Using Web resources to construct multilingual medical thesaurus for cross-language medical information retrieval

Due to the language barrier, non-English users are unable to retrieve the most updated medical information from the U.S. authoritative medical websites, such as PubMed and MedlinePlus. However, currently, there is no any cross-language medical information retrieval (CLMIR) system that can help Chinese-speaking consumers cross the language barrier in finding useful English medical information. A few CLMIR systems utilize MeSH (Medical Subject Headings) to help overcome the language barrier. Unfortunately, the traditional Chinese version of MeSH is currently unavailable.In this paper, we employ a semi-automatic term translation method to construct a Chinese–English MeSH by exploiting abundant multilingual Web resources, including Web anchor texts and search–result pages. Through this method, we have developed a Chinese–English Mesh Compilation System to assist knowledge engineers in compiling a Chinese–English medical thesaurus with more than 19,000 entries. Furthermore, this thesaurus has been used to develop a prototypical system for cross-language medical information retrieval, MMODE, which can help consumers retrieve top-quality English medical information using Chinese terms.     

SOC设计中的浮动压焊块电源/地线网络设计和优化

随着VLSI工艺技术的发展和芯片规模的不断增加，尤其是在SOC设计中，原有的那种供电压焊块只能位于芯片边缘的确定益的模式已经不能够满足整个电路性能的需要。在很多情况下，依靠在电源线的拓扑结构确定后的线宽优化，还是无法保证在有限的布线资源下为电路提供可靠的高性能的供电需求。由此，出现了在芯片边缘上浮动放置压焊块及在芯片的顶部放置供电压焊块阵列的方法。文中提出了一种用于SOC设计中新的基于树型结构的浮动压焊块的电源／地线网络优化算法，经过MCNC电路实例测试后得到明显的优化结果。     

锚索锚杆联合支护在破碎顶板中的应用

结合工程工作面概况，就锚索和锚杆补强加固支护参数的选择进行了介绍，并指出锚索、锚杆的联合支护，保证了顶板的完整性，有效地控制了巷道的变形。     

新型迷宫式气锚及其应用

新型迷宫式气锚将重力分离原理和离心分离原理有机地结合在一起，其基本型气锚主要由上、下两级组成。上级为离心式螺旋气锚，下级为重力分离式和离心分离式综合气锚，可使油气流经同一长度锚筒时，达到双倍的分离效果。可根据油井气量的大小（气液比值）组成任意级数，实现油气的高效分离。还可对低产能井、沉没度易出现负值的油井进行油气分离，维持油井一定时间的生产。现场28口井的应用表明，新型迷宫式气锚油气分离效果理想，能有效地提高泵效，平均泵效由原来的28．9％提高到43．8％。     

Coliphage prevalence in high school septic effluent and associated ground water

At the present time, somatic and male-specific coliphage and human enterovirus groups are being considered as indicators of possible pathogenic human enteric virus contamination from fecal contamination. A primary attribute for any indicator of fecal contamination is its prevalence at the source and in associated ground water. It must be consistently found in the source material at concentrations that are measurable with available techniques. Over a period of ten months, male-specific and somatic coliphage ranged from 7000 to 4,000,000 PFU/L in the effluent from a multi-user septic-tank. Unlike the values determined for septic-tank effluent, coliphage concentrations measured in ground water over this same period only varied by five-fold. Coliphage concentration in ground water under the down-gradient edge of the drainfield contained 1000 PFU/L. This concentration decreased at −1 log₁₀/5 m during 17.4 m of ground-water transport. From these data, coliphage concentrations in septic-tank effluent seem sufficient to allow their use as indicators of fecal contamination in ground water.     

水下灌浆隧道围岩应力与位移分析

目前对隧道围岩的应力与位移分析，其前提都是以围岩为均质材料，而灌浆隧道的围岩是由两层不同力学性能材料构成的夏合结构，其应力与位移特点不同于均质围岩。基于岩体的弹脆塑性模型及非关联流动法则，考虑地下水压力的作用，对灌浆隧道围岩的应力与位移进行理论分析，获得了围岩位移曲线。     

高效防气防砂一体化管柱的研制与应用

为解决文南油田高气液比井出砂易造成卡泵的问题,研制了高效防气防砂一体化管柱。该管柱主要由闭式气锚、重力式防气装置和激光割缝筛管3部分组成。闭式气锚的分离作用消除了气体对抽油泵的影响,提高了泵效;重力防气装置利用液气分离原理和高烟囱原理进行液气分离,液流回流时间可达10min,排气最高压差可达0.2MPa;经激光割缝筛管过滤后的液体含砂粒外径小于0.05mm。该管柱在文南油田现场应用16井次,累计增液6000t,增油2717t,平均单井泵效提高7%。

Effect of reliability of grounding of the shaft of a turboset on the operation of devices for control and protection of exciting circuits

Disturbance of the grounding of the shaft of a turboset or its absence for technical reasons can result in failure, misoperation, limitation of the operating zone, errors or limitation of the sensitivity of devices for control and protection of exciting circuits from single-point leakage, and electroerosion of elements of the turboset structure. 沙角C电厂2号发电机转子接地检测装置改造

介绍沙角发电C厂2号发电机转子接地检测装置的基本原理和在装置发出报警信号后的分析和判断过程。对该装置出现故障后ALSTOM公司提出的临时检测方案作了分析，指出了该方案的不足之处，提出并实施改进后的临时检测方案。
