企业信息化建设中的问题及对策

我国企业在信息化建设过程中取得了一些成果 ,也出现了不少问题 ,本文主要针对这种现状 ,指出了企业存在的一些问题 ,并就信息系统开发、维护和集成 ,提出了一些建议。

叙述了自发参量下转换制备双光子纠缠态技术的发展历程、技术原理以及在量子信息学中的应用，并介绍了国内这一领域的进展。     

利用梯度方向信息的随机Hough变换

针对随机Ｈｏｕｇｈ变换（ＲＨＴ）在处理复杂图像随机采样造成的大量无效积累提出一种改进的用于直线检测的ＲＨＴ，较发地解决了无效果累积问题，并使改进后的算法具有计算速度更快，占用内存更少以及检测性能更好等优点。     

空间工程辅助设计GIS系统的研究与实践

探讨GIS技术在空间工程辅助设计(例如电力、电信管线工程)方面的应用.在系统分析空间工程设计的 逻辑过程和工程辅助设计系统的发展与需求的基础上,对GIS技术在空间工程辅助设计中应用的优势及工程辅助 设计GIS系统的结构、功能和特点以及系统基本设计思路进行了探讨，指出GIS技术的引入一方面提高了空间工 程辅助设计的效率和水平，同时使空间工程辅助设计成为同时具有规划和设计功能的系统。     

Post-Supervised Template Induction for Information Extraction from Lists and Tables in Dynamic Web Sources

Dynamic web sites commonly return information in the form of lists and tables. Although hand crafting an extraction program for a specific template is time-consuming but straightforward, it is desirable to automatically generate template extraction programs from examples of lists and tables in html documents. Supervised approaches have been shown to achieve high accuracy, but they require manual labelling of training examples, which is also time consuming. Fully unsupervised approaches, which extract rows and columns by detecting regularities in the data, cannot provide sufficient accuracy for practical domains. We describe a novel technique, Post-supervised Learning, which exploits unsupervised learning to avoid the need for training examples, while minimally involving the user to achieve high accuracy. We have developed unsupervised algorithms to extract the number of rows and adopted a dynamic programming algorithm for extracting columns. Our method achieves high performance with minimal user input compared to fully supervised techniques.     

实施取水定额管理的几个关键问题探讨

通过对全国23个省级单位出台的用水定额标准进行分析，指出目前定额管理存在6个主要问题：一是概念模糊，二是制定方法不统一、不规范，三是定额标准体系不完善，四是可操作性较差，五是计量系统不完善，六是缺乏取水定额管理信息化平台。提出应采用“取水定额”这一表述，并提出了取水定额的体系，包括基础计量体系、定额制定体系、信息链体系、定期更新体系4部分。明确了取水定额管理体系建设主要内容应包括：法律法规体系、定额制定体系、水价管理体系、信息通道体系。     

中国民航信息系统现状及发展展望

介绍了中国民航信息系统的现状和与实际业务需求的差距,接着从系统设计理念、核心系统、新系统新功能和信息系统整合等多个方面详细阐述了民航信息系统的发展思路,最后强调了建立新一代民航信息系统的紧迫性,具备很强的指导意义。     

Some results on generalized residual entropy

Shannon’s entropy plays an important role in the context of information theory. Since this entropy is not applicable to a system which has survived for some units of time, the concept of residual entropy has been developed in the literature. Here we generalize the residual entropy by choosing a convex function ? with ?(1) = 0. In this paper, some orderings and aging properties have been defined in terms of the generalized residual entropy function and their properties have been studied. Quite a few results available in the literature have been generalized and some distributions (viz. uniform, exponential, Pareto, power series, finite range) have been characterized through the generalized residual entropy.
