Oil thermal annealed nano‐structured indium tin oxide thin films for display applications

Indium tin oxide‐coated thin films (200 nm) are deposited on glass substrates by using R.f. sputtering technique. Here, we investigate the influence of new technique of treatment, which is called as “oil thermal annealing” on the nano‐structured indium tin oxide thin films at fixed temperature (150 °C) which improves adhesion strength, electrical conductivity and optical properties (transmittance) of the films. Oil thermal annealing is used to reduce inherent defects that may be introduced during the prepared thin film and cooling processes. Proposed technique is highly suitable for liquid crystal displays, solar cells and organic light emitting diodes, and many other display‐related applications.     

Changes in liquid hold-up in foam and size of foam by perforated plates and contribution to mechanical foam-breaking

Changes in the liquid hold-up, ?, and the diameter of d, of a foam that are induced by perforated plates (PPs) and the contribution of PPs to foam-breaking were studied. A foaming system containing a dilute detergent solution in a column with mechanical agitation fitted with a rotating-disk foam-breaker (MFRD) was used. After the foam passed through the PPs, ? and d decreased and increased, respectively. The use of PPs to achieve a maximum reduction in ? and a maximum increase in d is confirmed. It is also demonstrated that use of PPs contributes not only to improving the foam-breaking performance of the MFRD, but also to power savings.     

钢框架-钢板剪力墙结构修复后的使用性能指标

为便于钢框架-钢板剪力墙结构震后快速修复,统计既有实验结果,提出修复后使用的三级性能指标,基于等效拉杆理论,研究结构在侧向载荷作用下塑性铰的出现顺序、层间位移角和结构应力发展等情况,并建立有限元模型对指标进行验证.结果 表明:在一级修复性能指标(位移角1/220)下,结构板墙轻微受损,对应的修复方法为对板墙进行轻微修复;在二级修复性能指标(位移角1/110)下,结构板墙几乎全面进入塑性状态,需要考虑换板或增加加劲肋修复;在三级修复性能指标(位移角1/85)下,结构板墙已经全部进入屈服状态,而且框架梁端也出现塑性铰,此时不仅需要对板墙进行修复,还要考虑对框架进行修复.     

基于改进迭代最近点算法的接骨板贴合性快捷计算方法

为了快速计算出接骨板在断骨表面的最佳贴合位置,以减少手术中接骨板反复调整的次数,提出了一种基于改进迭代最近点（ICP）算法的接骨板贴合性快捷计算方法。首先,由医生指导在断骨表面选取贴合区域,并利用接骨板表面点的法向量之间的夹角提取接骨板的内曲面点云;然后,在对两组点云模型进行平滑处理并采用格点采样的方式来简化点云模型后,利用点云之间的特征关系进行初始配准;最后,对接骨板内曲面点云模型进行边界及内部特征关键点提取,并采用K-维树（KD-Tree）搜索邻近点,对接骨板的特征关键点和断骨表面选取区域执行ICP精确配准。以胫骨为例进行实验,实验结果表明,所提算法相较于近年所提配准算法在保持较高配准度的同时提高了配准效率,能够实现胫骨不同受损类型与接骨板之间的快速配准,并且对其他受损骨骼具有通用性。

基于数值模拟的接水盘冲压成形工艺分析与设计

分析了冰箱接水盘的形状和结构特点 ,设计了零件的冲压成形工艺 ,运用板料成形有限元软件对其中的拉伸和翻边工艺进行数值模拟 ,得到成形过程中工件各部位的厚度分布和成形极限图 ,分析了在不同工艺条件下可能产生的缺陷及其原因 ,并确定其初始毛坯和中间毛坯的合理形状 ,有效地保证了成形工艺的可靠性     

Influence of electroplating conditions on magnetic properties of Fe-36wt.% Ni alloy film

A Fe-Ni soft magnetic film was prepared in sulphate solution by electroplating. The influences of the molar ratio of n [Fe2+ ]/ n [Ni2+ ], current density, bath temperature, pH and L-ascorbic acid concentration on magnetic properties of Fe-Ni alloy film were investigated. The results show that the saturated flux density(BS) of the film increases initially and decreases after it reaches the specific value with the increase of n [Fe2+ ]/ n [Ni2+ ] molar ratio, current density, bath temperature and pH. However, the relationship between L-ascorbic acid concentration and B S keeps linear. It is observed that the coercive force( Hc) is enhanced with the increase of n [Fe2+ ]/ n [Ni2+ ] molar ratio, current density and pH. By comparison, when the bath temperature increases, Hc always decreases. With the increase of L-ascorbic acid concentration, the coercive force increases initially and then decreases.
