臭氧/过滤/活性炭工艺深度处理污水厂二级出水   总被引:10,自引:1,他引:9  
采用臭氧/过滤/活性炭工艺深度处理济南市水质净化二厂的二级出水.结果表明,在臭氧投加量为3 mg/L、滤床和炭床的滤速均为6~12 m/h、各工艺段的接触时间为13 min的务件下,组合工艺对浊度、CODMn、NH4+-N和NO2--N均有一定的去除效果,而对NO3--N基本无去除作用;当原水的平均浊度、CODMn、NH4+-N和NO2--N分别为0.87 NTU、1.24 mg/L、1.78 mg/L、0.13 mg/L时,组合工艺出水的平均浊度、CODMn、NH4+-N和NO2--N分别可降至0.25 NTU、0.79mg/L、1.29 mg/L、0.05 mg/L.  相似文献

从GaN异质结沟道阱中电子状态出发研究了HFET中的噪声产生机理.用沟道阱中子带间散射解释了迁移率起伏引起的1/f噪声.从电子状态转移及不同状态间的跃迁出发解释了各类噪声实验结果.建立了沟道阱能带与HFET噪声性能间的关联.运用正、负极化电荷剪裁了肖特基势垒、欧姆接触及内、外沟道的势垒和主阱及副阱阱宽和势垒高度,降低了栅流、欧姆接触和外沟道串联电阻,强化了沟道阱的量子限制,减弱了子带间散射.  相似文献

A new complementary interface charge island structure of SOI high voltage device (CNI SOI) and its model are presented. CNI SOI is characterized by equidistant high concentration n+-regions on the top and bottom interfaces of dielectric buried layers. When a high voltage is applied to the device, complementary hole and electron islands are formed on the two n+-regions on the top and bottom interfaces. The introduced interface charges effectively increase the electric field of the dielectric buried layer (E1) and reduce the electric field of the silicon layer (Es), which result in a high breakdown voltage (BV). The influence of structure parameters and its physical mechanism on breakdown voltage are investigated for CNI SOI. EI = 731 V/μm and BV = 750 V are obtained by 2D simulation on a l-μm-thick dielectric layer and 5-μm-thick top silicon layer. Moreover, enhanced field E1 and reduced field Es by the accumulated interface charges reach 641.3 V/μm and 23.73 V/μm, respectively.  相似文献

基于流动注射法和比浊法联用技术,对制革废水中的氯离子进行检测。通过试验优化了最佳的试验条件:扫描波长为390nm,进样时间1min,分析时间1min,反应液AgNO3浓度为0.6g/L,HNO3浓度为0.3mol/L,进样环容量为250μL,反应圈长度为4m。在最佳条件下:氯离子浓度在1~15mg/L和10~30mg/L范围内呈良好的线性。用该方法检测水样,加标回收率在97%~103%之间,具有良好的重现性和准确性。  相似文献

Electrochemical treatment of organic pollutants is a promising treatment technique for substances which are recalcitrant to biodegradation. Experiments were carried out to treat acid violet 12 dye house effluent using electrochemical technique for removal color and COD reduction covering wide range in operating conditions. Ruthenium/lead/tin oxide coated titanium and stainless steel were used as anode and cathode, respectively. The influence of effluent initial concentration, pH, supporting electrolyte and the electrode material on rate of degradation has been critically examined. The results indicate that the electrochemical method can be used to treat dye house effluents.  相似文献

Ozonation experiments were carried out under continuous operation in a bubble column. The effect of several parameters (inlet dye concentration, applied ozone dose, pH and conductivity) in colour and TOC removal of an acid dye solution was investigated with the aim to optimize the operation conditions. The ozone consumption was measured in each experiment. Ozonation was found to be effective for decolourisation of an acid dye; however, it only has a slight effect on TOC removal. Increasing the inlet dye concentration leads to a decrease in the decolourisation efficiency and an increase in the ozone consumption. The decolourisation increases with the applied ozone dose. Colour removal efficiencies for different ozone doses were between 76 and 100%. In the pH range 5-9, the decolourisation efficiency decreases with pH only when buffered solutions were used. The presence of salt decreases the decolourisation efficiency. Several dyes of different classes were also studied and ozonation was found to be effective for decolourisation but considerably less efficient for TOC removal. Under the conditions tested, only the disperse and sulphur dyes presented a colour removal lower than 86%. Practical application of this process was validated by treating two industrial textile effluents collected after two different biological treatments.  相似文献

本文通过系统调研,以Ni特效树脂为63Ni分离富集材料、低本底液闪谱仪为测量仪器,经过大量条件实验进行方法优化,建立了一套核电站液态流出物中63Ni的快速分析方法。本方法取样量小,6个平行样品的化学回收率为(93.2±3.6)%,放化回收率为(92.1±2.8)%,探测限为67.4 mBq/L,对干扰核素去污因子高,其中对Fe、Co、Zn、Mn的去污因子分别为102、104、102及104,分析周期短(约9 h):同时使用建立的方法进行了液态流出物样品的分析,证明本方法可应用于核电站液态流出物的快速监测,并发现不同类型反应堆运行时液态流出物中63Ni的浓度可能会存在较大差异。  相似文献

In the present study, hydrogen production from palm oil mill effluent (POME) was investigated with the incorporation of nanoparticles (NPs) comprising of nickel (NiO) and cobalt oxides (CoO). The NPs of NiO and CoO were prepared using hydrothermal method and were further applied to analyse, their effect on hydrogen production. The results demonstrated that, a maxima volumetric hydrogen production rate of 21 ml H2/L-POME/h with the hydrogen yield of 0.563 L H2/g-CODremoved was obtained with 1.5 mg/L concentration of NiO NPs. On the other hand, the addition of CoO NPs produced maximum volumetric hydrogen production rate of 18 ml H2/L-POME/h with a hydrogen yield of 0.487 L H2/g-CODremoved with 1.0 mg/L of CoO NPs. Results showed that addition of optimal concentration of NiO and CoO NPs to the POME enhances the hydrogen yield by 1.51 and 1.67 fold respectively. Besides, this addition of NiO and CoO enhanced the COD removal efficiency by 15 and 10% respectively as compared to an un-additive NPs POME. The toxicity of NPs was also tested using bacterial viability test, which revealed that application of 3.0 mg/L of NiO and CoO NPs to modified Luria-Bertani (LB) medium had 63% and 83% reduction in bacterial cell growth. The results concluded that supplementation of NiO and CoO NPs under an optimal range to the wastewater can improve the hydrogen productivity.  相似文献
