用XRD和SEM测试了稀土基低钻AB5型LaxMm1-x(NiMnSiAlFe)4.7Co0.2(x=0,1)贮氢合金的微观结构,并全面测试了合金在铸态及快淬态下的电化学性能。研究了La替代Mm对铸态及快淬态低钻贮氢合金微观结构及电化学性能的影响。对合金的电化学性能研究结果表明:La替代Mm使合金的放电容量提高,并使铸态合金的循环寿命由341次提高到370次;La替代Mm使得快淬态合金的循环寿命的增加幅度较小,主要原因是La替代Mm使快淬态合金的晶粒粗化。微观结构测试结果表明:La替代Mm使合金中的第二相消失,并使合金的晶格常数在a轴方向增加,在c轴方向略有减小,晶胞体积增大,这是La替代Mm使合金放电容量提高的主要原因。 相似文献

LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4 was prepared under different cooling conditions. The electrochemical properties of LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4 prepared under different cooling conditions were investigated. The results show that LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4 synthesized with or without annealing treatment has similar X-ray diffraction patterns that can be indexed to cubic spinel structure. The mass loss occurring above 650℃ during the heating process can be mostly gained during the cooling process. LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4 synthesized with an annealing treatment exhibits almost one voltage plateau at around 4.7 V and higher capacity with a quick fading upon cycling, whereas LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4 synthesized without annealing treatment shows two voltage plateaus at around 4.1 and 4.7 V and superior capacity retention upon cycling both at rates of 1/7C and 1 C, though the capacity is not high. 相似文献

Filler metal of a low-melting-point (917 °C) Ti-21Ni-14Cu was brazed onto the substrate of Ti-6Al-4V alloy at 960 °C for 2,4, and 8 h to investigate the microstructural evolution and electrochemical characteristics of the brazed metal as a function of the period of brazing time. Optical microscopy, scanning and transmission electron microscopy, and x-ray diffractometry were used to characterize the microstructure and phase of the brazed metal; also, the potentiostat was used for corrosion study. Experimental results indicate that diffusion of copper and nickel from the filler metal into the equiaxed a plus intergranular β structure of Ti-6Al-4V substrate causes the lamellar Widmanstätten structure to form. The intermetallic Ti2Ni phase existing in the prior filler metal diminishes, while the Ti2Cu phase can be identified for the metal brazed at 960 °C for 2 h, but the latter phase decreases with time. Advantage might be taken from the evidence of faster diffusion of nickel than copper along the β phase to the substrate. In deaerated Hank’s solution, corrosion potential, corrosion current density, and critical potential for active-to-passive transition decrease while the passivation range broadens with the period of brazing time. However, all the brazed metals, immersed for different periods in oxygen-saturated Hank’s solution, show similar corrosion behavior, irrespective of the brazing time. 相似文献

Laser-assisted machining (LAM), an alternative method of fabricating difficult-to-machine materials, uses primarily laser power to heat the local area (without necessarily evaporating or melting any material) before the material is removed. It not only efficiently reduces the cutting force during the manufacturing process but also improves the machining characteristics and geography with regard to difficult-to-machine materials, especially structural ceramics.This study on the application of laser-assisted machining to Al2O3 ceramics examines the measurements of cutting force and workpiece surface temperature as well as surface integrity and tool wear. Specifically, it uses the lattice Boltzmann method (LBM) to calculate the temperature distribution inside the ceramic workpiece during the LAM process and ensure that the laser energy causes no subsurface damage. The experimental results reveal that the LAM process efficiently reduces the cutting force by 22% (feed force) and 20% (thrust force) and produces better workpiece surface quality than conventional planing. 相似文献

LaF3 superfine powder was synthesized from La(CH3COO)3 and NH4 F by microwave heating method,using ethanol or pure water as dispersants respectively. The results of XRD and SEM indicate that the superfine powder has high purity, regular particle shape and narrow distribution of granularity. The granularity of the best sample is in the range of 100 -200 nm. The influence of different dispersants on the crystal degree and microstructure was discussed. After the superfine powder was formed into a slice at pressure of 25 - 60 MPa, its electrochemical impedance spectroscopy was tested by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) measurement. The result shows that the grain refining of LaF3 powder increases its ionic conductivity. This study focuses on using ultrasonic to improve the efficiency in electrical discharge machining (EDM) in gas medium. The new method is referred to as ultrasonic-assisted electrical discharge machining (UEDM). In the process of UEDM in gas, the tool electrode is a thin-walled pipe, the high-pressure gas medium is applied from inside, and the ultrasonic actuation is applied onto the workpiece. In our experiment, the workpiece material is AISI 1045 steel and the electrode material is copper. The experiment results indicate that (a) the Material Removal Rate (MRR) is increased with respect to the increase of the open voltage, the pulse duration, the amplitude of ultrasonic actuation, the discharge current, and the decrease of the wall thickness of electrode pipe; and (b) the surface roughness is increased with respect to the increase of the open voltage, the pulse duration, and the discharge current. 用失重法和电化学法系统地研究了碳钢与不锈钢在腐蚀浆料中冲刷与腐蚀的交互作用及其电化学行为。试验表明:①冲刷腐蚀和动态纯腐蚀极化曲线与静态纯腐蚀极化曲线截然不同,两者的腐蚀机理存在本质的差异;②T8钢以腐蚀失重为主,18—8不锈钢以冲刷失重为主,两者的冲刷腐蚀交互作用失重率占其总失重率的60%以上,表明耐蚀不耐磨的18—8不锈钢和耐磨不耐蚀的T8钢在冲刷腐蚀工况中均难以胜任;③T8钢的冲刷腐蚀失重率和交互作用失重平均是18—8不锈钢的6倍以上,表明在液固两相流冲刷腐蚀工况中,材料必须首先具有一定的耐蚀性,然后再考虑提高材料的硬度和耐磨性,这样才能有效地提高材料的耐冲刷腐蚀性能。 相似文献
