类间集成测试顺序决定着测试成本的大小,为了得到合适的测试顺序,提出了一种基于动态依赖的类间测试顺序的方法。首先分析对象关系图中类间依赖关系,然后运用边删除规则去除环路,最后运用有向无环图的拓扑序列给出类的测试顺序。仿真结果表明,本文的方法较Briand的方法减少了42%的测试桩。此方法满足最小化测试桩的需要,提高了测试效率,减少了测试成本。 相似文献

We determined the optimal reaction conditions to minimize the energy cost and the quantities of by‐products for a poly(ethylene terephthalate) process by using the iterative dynamic programming (IDP) algorithm. Here, we employed a sequence of three reactor models: the semibatch transesterification reactor model, the semibatch prepolymerization reactor model, and the rotating‐disc‐type polycondensation reactor model. We selectively chose or developed the reactor models by incorporating experimentally verified kinetic models reported in the literature. We established the model for the entire reactor system by connecting the three reactor models in series and by resolving some joint problems arising when different types of reactor models were interconnected. On the basis of the simulation results of the reactor system, we scrutinized the cause and effect between the reaction conditions and the final quality of the polymer product. Here, we set up the optimization strategy by using IDP on the basis of the integrated reactor model, and the process variables with significant influence on the properties of polymer were selected as control variables with the help of a simulation study. With this method, we could refine the reaction conditions at the end of each iteration step by contracting the spectra of control regions, and the iteration process finally stopped when the profile of the optimal trajectory converged. We also took the constraints on the control variables into account to guarantee polymer quality and to suppress side reactions. Constituting six different strategies by setting weighting vectors differently, we examined the differences in optimal trajectories, the trend of optimality, and the quality of the final polymer product. For each of the strategies, we conducted the optimization to examine whether the number‐average degree of polymerization approached the desired value. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Dynamic mechanical properties and adhesive strengths of power feed copolymer and random copolymer synthesized using styrene or methyl methacrylate and n-butyl acrylate were investigated. Although the two systems were synthesized from the same raw materials, power feed copolymer had a very broad transition compared with random copolymer. This fact was explained by the fact that the system synthesized through power feed method was an alloy of copolymers which are a continuous series from monomer A rich copolymers to monomer B rich copolymers. The dynamic mechanical behavior of film cast from solution was almost the same as that of emulsion film, which indicated more extensive application of power feed copolymer. In the P(nBA/St) system, power feed copolymer maintained its adhesive strengths over a wide temperature range compared with random copolymer. The absolute value, however, was not so high. 针对蚁群算法搜索速度过慢以及解质量不足等问题,提出一种融合动态层次聚类和邻域区间重组的蚁群算法。在初始阶段,调整层次聚类阈值并按照类间距离最小合并的原则迭代至目标簇集,根据预合并系数进行簇间合并,通过蚁群系统得到小类路径并断开重组以加快算法整体收敛速度;接着使用蚁群系统对解空间进行优化,同时并行处理簇集与簇集邻域区间扩散重组,增加解的多样性,进一步固定迭代次数进行比较,若邻域区间重组解质量优于当前优化解则进行推荐处理,提高解的精度;当算法停滞时,引入调整因子降低各路径信息素之间差异以增强蚂蚁搜索能力,有助于算法跳出局部最优。实验结果表明,在面对大规模问题时,算法的精度在3%左右,该方法相比传统方法可以有效提高解的精度和收敛速度。 相似文献

