A three-dimensional clasto-plastic finite element analysis of pre-twist process for a torsional axis made of 45GrNiMoVA steel,
was carried out using a commercial finite element analysis code, MSC MARC 2001. The results show that the critical pre-twist
strain angle is 0.027 rad and the maximum elastic shear stress after pre-twist is 1 694 MPa for the torsional axis.

Copper-bearing deposits of China are statistically analyzed in terms of ore grade, metal amount and ore tonnage. Each of grade
and metal amount shows more or less a lognormal distribution. Analysis gives 10 copper metallogenic districts, each having
specific densities of deposit numbers and copper reserves larger than 3. Based on the ratio of copper in ore value (R
Cu), Chinese copper deposits are classified into two groups: mainly copper-producing deposits (MC: R
Cu⩾0.5) and accessorily copper-producing deposits (AC: R
Cu<0.5). The grade-tonnage relation of MC deposits can be combined by two exponential functions approximating high grade (>3.0%)
and low grade (<2.0%) parts. The critical copper grade, which is obtained from the low grade part of the relation, is 0.34%.
Chinese copper resources are concluded to become pessimistic, because some mines are working with grades close to this critical
value. Taking account of the fact that many copper deposits are actually polymetallic, Cu-equivalent grades, which are converted
from ratios of metal prices to the copper price, are also introduced. The critical Cu-equivalent grade of MC deposits (0.43%)

传统多项目管理中的主要问题表现在级联效应、多任务工作、行为效应等三个方面。本文提出五步骤法将关键链管理中的关键链调度、同步化、缓冲管理应用于多项目管理,建立了关键链多项目管理方法(CCMPM),并构建了由三个项目组成的多项目环境实例,以工期为评估标准,利用模拟软件Crystal Ball 2000.5模拟项目实施过程,1000次模拟结果显示,经CCMPM优化前后项目平均完工时间为320天/295天,完工保证率为90%的工期为330天/301天。 相似文献

Existing State and Partitioning of Rare Earth on Weathered Ores 总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5
The existing state and partitioning of rare earth (RE) on weathered ores in Longnan County(LN), Xingfeng County(XF) and Ninghua County(NH) were characterized systematically by standard geological analytical methods. It is found that RE in the weathered rare earth ores exist as four phases: (a) water soluble, (b) ion-exchangeable, (c) colloidal sediment (oxides), (d) minerals, in which mainly as ion exchangeable phase, accounting for nearly 80% of total RE, with about 20% in the form of colloid sediment phase and mineral phase, but very little as aqueous soluble phase. These rare earth partitioning were mainly chosen mid-heavy RE elements, occupying above 60%, but not equal in the four phases. The mid-heavy RE elements were primarily enriched in the ion exchangeable phase up to 40%, while the containment of cerium dioxide is below 2 %. The cerium deficiency occurs in the ion exchangeable phase in weathered ore. It results from that the Ce^3+ is oxidized into Ce^4+ and changes into CeO2. For LN ore, the containment of Y is high in weathered ore because Y-minerals are abundant in original rock. 相似文献

The use of thermodynamic, statistical, and light and electron‐optical microscopic methods has made it possible to analyse the course of reactions during steel‐plant‐internal hot metal desulphurisation. The theoretical dependence between oxygen and sulphur activity has been used to develop an EMF‐measurement‐based technique for determining the sulphur content as the hot metal is desulphurised. The absence of magnesium sulphide from the collection of phases in the final slag because of the greater stability and secondary formation of calcium sulphide has been explained with the aid of thermo‐chemical calculations. 相似文献

The authors addressed whether individual differences in the working memory capacity (WMC) of young adults influence susceptibility to false memories for nonpresented critical words in the Deese-Roediger-McDermott associative list paradigm. The results of 2 experiments indicated that individuals with greater WMC recalled fewer critical words than individuals with reduced WMC when participants were forewarned about the tendency of associative lists (e.g., bed, rest, . . .) to elicit illusory memories for critical words (e.g., sleep). In contrast, both high and low WMC participants used repeated study-test trials to reduce recall of critical words. These findings suggest that individual differences in WMC influence cognitive control and the ability to actively maintain task goals in the face of interfering information or habit.
