近距离煤层联合开采技术的应用

葛店煤矿N31采区有两层可采煤层,距离很近,煤层中间岩层平均厚度为2.6 m。葛店煤矿采取了上下两层煤同时开采的方式,实现了安全回采,提高了煤炭回收率,带来显著的经济效益。     

Analysis on safety production in coal mines Henan Province

Based on the rigorous situation of safety production in coal mines, the paper analyzed the statistical data of recent accidents indexes in Henan＇s coal mines. Using investigation and comparison analysis methods, a specified analysis on mining conditions, technical facility level, safety input and vocational quality of workers in Henan＇s coal mines was conducted. The result indicates that there have been existing such main safety production problems as weak safety management, low-level facilities, inadequate safety input and poor vocational quality and so on. Finally it proposes such reference solutions as to establish and perfect coal mining supervision and management system, to increase safety investment into techniques and facilities and to strengthen workers＇ safety education and introduction of more high-level professional talents.     

Assessment of sealed fire states by fire characteristic

The paper presented assessment of sealed fire states in underground coal mines by so-called ＂fire characteristic＂, which graphically described tendencies of fire gas components - oxygen, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide and hydrocarbons - in time. In order to mark gas components tendencies in time the authors applied the time series analysis. The case studied confirmed, that analysis of fire gas components tendencies in time and their correlation allow to elicit proper conclusions about fire state assessment. Assessment of fire states based on single value of fire indexes without considering their trends in time and correlation between trends of gas components would give wrong results. The suggested method can appropriately indicate fire states in a sealed area.     

Fractal characteristics of electric properties of coal

In the light of fractal geometry theory, the characteristics of coal＇s electric parameters （including dielectric constant, alternating conductivity, dielectric loss angle tangent and electric polarization constant） were studied by using literature data. The results are shown that the electrical properties of coal have fractal characteristic. The fractal dimensions of dielectric, alternating conductivity, dielectric loss angle tangent were obtained, and are relative to the content of pyrite sulfur, heat and ash content of coal.     

Land reclamation in the refuse dump of open coal mines and its following ecology principle

Through the research on the model of the land reclamation in the refuse dump of Heidaigou open coal mines, it was concerned that ecology was the theoretical basic for the land reclamation of open coal mines. According to the principle of ecological substituting, the land reclamation can be divided into three stages： water and soil conservation, ecological performance and economic performance. Taking the land reclamation in the refuse dump of Heidaigou open coal mines as the practical example, explained the application of the ecological substituting principle on the land reclamation in the open coal mines .     

基于Modbus协议的S7-200 PLC与矿用智能遥控接收机的通信

介绍了Modbus协议的特点,分析了S7-200 PLC Modbus RTU主站协议库,确定了采掘设备控制器S7-200 PLC与矿用智能遥控接收机的数据通信采用Modbus RTU协议,实现了采掘设备与遥控装置的双向通信。应用结果表明,以S7-200 PLC为主站的Modbus通信,传输数据准确可靠,效果良好。     

PLC模糊控制器在煤泥水处理中的应用

根据煤泥水系统的多输入多输出变量特性及其相互之间的动态关系,提出了采用模糊控制技术对其控制的方法以及建立多变量系统的模糊控制规则,并给出了采用PLC处理煤泥水的实现方法。
