提出了一种基于PSO_BFA优化的词袋模型。传统词袋模型有两个重要参数:窗口大小[d]和字典大小[k]。结合粒子群算法和细菌觅食算法产生新的PSO_BFA混合优化算法,在PSO进行局部搜索时,加入BFA的复制和迁移行为,得到PSO_BFA的最优解即为窗口大小和字典大小的最佳组合。将优化词袋模型与蛋白质序列的氨基酸组成算法和伪氨基酸组成算法结合,获得蛋白质序列的词袋特征。实验结果证明,基于PSO_BFA优化的词袋模型能有效提高蛋白质亚细胞定位预测的精度。  相似文献

针对多货叉仓库调度优化问题,提出一种改进型细菌觅食算法。首先,分阶段对趋化步长进行自适应调节,引导搜索沿最优方向进行;其次,提出基于个体种群多样性贡献率的启发式迁移策略,降低进入局部最优的机率;再次,采用不可行解部分保留策略以增加求出最优解的机会;最后,对该算法的收敛性进行证明,并结合工业现场调度问题对其性能进行验证。算例结果表明,所提出的算法对多货叉仓库调度优化问题在解的质量及收敛速度上都取得了较好效果。  相似文献

针对传统最大功率跟踪技术容易陷入局部最大功率点的问题,提出多态蚁群-细菌觅食算法(polymorphic ant colony - bacterial foraging algorithm, PACO-BFOA)来实现部分遮蔽条件下光伏系统的最大功率输出。该算法在传统蚁群算法的基础上引入信息素扩散机制、多态蚁群的概念和细菌的趋化行为,使算法的全局开发和局部探索能力得到了增强。并在太阳辐照恒定、突变和缓慢变化3种环境下进行算法仿真对比验证,结果证明所提出的算法在部分遮蔽及变化光照下均能快速、稳定地在线寻得全局最大功率点。  相似文献

Resonant frequency of rectangular microstrip antenna having various substrate thicknesses are generally calculated using the standard expressions presented in literatures. But these equations suffer from errors when compared with the experimental values due to Quasi‐TEM propagation in the microstrip structure and fringing field. A number of researchers used soft computing approach such as neural networks and genetic algorithm on those equations to minimize the error for better accuracy. Bacterial foraging, an evolutionary optimization technique conceived in recent times, has many advantages over genetic algorithm and is yet to be applied on the design of microstrip patch antenna. In this article, a novel technique is developed to apply bacterial foraging optimization technique in conjunction with the expressions developed to calculate accurately the resonant frequency of rectangular microstrip antenna of any dimension and of any substrate thickness. Further, bacterial foraging is applied to the calculatation of the feed point of microstrip antenna. The technique developed in this article can be a generalized soft computing tool to calculate resonant frequency of rectangular microstrip antenna. Similarly, the idea of the article can be used for calculating the various parameters of microstrip antennas of different structure and geometry. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 针对标准粒子群算法收敛速度较慢、收敛精度较低、容易陷入局部最优等方面的缺点,提出一种融合细菌觅食算法和鲶鱼效应的混合粒子群算法。通过四个经典测试函数仿真实验,验证了该算法具有较其他改进方法更强的全局搜索能力、收敛速度和收敛精度。并针对一类可描述成Wiener模型的工业过程进行了参数辨识,通过数值仿真验证了混合粒子群算法的实用性以及较其他算法更强的非线性辨识能力。  相似文献

Two toxic and bitter-tasting cardenolides (cardiac-active steroids) were sequestered by the brightly colored oleander aphid,Aphis nerii B. de F., from the neotropical milkweed host plantAsclepias curassavica L. After feeding on milkweed-reared aphids, the orb-web spiderZygiella x-notata (Clerck) built severely disrupted webs and attacked fewer nontoxic, control aphids, whereas the webs of spiders fed only nontoxic aphids remained intact. The regularity and size of the prey-trapping area of webs were reduced significantly in proportion to the amount of toxic aphids eaten. The effects of toxic aphids on spider web structure were mimicked by feeding spiders the bitter-tasting cardenolide digitoxin, a cardenolide with similar steroidal structure and pharmacological activity to the two aphid cardenolides. These results show that the well-known effects of psychoactive drugs on spider web structure are more than interesting behavioral assays of drag activity. Similar effects, produced by plant-derived chemicals in the spider's aphid prey, are relevant to the ecology and evolution of interactions between prey defense and predator foraging.  相似文献

This paper presents a comparative study of P&O, fuzzy P&O and BPSO fuzzy P&O control methods by using MATLAB software for optimizing the power output of the solar PV grid array. The voltage, power output and the duty cycle of the solar PV array are well presented and analyzed with an algorithm. The model consists of 66 PV Cells connected parallel and 5 PV cells connected in series to make solar PV array. The BPSO Fuzzy method generates 43.4820 MW output power more than P&O method and 150 KW more than P&O fuzzy method. This also shows that the time response of the photovoltaic system reduces to perturbations and insures the continuity of the operation at the time in response to the continued maximum power point. It also eliminates the fluctuations around MPPT. Simulation results also revealed that BPSO fuzzy P&O controller is more effective as compare with P&O and fuzzy P&O models  相似文献
