Hydrothermal Synthesis and Crystal Structure of a New Dimeric Lanthanum(Ⅲ) Complex

A new dimeric lanthanum(Ⅲ) complex [La2(phen)2(C7H3N2O6)6](phen=1,10-phenanthroline) was synthesized by the hydrothermal method and determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The La(Ⅲ) ion is coordinated to seven oxygen atoms from five carboxylate groups and two nitrogen atoms from a phen ligand,forming a monocapped square antiprismatic geometry. Six carboxylate groups coordinate to two La(Ⅲ) ions in three modes which are chelating bidentate,bridging bidentate and bridging tridentate. The crystal is triclinic with space group P-1,a=1.2030(4) nm,b=1.2962(5) nm,c=1.3330(5) nm,α=104.410(5)°,β=114.048(4)°,γ＝100.054(4)°,V=1.7467(10) nm3,Mr=952.46,Z=2,Dc=1.811 g·cm-3,F(000)=944,S=1.017,μ=1.320 mm-1,with R1=0.0298 and wR2=0.0625.     

酶法制备直链麦芽寡糖

为了获得单一聚合度的麦芽寡糖,以环糊精为原料,利用环葡聚糖水解酶的单点水解开环反应活性,在95℃、pH5.5、30min的条件下,生产出高纯度的直链麦芽寡糖;并以此为基础,提出了一种以环糊精葡萄糖基转移酶和环葡聚糖水解酶先后降解淀粉,生产直链麦芽寡糖的新方法。

表面增强拉曼光谱方法在食品安全检测中的应用研究进展

近年来国内外频发的食品安全事件使得公众对食品安全问题的关注度不断提高,快速、灵敏、可靠的评估食品质量与安全的能力在食品行业中十分重要,因此开发满足食品安全需求的高性能检测技术势在必行。表面增强拉曼光谱（surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy, SERS）具有高特异性、高灵敏度、无损检测、可实现多重检测等优异性能,在食品安全检测领域得到广泛应用,并取得了令人瞩目的进展。本文介绍了SERS技术的理论基础,总结了增强SERS信号强度的活性基底,综述了基于SERS方法的食品安全检测应用研究进展,讨论了其未来发展趋势与前景,旨在为研究人员根据具体食品安全检测应用需求选择合适的SERS方法提供建议。     

超细WO3粉体的制备及表征

通过胶溶法、溶胶 凝胶法、聚合 络合法合成了超细三氧化钨粉体。并对 3种制备方法的不同制备条件进行了探讨 ,实验发现不同制备条件对三氧化钨粉体粒径有较大影响 ,研究得出了每种方法的最佳制备条件。胶溶法中pH约为 4.60 ,静置 2 4h ,加入十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)浓度为 0 .15mol·L- 1 ;溶胶 凝胶法中pH约为 2 .3 1,加入草酸和CTAB浓度分别为 0 .40和 0 .2 0mol·L- 1 ;而聚合 络合法中前驱体在 2 5 0℃干燥后 ,在 60 0℃煅烧接着再在 65 0℃煅烧。用激光粒度仪、比表面测定仪、XRD和TEM对产品进行了表征 ,结果表明所制三氧化钨为正交晶系 ,平均粒径在 5 0～ 2 0 0nm。团聚粒子大小不均 ,粒径范围较宽 ,颗粒为不规则形状。胶溶法制备的粒子的粒径较其他两种方法更小、更均匀。

设计了一个适用于6个物理化学实验的计算机程序。只需将实验所得的原始数据输入计算机即可得到打印出的原始数据与所求参数的表格和所需要的各类图形。本程序适用于燃烧热、饱和蒸气压、表面张力、反应速度常数的测定以及二元液系相图的绘制。     

Framework for Sustainable Food Packaging Design

The environmental impacts of packages have been found to be relatively small compared with the food items they contain. Furthermore, from the environmental and operational point of view, the most significant task of the package is to protect the product, which is important to acknowledge in the packaging design process. This study introduces a guiding framework for designing sustainable food packaging. In this approach, the entire life cycle of the product–package combination is taken into consideration. The emphasis is on the prevention of food losses in packaging design as a major environmental criterion. Consideration of the properties of both the package and the product itself when designing the final package will lead to a better end result with smaller product losses and environmental impacts. By using different assessment methods in the different stages of the packaging design, the sustainability of the package can be enhanced. The decision making of the packaging designer is facilitated with methods that are introduced step by step and in a certain order that will also allow for corrective measures through back‐loops in the design process. Exponentially Weighted Moving Average Chart and Two‐Component Measurement Error

The two‐component measurement error (TCME) model effectively quantifies both the additive and multiplicative errors in analytical measurements. The performance of control charts in presence of TCME model has been investigated by researchers in recent past, but these studies are based on only considering fixed levels for the two‐component model parameters. In this study, we investigated the exponentially weighted moving average chart's performance in presence of TCME for varying levels of two‐component model parameters. A cost function analysis is also presented to determine the optimal number of multiple measurements and the sample size for reducing the effect of TCME. Copyright © 2015 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
