有限元法是随着计算机技术的应用而发展起来的一种先进的CAE技术，广泛应用于各个领域中的科学计算、设计、分析中，已成为工程设计和分析中的重要工具。本文在有限元法基本原理的基础上，综述了有限元法在建筑卫生陶瓷生产中的应用情况，分析了有限元的优越性。     

An efficient procedure for finding best compromise solutions to the multi-objective assignment problem

In this paper, we consider the problem of determining a best compromise solution for the multi-objective assignment problem. Such a solution minimizes a scalarizing function, such as the weighted Tchebychev norm or reference point achievement functions. To solve this problem, we resort to a ranking (or k-best) algorithm which enumerates feasible solutions according to an appropriate weighted sum until a condition, ensuring that an optimal solution has been found, is met. The ranking algorithm is based on a branch and bound scheme. We study how to implement efficiently this procedure by considering different algorithmic variants within the procedure: choice of the weighted sum, branching and bounding schemes. We present an experimental analysis that enables us to point out the best variants, and we provide experimental results showing the remarkable efficiency of the procedure, even for large size instances.     

Ce:Nd:ZnWO4激光晶体的生长及其光谱性能

采用提拉法生长出光学质量的Nd:ZnWO4,Ce:ZnWO4和Ce:Nd:ZnWO4晶体.通过X射线衍射仪对晶体样品的微观结构进行了分析.测试了晶体的吸收光谱、电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱和荧光光谱.根据Judd-Ofelt理论计算出Nd:ZnWO4晶体中Nd3 的强度参数为:Ω2=6.820 2×10-20 cm2,Ω4=0.463 3×10-20 cm2,Ω6=0.443 5×10-20 cm2.研究了Ce3 和Nd3 之间的能量转移现象.结果表明:Nd3 在850 nm激发时产生上转换发射峰位于474 nm和572 nm处,分别对应于2G9/2,4K13/2到基态能级4I9/2跃迁,计算出该峰的自发辐射几率为1 360 s-1,荧光寿命为7.353×10-4 s,发射截面为0.905 9×10-23 cm2.     

炼石水泥厂2300t/d熟料生产线的达产达标

福建水泥股份有限公司炼石水泥厂2300t／d生产线(即#4窑)由南京水泥工业设计研究院开发设计，2000年11月动工，建设周期为10个月，2001年9月即实现3d达标考核该线大量采用国产化设备，烧成系统、窑头喷煤管、煤磨系统等应用南京院专有专利技术2002年共生产熟料71．54万t，28d强度平均达57.3MPa，全年运转率达83．6％，全面实现了达产达标。     

Speaker adaptive voice source modeling with applications to speech coding and processing

We discuss the use of low-dimensional physical models of the voice source for speech coding and processing applications. A class of waveform-adaptive dynamic glottal models and parameter identification procedures are illustrated. The model and the identification procedures are assessed by addressing signal transformations on recorded speech, achievable by fitting the model to the data, and then acting on the physically oriented parameters of the voice source. The class of models proposed provides in principle a tool for both the estimation of glottal source signals, and the encoding of the speech signal for transformation purposes. The application of this model to time stretching and to fundamental frequency control (pitch shifting) is also illustrated. The experiments show that copy synthesis is perceptually very similar to the target, and that time stretching and “pitch extrapolation” effects can be obtained by simple control strategies.

新型节能玻璃钢门窗的研究

本文主要围绕节能主题，从能耗方式、性能指标、结构形式、制作安装等方面论述了玻璃钢门窗在不同气候地区、不同环境和不同领域中的开发和应用。     

涵闸工程施工期混凝土温度监测系统与水化热参数反演

针对涵闸工程混凝土温控防裂需要,研制了全自动化数字测温系统。该系统的硬件部分由数字式温度传感器、采集单元、GPRS DTU组成,软件部分包括中心服务器软件和客户端软件。系统实现了GPRS公用无线网络覆盖范围内无人值守、多测点远程测量和数据实时共享,具有体积小、无需布线、运行稳定、精度高等特点。经过实际工程多次应用,系统运行稳定可靠,达到预期性能。基于以上系统的测量数据,结合三维非稳定温度场数值计算,对特定工程的水化热参数进行了反演。规范给出普硅42.5水泥水化热参数为m=0.69,n=0.56;而根据实测数据反演的结果为m=1.85,n=0.79。根据两组参数分别进行了三维温度应力计算,得到完全不同的计算结果,前者温度应力未超标,后者多处超标需要采用温控防裂措施才能保证结构防裂安全。因此对实际工程进行温度监测和水化热参数反演是非常必要的。
