大掺量磷石膏用于路基填料的性能试验研究

为探索磷石膏大掺量、规模化、资源化利用路径,分别以自制固化剂和水泥为胶凝材制备大掺量磷石膏路基填料,开展大掺量磷石膏混合料的击实试验、无侧限抗压强度试验及疏水改性试验,分析大掺量磷石膏与自制固化剂和水泥的适配性、击实特性、强度特性、耐水性能。结果表明,采用水泥或自制固化剂改性磷石膏击实曲线呈单峰变化趋势,且含水率偏低时对大掺量磷石膏混合料的干密度影响较小;相同配比时,固化剂体系大掺量磷石膏混合料7d无侧限抗压强度是水泥体系的1.5倍以上,磷尾砂与自制固化剂的适配性优于黏土,且配比为90%磷石膏+10%固化剂的大掺量磷石膏混合料7d无侧限抗压强度度达3.4MPa,经疏水改性后强度提升至4.2MPa,疏水剂与自制固化剂的复配较好地改善了磷石膏自身亲水特性,提升了其水稳性能。

环境媒介与具身交互:艺术疗愈空间的热点与趋势

在人们情绪压力不断增大的当今社会,艺术疗愈以其创造性特征和非语言媒介帮助疗愈对象改善心理或身体状态,旨在讨论艺术疗愈空间中的环境媒介与疗愈过程中的具身交互关系、设计实践与价值。借助CiteSpace可视化软件分析近十年来的重要文献,揭示艺术疗愈的研究现状;运用文献计量学方法,探索环境媒介在艺术疗愈空间的应用,定义环境媒介的具身性、主体间性、沉浸性特征及三者间的关联;以具身交互理论为线索,结合设计案例分析疗愈空间中环境媒体的具身性实践与作用方式,以期进一步探索结合新兴技术的环境媒介未来在我国的应用发展。艺术疗愈空间的环境媒介能具身地影响疗愈对象的交互行为与认知,提高疗愈的效率和质量。环境媒介与具身交互能增进疗愈过程中的不同主体间的体验共享,并辅助疗愈对象沉浸地参与或融入艺术疗愈;数字技术的发展不断地丰富环境媒介的形式,提高艺术疗愈的效果。     

Social networking and digital gaming media convergence: Classification and its consequences for appropriation

Within the field of Information Systems, a good proportion of research is concerned with the work organisation and this has, to some extent, restricted the kind of application areas given consideration. Yet, it is clear that information and communication technology deployments beyond the work organisation are acquiring increased importance in our lives. With this in mind, we offer a field study of the appropriation of an online play space known as Habbo Hotel. Habbo Hotel, as a site of media convergence, incorporates social networking and digital gaming functionality. Our research highlights the ethical problems such a dual classification of technology may bring. We focus upon a particular set of activities undertaken within and facilitated by the space—scamming. Scammers dupe members with respect to their ‘Furni’, virtual objects that have online and offline economic value. Through our analysis we show that sometimes, online activities are bracketed off from those defined as offline and that this can be related to how the technology is classified by members—as a social networking site and/or a digital game. In turn, this may affect members’ beliefs about rights and wrongs. We conclude that given increasing media convergence, the way forward is to continue the project of educating people regarding the difficulties of determining rights and wrongs, and how rights and wrongs may be acted out with respect to new technologies of play online and offline.

Serum-Free Cultures: Could They Be a Future Direction to Improve Neuronal Differentiation of Mesenchymal Stromal Cells?

Mesenchymal stem/stromal cells (MSCs) are undifferentiated cells with multilinear potential, known for their immunomodulatory and regenerative properties. Although the scientific community is working to improve their application, concerns limit their use to repair tissues following neurological damage. One of these obstacles is represented by the use of culture media supplemented with fetal bovine serum (FBS), which, due to its xenogenic nature and the risk of contamination, has increased scientific, ethical and safety problems. Therefore, the use of serum-free media could improve MSC culture methods, avoiding infectious and immunogenic transmission problems as well as MSC bioprocesses, without the use of animal components. The purpose of our review is to provide an overview of experimental studies that demonstrate that serum-free cultures, along with the supplementation of growth factors or chemicals, can lead to a more defined and controlled environment, enhancing the proliferation and neuronal differentiation of MSCs.     

The influence of surfactants on the flow characterization of heavy oil

Flow characteristic of oil-in-water emulsion for heavy oil in porous media was studied. A surfactant was screened out and subsequently utilized as the emulsifier in sandpack flooding experiments with different oil-water ratio and permeability. The dual sandpack flooding experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of emulsion in porous media and the ability to enhance oil recovery. Results indicated that the selected surfactant gave a remarkable flow resistance in porous media. Higher oil-water ratio and lower permeability resulted in higher flow resistance. The surfactant increased ultimate recovery of 7.7% by diverting the fluid into low permeability sandpack.
