色饱和度与明度最高,沉淀剂为尿素时制得的样品的粒度最小,粒度分布比较均匀。前驱体的洗涤过程采取水洗加醇洗的方法可有效减少样品的硬团聚现象,且前驱体的最佳煅烧温度为950℃左右。

针对炼油和石化工业装置技术改造的特点，系统地总结了技术改造的类型和改造方案的制定、决策及实施的原则、程序和方法，指出对炼化装置实施技术改造是一项极其复杂、极具难度的系统工程，必须结合实际情况，以投资回报最大化为原则，通过深入细致地研究和反复比选优化改造方案，并结合现场情况制定切实、可靠、安全的实施方案。

介绍了唐钢ER70S-6焊丝钢的特点，对盘条质量进行了分析。对该钢化学成分、冶炼和轧制工艺进行了优化研究，使其综合性能明显改善。

激光法合成SiC超细粉末物理化学过程的研究——Ⅰ.实验规律及粉末特性

用50W连续波CO_2激光器为热源,诱发SiH_4和C_2H_4反应,合成SiC超细粉末。实验确定了反应腔体内压力p、气源中的C/Si原子比、喷嘴内径2r以及激光功率密度与粉末特性之间的关系,并对合成的产物进行物理、化学表征。
