针对传统平均保边滤波算法中存在的光晕伪影现象,提出一种显著图局部平均梯度的保边滤波算法.利用显著图像边缘对比度突出的特点,简化边缘区域和非边缘区域间的阈值设定工作,并根据显著图的平均梯度自适应的平滑图像中的细节和噪声部分,同时保持边缘清晰.实验结果表明,显著图局部平均梯度的保边滤波算法利用显著特性有效地避免了传统平均滤波算法中的光晕伪影现象.相对于传统平均滤波算法,在降噪、多尺度增强以及HDR方面都有较好的表现.  相似文献

This paper presents an analytical subthreshold surface potential model of novel structures called asymmetric pocket‐implanted Double‐Halo Dual‐Material Gate (DHDMG) and Single‐Halo Dual‐Material Gate (SHDMG) Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor (MOSFET), which combines the advantages of both the channel engineering (halo) and the gate engineering techniques (dual‐material gate) to effectively suppress the short‐channel effects (SCEs). The model is derived using the pseudo‐2D analysis by applying the Gauss's law to an elementary rectangular box in the channel depletion region, considering the surface potential variation with the channel depletion layer depth. The asymmetric pocket‐implanted model takes into account the effective doping concentration of the two linear pocket profiles at the source and the drain ends. The inner fringing field capacitances are also considered in the model for accurate estimation of the subthreshold surface potential at the two ends of the MOSFET. The same model is used to find the characteristic parameters for dual‐material gate with single‐halo and double‐halo implantations. It is concluded that the DHDMG device structure exhibits better suppression of the SCEs and the threshold voltage roll‐off than a pocket‐implanted and SHDMG MOSFET after investigating the characteristics parameter improvement. In order to validate our model, the modeled expressions have been extensively compared with the simulated characteristics obtained from the 2D device simulator DESSIS. 金青顶金矿床是牟平—乳山金成矿带最大的石英脉型金矿床,矿脉严格受构造控制,已探明储量为32 t,平均品位为6.44×10-6。为探讨金青顶金矿床深部成矿潜力,本文在分析矿区成矿地质条件及矿床地质特征的基础上,对金青顶金矿床II号主矿体开展了构造叠加晕研究。结果表明:金青顶金矿床II号矿体的前缘晕特征指示元素组合为As、Sb、Hg,近矿特征指示元素组合为Au、Ag、Cu、Pb、Zn,尾晕特征指示元素组合为Bi、Mo、Co。II号矿体特征指示元素的分带序列由上至下为Sb→Cu、Ni→Au→Sn→W→Hg→As、Co→Ag→Zn→Pb、Mo→Bi,结合地球化学参数确定了II号矿体在-195 m、-435 m和-945 m中段深部存在金成矿作用叠加,并据此建立了II号矿体的构造叠加晕理想模型。综合矿脉品位等值线图、数据统计学分析、元素轴向分带序列、地球化学参数变化规律、构造叠加晕成矿模式以及井下地质现象观察分析,显示出金青顶金矿床II号矿体向深部的延伸较差,说明在深部存在矿体的可能性不是很大。因此,今后在本区开展找矿工作时,应重点关注矿区内的空白区及矿床外围。  相似文献

In this paper, a novel system has been developed for plasma disruption conditions followed by downward vertical displacement. During the disruption, size and orientation of plasma decreases, which gives the halo current circulated around each contacting point in radial as well as in poloidal directions. Therefore, a new mathematical model has been developed, which gives the interaction forces of halo current, vertical, and radial plasma dynamical behavior (linear and nonlinear). This theoretical approach showed that the tokamak plasma has two connecting points in order to distinguish between the stable and unstable position. This model can particularly give the magnetic field change points and changing of flux, which are more convenient in order to discuss the static and tilting position of plasma behavior. Numerical techniques have been calculated in terms of plasma dynamical behavior, that is, Electromagnetic/plasma, Vertical Displacement Event (VDE) stages, and initial interaction between the forces under specific time interval. The objective of the research is to developed theoretical and computational model in order to investigate the dynamical behavior of plasma under disruption conditions. 银子山金多金属矿床位于特提斯成矿域之三江(造山带)成矿省的兰坪-普洱(陆块)Cu-Pb-Zn-Ag-Fe-Hg-Sb-As-Au-石膏-菱铁矿-盐类成矿带西南段的云县-景洪(火山弧)Cu多金属矿带,是近年来发现的与志留-泥盆纪构造、火山活动有关的隐伏热液型金矿床。从O号勘探线钻孔原生晕研究表明:钻孔原生晕轴向分带性从矿上-矿体-矿下分为(Hg、As、Sb)-(Zn、Cd、Pb、Ag、Cu、Au、Bi)-(Sn、Mo);从钻孔原生晕异常特征分析,部分钻孔并未完全控制蚀变带,矿区西侧深部仍具有较大找矿空间。  相似文献

分析了高动态范围图像(HDR)显示算法中的M cCann99算法,并针对其在亮、暗区域处理的缺陷,提出了改进方案。即结合了新近的研究结果,更换M cCann99中的初值,调整它的反射图像值等。实验结果表明,改进后的算法不但可以适应更高的动态范围图像的显示,而且有对比度可调的方便特性。  相似文献

In interpersonal perception, “perceiver effects” are tendencies of perceivers to see other people in a particular way. Two studies of naturalistic interactions examined perceiver effects for personality traits: seeing a typical other as sympathetic or quarrelsome, responsible or careless, and so forth. Several basic questions were addressed. First, are perceiver effects organized as a global evaluative halo, or do perceptions of different traits vary in distinct ways? Second, does assumed similarity (as evidenced by self-perceiver correlations) reflect broad evaluative consistency or trait-specific content? Third, are perceiver effects a manifestation of stable beliefs about the generalized other, or do they form in specific contexts as group-specific stereotypes? Findings indicated that perceiver effects were better described by a differentiated, multidimensional structure with both trait-specific content and a higher order global evaluation factor. Assumed similarity was at least partially attributable to trait-specific content, not just to broad evaluative similarity between self and others. Perceiver effects were correlated with gender and attachment style, but in newly formed groups, they became more stable over time, suggesting that they grew dynamically as group stereotypes. Implications for the interpretation of perceiver effects and for research on personality assessment and psychopathology are discussed. Numerical simulation approaches are developed to compute the electromagnetic forces on the EAST vacuum vessel during major disruptions and vertical displacement events, with the halo current also considered. The finite element model built with ANSYS includes the vacuum vessel, the plasma facing components and their support structure, and the toroidal and poloidal field coils. The numerical methods are explained to convince of its validity. The eddy current induced by the magnetic flux variation and the conducting current caused by the halo current are also presented for discussion. The electromagnetic forces resulting from the numerical simulation are proven to be useful for structure design optimization. Similar methods can be applied in the upgrades of the EAST device.  相似文献
