为适应加工高硫馏分油的需要,研制成功了加氢精制催化剂FH-5A。该剂以含硅氧化铝为载体、Mo-Ni为活性组分,并添加少量助剂而制得。FH-5A工业放大催化剂在氢分压3.4MPa、空速2.5h^-1、反应温度350℃的加氢条件下在小型装置处理伊朗催化裂化柴油和沙特轻质直馏柴油的混合油(30:70),可将原料油中硫含量由9000μg/g,氮含量由432μg/g降至47μg/g。评价试验表明,FH-5A加氢精制催化剂可满足中东高硫直馏柴油、二次加工柴油及其混合柴油加氢精制的需要。  相似文献

The objective of the present study is to develop multi-functioned coating to the components, which are made of copper with electroplated Ni and are widely used for steel making industry. In this paper, we report the mechanical and thermal properties of Ni based superalloys with carbide sprayed by high velocity oxygen fuel (HVOF), and the detailed effects of sprayed material, spraying conditions, and initial powder structure on these properties. It was found that, among commercial Ni self-fluxing alloys (without fusing treatment), coating with a carbon content of 0.58 mass% had the most preferable properties, with a good balance of the hardness, strength, and thermal shock resistance. The thermal shock resistance depended not only on the strength of the coating but also on the volume contraction when tested at high temperatures. For the several developed Ni based superalloys with carbide, Ni20Cr8Mo5Fe–WC and Ni16Cr15Mo3–WC demonstrated the prominent adhesion strength and thermal shock resistance with high Galvanic corrosion resistance through optimized spraying condition. Also, 20 mass% NiCr–Cr3C2 coating sprayed by using employed relatively small primary particle succeeded in achieving the multi-superior properties; high adhesion strength, high corrosion resistance and thermal shock resistance.  相似文献

La0.8Sr0.2CrO3 based Ru catalysts were studied as potential new anodic materials for Solid Oxide Fuel Cells directly fed with methane and operating at intermediate temperature under water deficient conditions. Two kinds of materials very close in composition were obtained following two different preparation procedures. Catalyst samples were characterized by physicochemical methods (XRD, SEM, BET and Chemical Analysis) and studied in methane steam reforming under water deficient conditions. Carbon formation during catalytic testing was studied by temperature programmed oxidation (TPO). Both types of catalysts were found very active and resistant to carbon formation. The unusual oscillatory behavior of the catalytic activity observed for one type of catalyst was discussed.  相似文献

The formation of a low Cr-volatility and electrically conductive oxide outer layer atop an inner chromia layer via thermal oxidation is highly desirable for preventing chromium evaporation from solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) metallic interconnects at the SOFC operation temperatures. In this paper, a number of ferritic Fe–22Cr alloys with different levels of Mn and Ti as well as a Ni-based alloy Haynes 242 were cyclically oxidized in air at 800 °C for twenty 100-h cycles. No oxide scale spallation was observed during thermal cycling for any of these alloys. A mixed Mn2O3/TiO2 surface layer and/or a (Mn, Cr)3O4 spinel outer layer atop a Cr2O3 inner layer was formed for the Fe–22Cr series alloys, while an NiO outer layer with a Cr2O3 inner layer was developed for Haynes 242 after cyclic oxidation. For the Fe–22Cr series alloys, the effects of Mn and Ti contents as well as alloy purity on the oxidation resistance and scale area specific resistance were evaluated. The performance of the ferritic alloys was compared with that of Haynes 242. The mismatch in thermal expansion coefficient between the different layers in the oxide scale was identified as a potential concern for these otherwise promising alloys.  相似文献
