Ion implantation into HgCdTe results in the production of Hg interstitials, which can be subsequently driven into the HgCdTe
by an annealing process. This diffusive drive-in of the Hg interstitials fills vacancies and kicks out group I impurities
and results in the formation of an n–p junction. In this work we report on the production of interstitials during baking subsequent to the ion implantation process.
Various concentrations of metal vacancies were first introduced into mid-wavelength infrared (MWIR, 3 μm to 5 μm) HgCdTe by annealing under tellurium-saturated conditions at various temperatures. Baking subsequent to planar implantation
of boron produced n–p junctions whose depths were measured by defect etching. The results were modeled using a simple diffusion limited model from
a fixed surface concentration. The surface concentration was allowed to decrease exponentially to zero after a time, found
to be of the order of ∼80 h to 150 h. Exhaustion of the interstitials sources produced by the implantation was nearly complete
after ∼400 h. The total number of mercury interstitials produced was approximately 50% of the implant dosage. 相似文献

济阳坳陷作为我国东部渤海湾盆地内重要的富烃坳陷之一,内部具有复杂多样的压力环境。通过对济阳坳陷内各凹陷的实测地层压力统计、泥岩超压测井响应以及超压剖面发育特征的研究,将东营凹陷、车镇凹陷、沾化凹陷和惠民凹陷的超压系统划分为3种:单-强超压系统、复合超压系统与单-弱超压系统。单-强超压系统分布在东营凹陷与车镇凹陷,纵向上发育沙河街组三段-四段一个超压系统,超压幅度大,压力系数可达1.8以上。复合超压系统分布在沾化凹陷,纵向上发育沙一段、沙三段和沙四段3个超压带,且相互独立。单-弱超压系统分布在惠民凹陷,发育沙三段一个超压系统,超压的幅度相对较弱,压力系数不超过1.4。超压结构的差异性与烃源岩发育层系、热演化程度、压力封闭层分布以及断裂活动密切相关。烃源岩分布与演化控制了超压的形成和分布,压力封闭层控制着超压顶底界面,深大断裂控制了超压系统内外横向边界。 相似文献

A theoretical analysis on detonation wave propagation in a double-layer shaped charge (DLSC) is performed. Numerical simulations using the AUTODYN software are carried out to compare the distinctions between jet formations in DLSC and ordinary shaped charge (OSC), in particular, the OSC made using a higher detonation velocity explosive, which is treated as the outer layer charge in the DLSC. The results show that the improved detonation velocity ratio and radial charge percentage of outer-to-inner layer charge are conducive to the formation of a convergent detonation wave, which contributes to enhancement of jet tip velocity in DLSC. The thickness and mass percentages of liner flowing into jet in DLSC closely follow the exponential distribution along the radial direction, but the percentages in DLSC and the mass of effective jet, which have significant influence on the penetration depth, are lower than those in OSC with the outer layer charge. This implies that the total charge energy is the major factor controlling the effective jet formation, which is confirmed by the verification tests using flash X-ray system and following penetration tests. The numerical simulation and test results compare well, while penetration test results indicate that the performance of DLSC is not better than that of OSC with the outer layer charge, due to the differences in jet formation. 相似文献

Blending 10?vol% of ethanol into hydrocarbon base gasoline (HBG) increases significantly the vapour pressure of the blend (E10), and exhibits near-azeotrope behaviour that severely affects the shape of E10 distillation curve. The distillation curves of HBG and E10 fuel blend, were constructed using ASTM D86 distillation data, and the areas under each distillation curve, were calculated through the numerical trapezoid rule (NTR) and calculus definite integration (CDI) methods. Consequently, the area due to azeotrope formation (ADAF), was estimated. In this paper, we present the impact of small concentration of nonionic surfactant on the area under distillation curve (AUDC) of E10 fuel blend and the area due to azeotrope formation (ADAF).
