C pm MPPAC for manufacturing quality control applied to the precision voltage reference process

The multiprocess performance analysis chart (MPPAC) based on the process capability index C_pm, called C_pm MPPAC, is developed for analysing the manufacturing quality of a group of processes in a multiple process environment. The C_pm MPPAC conveys critical information of multiple processes regarding the departure of the process and process variability from one single chart. Existing research works on MPPAC are restricted to obtaining quality information from one single sample of each process ignoring sampling errors. The information provided from existing MPPAC charts, therefore, is unreliable and misleading and results in incorrect decisions. In this paper, we consider the natural estimator of C_pm based on multiple samples. Based on the natural estimator of C_pm, we consider the sampling errors by providing an explicit formula with the Matlab program to obtain the estimation accuracy of the C_pm. We tabulate the sampling accuracy of C_pm for sample size determination so that the engineers/practitioners can use it for their in-plant applications. An example of multiple precision voltage reference (PVR) processes is presented to illustrate the applicability of C_pm MPPAC for manufacturing quality control.

用测井资料预测储层的润湿性

岩心电性及润湿性实验测量结果表明，润湿性对阿尔奇饱和度指数n有很大影响。通过引入相对润湿指数，发现阿尔奇饱和度指数n的对数与相润湿指数之间存在很好的线性关系，为利用饱和度指数预测储层的润湿性提供了依据。同时使用电磁波传播测井和微球形聚焦电阻率测井求出饱和度指数随地层深度的变化曲线，预测储层的润湿性。现场井资料处理结果表明，该方法能快速直观显示不同深度处储层润湿性的变化。     

基坑工程表观监测与安全预警问题的研究

该文阐述了基坑工程的基本特点及复杂性 ,介绍了基坑工程表观监测的基本方法及监测中的若干技术问题 ,提出了基坑工程安全预警的一些量化指标。     

Optimal and Suboptimal Quadriphase Sequences Derived from Maximal Length Sequences over Z _{{\bf 4}}

The paper presents families of quadriphase sequences derived from maximal length sequences over having good correlation properties. These are: (i) families of quadriphase sequences of period from maximal length sequences over ; each family consisting of sequences, (ii) families of quadriphase sequences of period from interleaved maximal length sequences over ; each family consisting of sequences. Such sequences are of interest in quadriphase modulated code division multiple access communication systems, where it is desirable to have large sets of sequences that possess low value of , the maximum magnitude of the periodic crosscorrelation and out of phase auto-correlation values. The sequences over are viewed as trace functions of appropriately chosen unit elements of Galois extension rings of . Quadriphase sequences are then obtained from sequences, by a quadriphase mapping, , from to roots of unity, given by, ; where and . Periodic correlation properties (correlation values and their distribution) of the quadriphase sequences are obtained by using an Abelian association scheme on the elements of the corresponding Galois extension ring of . The majority of the families of sequences derived are optimal with respect to the Welch lower bound on ; the rest being suboptimal with bounded by , where is the period\newpage of the sequences. 低空大气对连续波干涉仪系统相位稳定性的影响

针对三站连续波干涉仪系统，根据实时测得的系统场区大气折射率漂移数据，应用几何光学方法，从理论上估计了连续波干波仪系统两条微波基线传输的相位稳定性。     

一种改进的灰度预测模型

灰色预测模型通常是GM模型,但预测精度有时不令人满意。在对模型GM做了进一步研究的基础上,提出了一个预测精度较高的新灰色预测模型,并从理论上证明了这种模型可以有效提高建模数据序列的光滑度。最后把此方法应用于东部某镇GDP的建模中,试验结果表明该方法是可行且有效的,所建模型的精度优于传统GM（1,1）模型的精度。     

A robust watermarking algorithm based on QR factorization and DCT using quantization index modulation technique

We propose a robust digital watermarking algorithm for copyright protection.A stable feature is obtained by utilizing QR factorization and discrete cosine transform(DCT) techniques,and a meaningful watermark image is embedded into an image by modifying the stable feature with a quantization index modulation(QIM) method.The combination of QR factorization,DCT,and QIM techniques guarantees the robustness of the algorithm.Furthermore,an embedding location selection method is exploited to select blocks with small modifications as the embedding locations.This can minimize the embedding distortion and greatly improve the imperceptibility of our scheme.Several standard images were tested and the experimental results were compared with those of other published schemes.The results demonstrate that our proposed scheme can achieve not only better imperceptibility,but also stronger robustness against common signal processing operations and lossy compressions,such as filtering,noise addition,scaling,sharpening,rotation,cropping,and JPEG/JPEG2000 compression.     

面向再制造的逆向物流产品回收预测研究

在对再制造逆向物流网络系统构建的基础上,对系统中存在的不确定性因素进行分析。以产品回收数量预测为研究对象,利用灰色模型建立产品回收数量预测模型,并进行实例计算。结果表明该模型计算精度高,所需数据量少,有良好的应用性。     

一种基于相关函数法铁磁谐振波形研究

对铁磁谐振波形进行了系统的分类分级,提出了一种基于Matlab的相关函数方法,并且利用大量数据进行对比,已经得到了效果验证,经过桂林市电力电容器责任有限公司认证,具有良好的实际效果。
