突发事件中网络舆论的情报引导模式

随着信息化的日益普及,网络舆论已成为公众表达民情民意、讨论公共事务、进行舆论监督的一个开放的公共平台。突发事件发生后,该事件一旦成为互联网上的热门话题,往往能够在短时间内形成巨大的网络舆论场,吸引为数众多的网络受众参与其中。这些网络舆论一旦达到一定的传播强度,就可能转化为实际生活中的社会舆论,在整个社会范围中产生巨大影响。因此,有必要研究和讨论突发事件中的网络舆论引导问题,作者就是想把情报的概念引入到对突发事件中网络舆论的引导上,并建立起相应的情报引导模式,通过这一模式,可以实现对突发事件网络舆论的合理引导。     

Contrast‐enhanced wide‐angle high‐speed polarization modulator for active‐retarder 3‐D displays

Abstract— A contrast‐enhanced wide‐angle high‐speed polarization modulator for active‐retarder 3‐D displays is proposed. By using a double liquid‐crystal‐cell structure together with a dedicated driving scheme and an external quarter‐wave retarder, a high‐performance modulator can be realized, resulting in minimized brightness loss and low cross‐talk levels in fast‐refresh time‐multiplexed 3‐D displays.     

Memoryless SMC Design Methods for Stochastic Delay Systems

Recently, the sliding mode control (SMC) method has been extended to accommodate stochastic systems. Particularly, restrictive assumption on the structure of the control systems have been removed and a practical SMC design method for stochastic systems has been presented. This paper continues this line of research and studies the SMC methods for stochastic systems with state delay in diffusion. Both delay‐independent and delay‐dependent approaches are investigated. Essentially, this paper studies SMC design methods with memoryless controllers for time delay systems, which has been a problem in the past decades.     

Entropy/cross entropy-based group decision making under intuitionistic fuzzy environment

We study the group decision making problem under intuitionistic fuzzy environment. Based on entropy and cross entropy, we give two methods to determine the optimal weights of attributes, and develop two pairs of entropy and cross entropy measures for intuitionistic fuzzy values. Then, we discuss the properties of these measures and the relations between them and the existing ones. Furthermore, we introduce three new aggregation operators, which treat the membership and non-membership information fairly, to aggregate intuitionistic fuzzy information. Finally, several practical examples are presented to illustrate the developed methods.     

基于数据挖掘的复杂装备维修辅助决策研究

文章通过某装备维修信息框架分析,维修数据预处理,然后以维修记录为例,挖掘出了维修件之间关联规则,并采用决策树分类方法对维修件进行了分类,这些规则和分类结果可以为维修计划制定、器材采购、视情维修等方面提供决策依据。     

非部分嵌套信息结构的LQG动态队决策问题的可解性（II）*

本文讨论非嵌套信息结构的递阶队决策问题和控制均享信息结构的LQG分散控制问题,文中首先证明这两类问题的信息结构都是“部分控制嵌入”的,进而给出最优策略(或控制)存在的充要条件和当此条件成立时最优策略(或控制)的表达式。     

Efficient removal of boundary-divergence errors in time-splitting methods

A normal mode analysis is presented and numerical tests are performed to assess the effectiveness of a new time-splitting algorithm proposed recently in Karniadakiset al. (1990) for solving the incompressible Navier-Stokes equations. This new algorithm employs high-order explicit pressure boundary conditions and mixed explicit/implicit stiffly stable time-integration schemes, which can lead to arbitrarily high-order accuracy in time. In the current article we investigate both the time accuracy of the new scheme as well as the corresponding reduction in boundary-divergence errors for two model flow problems involving solid boundaries. The main finding is that time discretization errors, induced by the nondivergent splitting mode, scale with the order of the accuracy of the integration rule employed if a proper rotational form of the pressure boundary condition is used; otherwise a first-order accuracy in time similar to the classical splitting methods is achieved. In the former case the corresponding errors in divergence can be completely eliminated, while in the latter case they scale asO(vt)_1/2.

Adverse impact: Is it a viable concept?

It appears that those federal agencies responsible for enforcement persist in the belief that a given test score can mean one thing in one subgroup and something else in another and/or that inferences from a set of test scores can be valid for one subgroup but not for another. First surfacing in early agency regulations in connection with the now discontinued "differential validity" requirement, the belief still manifests itself in the concepts of "unfairness" and "adverse impact." Furthermore, the determination of the presence or absence of adverse impact on the basis of the impact ratio involves numerous statistical and measurement issues.
