This paper concerns the robust non-fragile guaranteed cost control for nonlinear time delay discrete-time systems based on Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) model. The problem is to design a guaranteed cost state feedback controller which can tolerate uncertainties from both models and gain variation. Sufficient conditions for the existence of such controller are given based on the linear matrix inequality (LMI) approach combined with Lyapunov method and inequality technique. Prioritized parallel transmission MAC (PPTM) protocol is proposed for all‐IP wireless wide area network (WAN). In this paper, we analyse its performance and compare it with modified channel load sensing protocol (MCLSP). We model PPTM as a non‐preemptive priority queueing system and obtain a close form of transmission time delay for each priority class, throughput of the scheme, and number of packets in the queue in the Poisson arrival case. We find that PPTM achieves less transmission time delay than MCLSP does for high priority data. Hence, the overall performance of the system using PPTM is significantly improved. In this paper, a distributed adaptive guard channel reservation (DAGCR) scheme is proposed to give priority to handoff calls. This scheme is built upon the concept of guard channels and it uses an adaptive algorithm to search automatically the optimal number of guard channels to be reserved at each base station. The quality‐of‐service (QoS) parameters used are the new and handoff call blockings. Simulation studies are performed to compare the present algorithm with the static guard channel policy. Simulation results show that this proposed algorithm guarantees the handoff call blocking probability to remain below the targeted threshold up to a substantially high offered load with a minimal blocking to new calls up to a moderate offered load and also shows significantly high channel utilization in all offered load conditions. This scheme is examined over a wide range of offered load. Thus, it seems the proposed scheme is very useful in controlling the blocking performances in wireless cellular networks. ZnGa2O4 and ZnGa2O4: Mn2+/Eu3+ with uniform nanosphere (diameter about 400 nm) morphology have been synthesized via a facile hydrothermal approach. XRD, Raman spectra, XPS, FT‐IR, SEM, TEM, photoluminescence (PL), and cathodoluminescecne (CL) spectra are used to characterize the resulting samples. The controlled experiments indicate the dosage of trisodium citrate and pH values are responsible for shape determination of the ZnGa2O4 products. The possible fast crystallization–dissolution–recrystallization formation mechanism for these nanospheres is presented. Under UV light and low‐voltage electron beam excitation, ZnGa2O4, ZnGa2O4: Mn2+ and ZnGa2O4: Eu3+ emit bright blue, green, and red luminescence, respectively. Based on density functional theory calculations from first principles, the green and red emission are caused by the Mn 3d and Eu 4f electronic structures, respectively. Besides, the dependence of the CL intensity on the calcination temperature and electrical conductivity of the samples is presented. The ZnGa2O4: Mn2+ nanospheres have a higher CL intensity than that of bulk samples under the same excitation condition. The realization of three primary colors from a single host material suggests that full color display based on ZnGa2O4 nanospheres might be achievable, showing that these materials have potential applications in lighting and display fields. 相似文献

Resource reservation or the other prioritization strategies adopted by Call Admission Control (CAC) schemes in wireless networks lead to unfair resource allocation to users belonging to different service classes (SCs) due to high divergence among the respective call blocking probabilities (CBPs). In this paper, we propose dynamic optimization of probabilistic CAC (P‐CAC) schemes to assure CAC fairness among users of different SCs in wireless networks. The approach is based on users utility combined with fairness optimization, aiming at dynamically determining the probability value in the P‐CAC scheme. This optimal probability is adjusted to network ongoing traffic, CBPs of each SC, prioritization levels characterizing the SCs supported, and the users risk aversion, which reflects their behavior toward the perceived QoS. The existence and uniqueness of the optimal probability that leads to absolute fairness among the users of a wireless network are proven. Copyright © 2012 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd. 相似文献

Recently, multiple cell types with overlapping coverage have been deployed simultaneously to increase cellular network capacity. Cross‐tier interference is one of the key technical challenges in the use of this method. A simple and practical beamforming scheme assisted by locally positioned communication devices for the downlink of a multi‐cell wireless hierarchical cell structure system is proposed in this paper to maximize the capacity of the embedded small cell and simultaneously ensure minimal impact on the performance of existing macrocells. The locally positioned communication devices can be implemented with low complexity and at low cost and can continuously provide helpful and accurate information to base stations for the proper configuration of geographical cell coverage, allowing neighboring cells to cooperate effectively with each other. Simulation results verify that the proposed scheme can provide a significant gain over conventional systems not using the proposed algorithm. Copyright © 2013 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd. 相似文献
