利用冷热疲劳试验机模拟分析了冷热循环对不锈钢复合板热疲劳性能的影响,并采用扫描电镜、电子探针和电子背散射衍射仪对热疲劳试样V形缺口及裂纹区域的形貌和成分进行了深入分析。结果表明,不锈钢复合板热疲劳试样经 20~550 ℃ 7 500次冷热循环后,结合界面处V形缺口区出现微裂纹,且微裂纹起裂于V形缺口尖端基层侧。随着冷热循环的继续进行,微裂纹向基层内扩展,但并非沿着结合界面处扩展,而是沿着基层侧扩展。此外,热疲劳裂纹的起裂和扩展与氧化和应力作用有关,微裂纹起裂于热疲劳试样 V 形缺口区域基层侧表层局部氧化孔洞,并在冷热循环的应力作用下向基层内扩展,同时加剧氧化。随着冷热循环的继续进行,晶界氧化逐渐加剧,导致微裂纹扩展成更为明显的裂纹。 相似文献

High cycle fatigue behaviour of Ti–6Al–4V alloy was studied at 623 K and 723 K. Fatigue strength decreased at elevated temperatures compared with at ambient temperature. In the short life regime, fatigue strength was lower at 723 K than at 623 K, but in the long life regime it was nearly the same at both temperatures. At elevated temperatures, cracks were generated earlier at applied stresses below the fatigue limit at ambient temperature, indicating lowered crack initiation resistance. Small cracks grew faster at elevated temperatures than at ambient temperature, which became more noticeable with increasing temperature. A programmed temperature technique has been developed for the measurement of the self-diffusion coefficients of additives in polymers. This has been applied to the diffusion of three dialkylphthalate plasticizers in poly(vinyl chloride). Values of the self-diffusion coefficients and the calculated activation energies obtained in this way have been compared with values previously obtained from measurements at constant temperature. It has been shown that the programmed temperature technique gives a very rapid method for the estimation of the activation energy of self-diffusion. 相似文献

Pellets containing metronidazole were produced in a centrifugal granulator, with hydroxypropylcellulose (Klucel LF®) as binding agent, and corn starch, microcrystalline cellulose (Vivapur 101®) and lactose as excipients. The wettability of the pharmaceutical powders was assessed by means of contact angle measurements, and the dispersive and polar surface energies were determined. The spreading coefficients, the work of adhesion and the work of cohesion were calculated and correlated with the pellet properties (friability, bulk and tapped density, and porosity). The aim was to investigate the role of the surface free energy of one- and two-component powder compositions in pellet production. The interactions between the particles were found to be connected with the measured pellet parameters. It was concluded that, in the course of the growth of the pellets, the particle sizes of the pharmaceutical powders and the interactions between them are important. If the work of cohesion of the binder is lower than the work of cohesion of the substrate and the work of adhesion, then the optimal amount of the binding agent is that which coats the particles uniformly in minimal quantity and in continuous layer. 相似文献

A single arm pushing experiment was conducted in an electronic factory in Yantai, China to assess muscular fatigue using the theoretical models of muscular strength and maximum endurance time (MET) developed by Ma et al. (2009). Seventy seven workers, including 38 males and 39 females, participated in the study. The muscular strength of pushing was measured after the subject pushed a stick, with a force of 2.5 kgf, for 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, and 3.0 min. Fatigue rate was determined based on a regression approach. In addition to the theoretical model, the MET for such a pushing task was also determined using four empirical models in the literature. The results indicated that females were more resistant to muscular fatigue than males in the pushing task. The results of the muscular strength prediction show that the predictability of the muscular strength model is acceptable. The prediction errors for muscular strength for female subjects were significantly lower than those of the male subjects. The predicted MET using the theoretical model, with a group constant k, was highly correlated with those using the empirical models compared in the current study. 相似文献

A hybrid motion simulator embeds a hardware experiment in a numerical simulation loop. However, it is often subjected to the inherent problem of an energy increase in the collision of two pieces of hardware in a loop because of the delay time. This paper proposes a delay time compensation method based on contact dynamics model for a collision hybrid motion simulator under delay time and establishes a compensation method for coupled translational and rotational motion. The model developed in this paper describes linear uniform motion of a floating object during the period of the delay time until the force and torque are observed and non-linear motion according to environmental stiffness after the initial delay time period in contact. By using the above model, compensation parameters are designed based on desired coefficient of restitution with iterative calculation. The proposed method achieves accurate delay time compensation and simultaneously realizes a variable desired coefficient of restitution over a wide range of frequencies. Furthermore, the compensation method for multi-dimensional motion is established under the assumption that the friction effect is very small. The efficiency of the proposed method is verified through collision experiments for the coupled motion in two dimensions. 相似文献

The shape of interfaces formed by the contact of two liquid phases, immiscible with each other, and a gaseous phase can be predicted on the condition that the tension to work at each interface is known with a sufficient accuracy. In general, interfacial tension data available are not so accurate, however, as to be useful as they are in predicting the shape of interfaces, particularly when the spreading coefficient of either liquid (liquid 1) on the other (liquid 2) has a negative value of a small magnitude. Presented in this note is a simple method to rectify the interfacial tension data, with the aid of a measurement of the radius of a lens of liquid 1 of a known volume placed on the horizontal surface of liquid 2, and thereby make them usable for predicting interfacial geometries. 针对驾驶员驾驶过程中因疲劳引起的眼睛开度变化问题, 在原有PERCLOS(percentage of eyelid closure over the pupil over time)标准的基础上, 提出了一种基于有限状态自动机的人眼开度PERCLOS计算方法, 并将其应用到疲劳驾驶预警系统中。该系统首先采用红外摄像头实时获取驾驶员的脸部视频图像, 使用ASM(active shape models)算法进行人脸检测, 在定位到的人脸范围内搜索人眼区域并计算人眼开度, 为了避免人与摄像头距离变化影响计算结果, 对人眼开度进行归一化处理; 然后依据建立的有限状态自动机模型计算PERCLOS值; 最后根据制定的预警机制实现基于人眼开度的疲劳预警。实验结果表明本方法能够实时监测驾驶员疲劳状况, 具有对光照变化、脸部配饰不敏感的特点。 相似文献
