基于情境的突发公共事件应急管理系统研究

在突发公共事件的应急管理中,有效提升情境感知能力、及时确定风险级别是一个重要课题.在分析当前应急管理现状和存在问题的基础上,引入情境概念改进传统突发公共事件的应急管理机制,把情境明确、系统地集成到突发公共事件管理过程中,将预案制定和预案调用的过程情境化,重点研究了情境建模、获取和匹配等相关技术,从而为实现应急机制与情境管理的集成、提升突发公共事件应急管理系统的运转效率提供了理论支撑.     

VLAN技术及实现方法

叙述了VLAN技术的优点及划分方式,并以Alcatel-Lucent OS6602交换机为例给出了VLAN的配置实例和VLAN间路由的实现,更好地解决网络冲突和广播风暴等问题,网络性能和安全性也得到了提高。     

Improvisation of Node Mobility Using Cluster Routing-based Group Adaptive in MANET

In today's Internet routing infrastructure, designers have addressed scaling concerns in routing constrained multiobjective optimization problems examining latency and mobility concerns as a secondary constrain. In tactical Mobile Ad-hoc Network (MANET), hubs can function based on the work plan in various social affairs and the internally connected hubs are almost having the related moving standards where the topology between one and the other are tightly coupled in steady support by considering the touchstone of hubs such as a self-sorted out, self-mending and self-administration. Clustering in the routing process is one of the key aspects to increase MANET performance by coordinating the pathways using multiple criteria and analytics. We present a Group Adaptive Hybrid Routing Algorithm (GAHRA) for gathering portability, which pursues table-driven directing methodology in stable accumulations and on-request steering strategy for versatile situations. Based on this aspect, the research demonstrates an adjustable framework for commuting between the table-driven approach and the on-request approach, with the objectives of enhancing the output of MANET routing computation in each hub. Simulation analysis and replication results reveal that the proposed method is promising than a single well-known existing routing approach and is well-suited for sensitive MANET applications.     

切换LPV系统的抗攻击无扰切换控制

本文针对遭受切换冲击和网络数据注入攻击影响的切换线性变参(LPV)系统,给出保护网络信息安全传输的抗攻击机制,提出一种无扰切换控制方法.首先,设计一种新颖的基于编码/解码器的抗攻击机制,可抵御恶意注入攻击信号对系统反馈通信的干扰.基于此,建立切换LPV系统的抗攻击动态输出反馈闭环控制模型.考虑到模式之间的无扰过渡问题,给出与动态输出反馈控制设计互为补充的,满足无扰切换设计需求和H∞性能指标的控制增益可行条件.在本文提出的控制律下,进一步获取了能保证切换LPV系统指数稳定性的充分条件.最后,通过数值仿真验证所提出抗攻击无扰切换控制方法的有效性.     

Monolithically integrated CoP nanowire array: An on/off switch for effective on-demand hydrogen generation via hydrolysis of NaBH<Subscript>4</Subscript> and NH<Subscript>3</Subscript>BH<Subscript>3</Subscript>

The issues of hydrogen generation and storage have hindered the widespread use and commercialization of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles.It is thus highly attractive,but the design and development of highly active non-noble-metal catalysts for on-demand hydrogen release from alkaline NaBH4 solution under mild conditions remains a key challenge.Herein,we describe the use of CoP nanowire array integrated on a Ti mesh (CoP NA/Ti) as a three-dimensional (3D) monolithic catalyst for efficient hydrolytic dehydrogenation of NaBH4 in basic solutions.The CoP NA/Ti works as an on/off switch for on-demand hydrogen generation at a rate of 6,500 mL/(min.g) and a low activation energy of 41 kJ/mol.It is highly robust for repeated usage after recycling,without sacrificing catalytic performance.Remarkably,this catalyst also performs efficiently for the hydrolysis of NH3BH3.     

基于数字兆欧表自动切换档位的研究与实现

随着电力、电气设备的日益复杂化,对于其安全性能也有了更高的要求,数字兆欧表作为测量绝缘阻值的重要工具,已在工业领域中广泛应用;为了满足测量精度以及兆欧表的可靠性,通过基于S3C2440的嵌入式平台,提出了一种基于数字兆欧表的自动切换档位的实现方案,以达到更加精确的测量;此方案通过判断采集到的电压值选择相应的采样电阻来实现,并结合硬件平台和软件设计,分别介绍了驱动程序和应用程序的编写与测试,并很好地应用到了实际电路中;经测试,能够达到预期的效果,测量精度高,测量误差控制在±2%。     

基于PXI接口多通道信源卡设计

多通道信号源是多路采集系统自检与测试系统的重要组成部分,为提高信号源的通用性,可靠性,可扩展性及小型化,结合PXI总线技术,设计出多通道信源卡;详细介绍了波形再生硬件模块,外部SRAM存储波形模块及满足设计要求边沿时间短的矩形波的软硬件设计,同时使用VHDL语言编写了数据通信协议模块,实现FPGA与计算机之间的正常通信。     

基于单片机和模数转换器的实用测试系统

介绍了测试系统的基本原理、硬件组成部分,应用DSC转换技术模拟出空中飞行时的各种复杂的飞行信号;提出了一种改进的单片机与DSC转换器的接口设计方法,应用于航空仪表的日常维护、维修及测试中;系统实现了测试航空仪表时所需要的三相同步模拟信号的产生,并将这些信号信息在数码管上直观的显示,提高了测试过程的自动化和智能化水平以及测试的效率和精度,能够有效保证航空仪表设备在空中飞行时的准确性和可靠性,具有较高的实用价值.
