自润滑料垫的设计及其在立推式铝锭加热炉上的应用

本文详细论述了我公司自主开发的自润滑料垫的结构设计和技术特点，分析了这种料垫的优缺点，对其应用前景进行了展望。     

Varying Electron Cyclotron Resonance Heating on the Levitated Dipole Experiment

Plasmas in the Levitated Dipole Experiment (LDX) are formed and sustained currently via two electron cyclotron resonance heating (ECRH) sources: 2.5 kW at 2.45 GHz and 2.5 kW at 6.4 GHz. An important topic being investigated is how varying the ECRH affects the confinement and stability of the plasma. We report the results of using different operational combinations of our RF sources, such as varying the power composition, changing the power levels, and sequencing of the onset time.     

Waste-to-energy based greenhouse heating: exploring viability conditions through optimisation models

An optimisation approach is proposed in order to assess the technical and economic feasibility of a renewable-energy-based greenhouse in North-Eastern Italy. A floor heating system that can exploit a low-temperature heat flow coming from the condenser of a waste-to-energy plant is chosen for the greenhouse and designed developing a non-linear optimisation model, solved by a genetic algorithm. In order to determine under what conditions the combination of a floor-heating-based greenhouse with a waste-to-energy plant can be profitable, a mixed integer optimisation model is introduced to allow selection of the minimum cost fuel solution as a function of different design variables of the greenhouse, such as indoor temperature settings and floor area. The ranges within which the renewable energy solution can lead to significant savings in comparison to traditional fossil fuel are identified both from the point of view of costs and of environmental impact. Furthermore, the sales prices for waste heat that would make investment in the renewable energy solution attractive for potential entrepreneurs are given.     

Uneven gridding of thermal nodal networks in floor heating simulations

In this paper, the use of an uneven nodal network in floor heating simulation with finite difference heat balance method is examined. Two floor heating test cases, homogenous and multilayer floor, are presented. Temperature distributions on the floor surface and heat flows through the floor surface are simulated with even and uneven gridding approaches. It is shown that the total number of nodes can be reduced by placing the densest gridding in sections where the curvature of the temperature gradient is steepest.     

利用热管纺丝技术一步法生产FCY

利用平板型热管纺丝装置对普通高速纺丝机进行技术改造，并一步法生产出充分结晶的ＰＥＴ纤维（ＦＣＹ）。该纤维可直接用于织造，调节热管温度、热管安装位置可获得满足后道工序不同需要的ＦＣＹ。     

耐高温辐射涂料在加热炉上的应用

分析了耐高温辐射涂料(HT—1)在加热炉应用的节能机理,工业实验取得良好效果。     

中国先进研究堆冷中子源核发热和冷中子增益研究

为准确计算和研究中国先进研究堆（CARR）冷中子源装置氢系统的核发热和冷中子增益，建立了一整套计算方法。对参考堆的验证计算证明了该方法的正确性和有效性。对影响CARR冷中子源核发热和冷中子增益的各种因素（如慢化剂、冷包材料、冷包形状等）进行了计算和优化选择。结果表明：在核发热量较小的条件下获得了较好的冷中子增益。     

宣钢棒材加热炉悬臂辊道的改进

对宣钢棒材加热炉出入炉悬臂辊道漏水、烧损等现象进行了分析，提出了改进措施。     

分布式集中供热微机控制系统

由供热站控制装置、温度巡测仪和ＰＣ－３８６微机构成对供热站及热用户的多种现场参数进行采集与控制。文中提出了一种根据补水进行前馈控制的方法。并给出了远距离测温探头的实际应用线路。
