Flashover voltage characteristics of contaminated station insulators under temporary ac overvoltages in the ac system connected with a frequency converter station

According to the recent analysis results of temporary ac overvoltage in the ac system connected with a frequency converter station, large-magnitude over-voltages were confirmed to occur under some special system conditions. Most of the station insulators currently used cannot withstand such overvoltages according to an evaluation based on the data obtained earlier. The necessity of tests to be done to evaluate such performance more accurately was recognized. Both power frequency and switching impulse overvoltage flashover tests were made on contaminated insulators by the method well simulating the natural wetting condition. Switching impulse flashover voltage with the waveshape having a long wavefront time of 2 ms can be well correlated with the flashover voltage characteristics of temporary ac overvoltage. Higher flashover voltage characteristics were obtained by a clean fog test method compared with those obtained by equivalent fog test method.     

Switching between tasks of unequal familiarity: The role of stimulus-attribute and response-set selection.

It has been reported that it is harder to switch to a strong, well-practiced task from a weaker, less-practiced task than vice versa. Three experiments replicated this surprising asymmetry and investigated how it is affected by a reduction in interference between tasks. Experiment 1 progressively delayed the onset of the stimulus attribute associated with the stronger task. Experiments 2 and 3 separated the response sets of the tasks. Both manipulations reduced, without eliminating, interference of the stronger with the weaker task but reversed the asymmetry of switch costs, resulting in a larger cost of switching to the weaker task. The results are interpreted in terms of a model of the interactions between control input, task strength, and task priming. (PsycINFO Database Record (c) 2010 APA, all rights reserved)     

一种基于TDA16846的新型有源功率校正电路设计

介绍一种由集成电路芯片TDA16846完成的利用电荷泵(Charge Pump)实现的有源功率因数校正(APFC)技术。这种APFC电路的突出优点就是结构简单,通过对常规缓冲电路进行合理调整,可以很容易变成具有PFC功能的高性能开关电源。分析了APFC的工作原理,应用专用芯片TDA16846设计了电路图,并阐述了主要元件的功能。经实验证明,推荐电路设计合理,应用前景广阔。     

压电陶瓷微位移器件迟滞模型的研究

在通过统计物理学角度分析压电陶瓷迟滞规律的基础上，结合数学建模方法，提出了一种简单实用的压电陶瓷迟滞数学模型。并设计了压电陶瓷实验控制系统，对迟滞数学模型进行了验证，实验结果表明，此模型可以有效减小压电陶瓷的迟滞非线性误差，提高压电陶瓷微位移的控制精度，本研究有助于实现基于压电陶瓷的高精度开环微位移控制。     

A Novel Segmentation and Feedback Model for Resolving Contention in Optical Burst Switching

A novel segmentation and feedback model (SFM) applied to resolve contention is proposed. Simulation and performance analyses show that the SFM effectively avoids contentions in optical burst switching (OBS). The long delay time of deflection routing and the immature technology of wavelength converters and optical buffers are not deployed in the SFM. The SFM does not only realize fast switching but also allows preemption by higher priority bursts.     

A high-capacity broadband packet switch architecture based on a multilink approach

Broadband packet networks based on asynchronous transfer mode (ATM) are expected to provide a wide range of services, including motion video, voice, data and image. When these networks become prevalent, some applications such as motion video and high-speed LAN interconnections will place a very large bit rate requirement on the channels. Currently, the physical layer supported by the synchronous optical network (SONET) allows the transmission of up to 2.4 Gbit/s with the OC-48 optical interface. However, it is not feasible for the electronic packet switch to route packets at this rate on a single link. In this paper we present a design of a broadband packet switch that uses multiple links in parallel to realize a high-speed channel. This implementation permits the switch to operate at the lower link rate, which can be at 150 Mbit/s, while having the ability to support a virtual circuit at a higher rate (up to 2.4 Gbit/s). The main contribution of the design is that packet sequence on a channel is still maintained even though packets are allowed to use any of the links belonging to the same channel. Besides allowing the switch to function at a slower rate than the transmission channel rate, the implementation of the multilinks benefits from statistical multiplexing gain. Analytical results show the performance advantages of multilink design with respect to delay, throughput and packet loss probability.     

A note on models for non-probabilistic analysis of packet switching networks

We consider two models commonly used in the literature to model adversarial injection of packets into a packet switching network. We establish the relation between these two types of models, and between them and the set of sequences of packets that allow stability. We also consider the adaptive setting in which packets are injected with only their source and destination but without a prescribed path to follow.     

PZT铁电薄膜的制备及电学性能研究

使用硝酸锆作锆源的溶胶－凝胶方法制备ＰＺＴ铁电薄膜。他们的电学性能被测试包括电滞回线，电流Ｉ（ｔ）特性，漏电流，矫顽场疲劳和老化。测到的ＰＺＴ薄膜剩余极化８．２μＣ／ｃｍ~２，矫顽场６８ｋＶ／ｃｍ．簿膜的寿命可超过１０~（１１）周期。     

B—ISDN宽带UNI信令点到多点配置的实现

本文根据ＩＴＵ－Ｔ最新的Ｑ．２９７１协议，以及笔者所从事的实际课题，提出一整套Ｂ－ＩＳＤＮ第三层ＵＮＩ信令的软件实现策略，其特点是能同时满足用户对点到点以及点到多点广播这两种通信方式的要求，而且可以动态配置。