Zinc oxide (ZnO) nanoparticles assembled in one dimension to give rod‐shaped morphology were synthesized. The effect of these ZnO nanoparticles (average particle size ~ 50 nm) as the curing agent for carboxylated nitrile rubber was studied with special attention to cure characteristics, mechanical properties, dynamic mechanical properties, and swelling. These results were compared with those of the conventional rubber grade ZnO. The study confirmed that the ZnO nanoparticles gave a better state of cure and higher maximum torque with a marginal decrease in optimum cure time and scorch time. The mechanical properties also showed an improvement. There was an increase in tensile strength by ~ 120%, elongation at break by ~ 20%, and modulus at 300% elongation by ~ 30% for the vulcanizate cured with ZnO nanoparticles, as compared with the one containing rubber grade ZnO. Dynamic mechanical analysis revealed that the vulcanizates exhibited two transitions—one occurring at lower temperature due to the Tg of the polymer, while the second at higher temperature corresponding to the hard phase arising due to the ionic structures. The second transition showed a peak broadening because of an increase in the points of interaction of ZnO nanoparticles with the matrix. The tan δ peak showed a shift towards higher Tg in the case of ZnO nanoparticle‐cured vulcanizate, indicating higher crosslinking density. The viscoelastic behavior, thermodynamic compatibility, and phase equilibria in block copolymer-based pressure-sensitive adhesives were investigated. The block copolymers investigated were: (1) polystyrene-block-polybutadiene-block-polystyrene (SBS) copolymer (KRATON® D-1102, Shell Development Company) and (2) polystyrene-block-polyisoprene-block-polystyrene (SIS) copolymer (KRATON® D-1107, Shell Development Company). The tackifying resins investigated were: (1) WINGTACK® 86 (Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company) and (2) PICCOTAC® 95BHT (Hercules Inc.). Samples of various compositions were prepared by a solution-casting method with toluene as solvent. Measurements of dynamic storage modulus (G'), dynamic loss modulus (G'), and loss tangent (tan δ) were taken, using a Rheometrics Mechanical Spectrometer. It was found that: (1) both WINGTACK 86 and PICCOTAC 95BHT were equally effective in decreasing the plateau modulus (GON), and increasing the glass transition temperature (Tg) of the polyisoprene midblock of KRATON 1107; and (2) WINGTACK 86 was very effective in decreasing the GON and increasing the Tg of the polybutadiene midblock of KRATON 1102, whereas PICCOTAC 95BHT was not. The observed difference between WINGTACK 86 and PICCOTAC 95BHT in decreasing the GON and increasing the Tg of the polybutadiene midblock of KRATON 1102, whereas PICCOTAC 95BHT was not. The observed difference between WINGTACK 86 and PICCOTAC 95BHT in decreasing the GON and increasing the Tg of the polybutadiene midblock of KRATON 1102 (perhaps to SBS block copolymers in general) is explained by the values of the interaction parameter for WINGTACK 86 and KRATON 1102, and for PICCOTAC 95BHT and KRATON 1102. The interaction parameter was determined, using the piezoelectric quartz sorption method. Phase diagrams were constructed for the four block copolymer/tackifying resin systems investigated, using information obtained from both dynamic viscoelastic measurements and optical microscopy. It was found that when mixed with KRATON 1102, PICCOTAC 95BHT formed separate domains whereas WINGTACK 86 did not over the range of concentrations and temperatures investigated. This confirms the evidence obtained from two other independent experimental techniques, namely, dynamic viscoelastic measurements and the piezo-electric sorption method. We have concluded from the present study that PICCOTAC 95BHT is not as an effective tackifying resin as WINGTACK 86, when each is mixed with KRATON 1102. It is pointed out further that information on the order-disorder transition temperature Tr, which was determined from a rheological technique proposed by us, is valuable in determining optimal processing conditions for block copolymer-based pressure-sensitive adhesives. 相似文献

In this paper, we aim to solve the finite-horizon optimal control problem for a class of non-linear discrete-time switched systems using adaptive dynamic programming(ADP) algorithm. A new ε-optimal control scheme based on the iterative ADP algorithm is presented which makes the value function converge iteratively to the greatest lower bound of all value function indices within an error according to ε within finite time. Two neural networks are used as parametric structures to implement the iterative ADP algorithm with ε-error bound, which aim at approximating the value function and the control policy, respectively. And then, the optimal control policy is obtained. Finally, a simulation example is included to illustrate the applicability of the proposed method. 相似文献
