基于双单片机的正弦信号源设计

采用直接数字频率合成（DDS）芯片AD9850，设计了基于双单片机AT89S52的正弦信号源电路。该信号源能输出频率可调正弦信号、模拟幅度调制（AM）信号、二进制PSK信号和二进制ASK信号。     

Finite Element Analysis for Wave Propagation in Double Negative Metamaterials

In this paper, we develop both semi-discrete and fully-discrete mixed finite element methods for modeling wave propagation in three-dimensional double negative metamaterials. Here the model is formed as a time-dependent linear system involving four dependent vector variables: the electric and magnetic fields, and the induced electric and magnetic currents. Optimal error estimates for all four variables are proved for Nédélec tetrahedral elements. To our best knowledge, this is the first error analysis obtained for Maxwell’s equations when metamaterials are involved.      

基于等精度原理双踪频率计的设计

介绍了一种实用型双踪频率计的实现方法,内容主要包括该频率计的工作原理和硬件结构以及软件仿真结果。该频率计采用等精度测量的原理,通过硬件和软件的结合,实现对同时输入的两路信号频率精确的测量,并能够保证在100MHz以下频段范围内对输入信号的测量精度达到1Hz,具有较高的灵敏度。该频率计具有的可双踪测量、简单实用、精度较高、灵敏度较高等特点,使其能够广泛应用于实验室、高频信号测量等众多环境,具有相当广阔的使用前景。     

模糊控制在二级倒立摆中的应用

本文推导了二级倒立摆的数学模型，研究了它的控制方法。本文引入了综合误差和综合误差变化率的概念，大大的减少了模糊控制器的输入变量，从而减少了模糊控制器的控制规则，使控制器的控制规则更简单、有效。     

裁板机智能化设计

主要介绍了裁钢板机的智能化设计,着重论述如何利用该系统提高裁板精度,并给出了单片机控制的接口电路及程序框图。     

Effect of Zn Doping on Transport Properties of La2/3 Sr1/3 Mn1 - x Znx O3 Films

La2/3 Sr1/3 Mn1-x ZnxO3films （x =0.05, 0.1,0.3, and 0.5） were prepared using magnetron sputtering method, and the effect of Zn doping on transport properties of the films was studied. An analysis of X-ray diffraction showed that the main phase of the bulk target was orthorhombic and the films had better epitaxial character. It was found that the films with x =0.05 and x =0.1 exhibited typical insulator-metal transition. No transition of the films with x≥0.3 was observed and the dominant transport was variable-range hopping due to observable secondary phase ZnO. These could be attributed to the Zn doping effect on manganites.     

Plasma coatings of (TiCrC)-(FeCr) composite powder alloys: Structure and properties

The coatings of the (TiCrC)-(FeCr) composite are deposited on steel and titanium alloy by plasma method. The composition, structure, and tribotechnical properties of these coatings are studied in comparison with traditional materials based on the Ni-Cr alloy. The effect of preliminary surface treatment methods, i.e., sandblasting treatment and electrospark alloying, on coating properties is examined. The fretting corrosion of coatings is investigated. It is established that coatings based on double titanium-chromium carbide have considerably greater wear resistance than that of Ni-Cr alloys at almost equal friction coefficients. 新的无向双环网络G(N;±1,±s)直径求解方法

提出新的无向双环网络G(N;±1,±s)的直径求解法——分步法,并得到一种新的直观图——螺旋环,研究了螺旋环的性质,给出无向双环网络的直径d(N;±1,±s)的显式公式,给出N,s都固定的直径算法。给出N固定,2≤s≤N?1这样一族无向双环网络的直径算法。利用VB6.0和SQL Server 2000来仿真2≤s≤N?1,找出了该族无向双环网络直径的分布特点:具有最大值、最小值和中间对称性;对任意N,有不少s使得G(N;±1,±s)紧优或几乎紧优。验证了Boesch和Wang等提出的无向双环网络G(N;±1,±S)的直径下界,给出了一个新的直径上界公式。     

内蒙300 MW-220 kV发变组保护标准设计及应用

发变组保护双重化配置以后,相对于以前的常规保护,对互感器配置、组柜方案、保护出口及其二次接线均有不同的要求。各保护厂家针对双重化配置开发生产的数字式保护装置也各有不同的应用。以四方公司开发生产的CSC-300系列发变组保护装置为例,结合内蒙地区新建300MW机组保护的标准图设计,就上述问题做了介绍和总结。     

双支腿循环流化床锅炉冷渣器问题分析

介绍了新型300 MW循环流化床锅炉通用的风水联合冷渣器的结构、特点及应用方式,并对其应用中的一些问题提出了自己的见解。
