基于小波变换与像素灰度值变化的点目标探测

当成像系统与反舰导弹的运动方向在同一条直线上时,无法采用基于运动轨迹分析的时间滤波算法。针对这一问题,提出了一种基于小波变换的空间滤波与基于像素灰度值变化检测的时间滤波混合算法进行点目标探测。试验用的图像采用实际的背景图像与模拟的点目标信号相结合。试验表明该算法具有良好的探测精度和灵敏度以及低虚警率。     

巡航导弹组合导航的信息融合技术研究

在对集中滤波与分散滤波概念讨论的基础上，提出了联合卡尔曼滤波技术．根据信息分配策略的不同，对联合滤波算法的四种模式进行了比较研究．针对INS／GPS／TAN组合导航系统的联合滤波算法，提出了一种基于广义特征值分解的自适应信息分配策略，解决了根据局部滤波器性能随时调整信息分配策略的方法问题．     

修正的D-S合成规则在对巡航导弹目标识别中的应用研究

在分析了D-S合成规则中存在问题的基础上,提出了一种修正D—S融合方法,该方法不但能处理相互冲突证据,而且能够根据焦元包含元素的多少决定向下聚焦的权重的缺陷．同时,在分析巡航导弹攻防对抗研究信息融合系统结构的基础上,将修正的D-S应用到对巡航导弹预警融合节点和拦截融合节点的目标识别中,仿真结果表明了修正的D-S规则在解决巡航导弹目标识别中的有效性．     

巡航导弹多目标攻击的决策算法

针对巡航导弹多目标攻击的决策问题，分析了与决策相关的评价指标，给出了一个指标的量化方法和隶属度函数，并在此基础上，提出了一种基于三角模糊数和熵权系数的多目标决策评价模型．通过算例分析，论述了巡航导弹多目标攻击决策评价的具体过程，表明了算法的适应性．     

反TBM及巡航导弹目标引战配合技术

在分析战术弹道导弹（TBM）目标及巡航导弹目标的易损性和杀伤准则基础上,建立了防空导弹迎击战术弹道导弹目标及巡航导弹目标时,在迎头平行交会条件下的引战配合模型,给出了引战配合延时时间方程,同时还分析了防空反导导弹引战配合设计中的关键技术,最后提出了加强TBM及巡航导弹目标特性、特别是易损性研究的建议.     

空地巡航导弹作战效能的分析研究

以遥控电视制导巡航导弹为例,建立了空地巡航导弹对地攻击作战效能评估模型.对其它型号的巡航导弹效能评估也具有参考价值.     

一种对雷达探测巡航导弹能力的评估方法

根据巡航导弹航线规划特点和作战环境实际,估算了强面分布无源杂波的RCS;计算某巡航导弹各方位角的RCS值,从而得出探测强杂波中巡航导弹所需的改善因子。通过比较雷达性能指标,优选适合探测巡航导弹的雷达,为装备部署雷达网和改进雷达参数提供评估依据。     

Determinants of injuries in passenger vessel accidents

This paper investigates determinants of crew and passenger injuries in passenger vessel accidents. Crew and passenger injury equations are estimated for ferry, ocean cruise, and river cruise vessel accidents, utilizing detailed data of individual vessel accidents that were investigated by the U.S. Coast Guard during the time period 2001–2008. The estimation results provide empirical evidence (for the first time in the literature) that crew injuries are determinants of passenger injuries in passenger vessel accidents.     

Predictive energy management of hybrid long-haul trucks

This paper presents a novel predictive control scheme for energy management in hybrid trucks that drive autonomously on the highway. The proposed scheme uses information from GPS together with information about the speed limits along the planned route to schedule the charging and discharging of the battery, the vehicle speed, the gear, and when to turn off the engine and drive electrically. The proposed control scheme divides the predictive control problem into three layers that operate with different update frequencies and prediction horizons. The top layer plans the kinetic and electric energy in a convex optimization problem. In order to avoid a mixed-integer problem, the gear and the switching decision between hybrid and pure electric mode are optimized in a lower layer in a dynamic program whereas the lowest control layer only reacts on the current state and available references. The benefits of the proposed predictive control scheme are shown by simulations between Frankfurt and Koblenz. The simulations show that the predictive control scheme is able to significantly reduce the mechanical braking, resulting in fuel reductions of 4% when allowing an over and under speed of 5 km/h.

对2020年国外高超声速飞行器技术领域的重要发展动向进行了全面梳理,分析和总结了美国、俄罗斯、印度、日本、挪威等世界主要国家在高超声速领域的发展情况和态势。美国稳步推进在研高超声速导弹项目,为后续继续开展试验做好技术储备;俄罗斯在高超声速武器部署方面取得先机,密集开展飞行试验,并披露装备部署计划;印日挪等国也通过开展飞行试验或公布研制计划等方式加快高超声速技术的发展。最后预测了未来发展动向。
