发动机连杆裂解加工初始裂纹槽几何参数研究 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
分析比较了裂纹槽的设计位置、几何形状以及预制方法;对含有预制裂纹槽的C70S6钢连杆的裂解加工过程进行了数值模拟分析和连杆断裂剖分实验,给出裂纹槽几何参数对裂解力水平的影响规律.结果表明,在其他参数不变的条件下,裂纹槽深度对裂解力的影响最为显著,随着槽深增大裂解力锐减;提高锐度及减小张角可降低裂解力,但曲率半径为0.1~0.3 mm或张角>30°时,裂解力增幅较小且趋于稳定.研究结果对合理设计裂纹槽、降低切槽成本、提高连杆裂解质量具有参考价值. 相似文献

Two thermomechanical coupled elastic-plastic finite element (FE) models were developed for predicting the 12-pass continuous rolling process of GCrl 5 rod and wire steel. The distances between stands in the proposed models were set according to the actual values, and the billets were shortened in the models to reduce the calculation time. To keep the continuity of simulation, a technique was developed to transfer temperature data between the meshes of different models in terms of nodal parameters by interpolation functions. The different process variables related to the rolling process, such as temperature, total equivalent plastic strain, equivalent plastic strain rate, and contact friction force, were analyzed. Also, the proposed models were applied to analyze the reason for the occurrence of an excessive spread in width. Meanwhile, it was also utilized to assess the influence of the roll diameter change on the simulated results such as temperature and rolling force. This current volume, Evolution, culture and the human mind, follows the lead of Wundt where an attempt is made to provide a synthesis of theory and data across psychological subfields into a holistic framework. Norenzayan, Schaller, and Heine begin the volume with an overview of the scope and themes that arose from their 2004 conference at the University of British Columbia on “Mind, Culture and Evolution.” Explicit throughout this volume is an effort to bridge the “yawning chasm” between perspectives of evolutionary determinism and cultural constructionism. In doing so, there is interest in providing a rigorous multidisciplinary scientific effort to solve this foundational problem for psychology. As such this volume provides an interesting and insightful examination of the evolution of consciousness, cognition, decision-making, actions, and cultural norms in terms of collective consequences and genetic mechanisms. The volume is divided into three sections where several dialectical themes (theory/data, top-down/bottom-up, ecological/social, diversification/integration) are woven throughout. Overall the volume offers nice flow from one collection of essays to the next as themes are picked up and let go, only to return later on. This volume shows a dominance of natural science (cross-cultural) inclinations where some readers may call for more voice given to phenomenological and hermeneutical (cultural) human science contributions. Positive corona burst pulses are an unstable pulse mode. They appear in a small range of the onset stage, and their current pulses result from the collective movement of charged species. This paper focused on the connections between these pulses and the collective movement of charged species. The movement of species is divided into four parts with respect to time: the(1) initial growth of species,(2) formation and development of the streamer region and negative ion sheath,(3) dead time(the time interval between the pulses), and(4) rapid re-growth of species.The movement of the species in the four parts and the correspondence with the current pulse were analyzed. The numerical results indicated the following: the rapid rising of the species matched the rising edge of the pulses, the streamer region, and negative ion sheath appeared in the falling edge of the primary pulse, and the rapid re-growth of species matched the re-ignition of the pulses. The results were in qualitative agreement with deductions and experimental observations in the literature. 相似文献
