Study on phase behavior–impact strength relationship of unsaturated polyester/polyurethane hybrid polymer network

The phase behavior of a hybrid polymer network (HPN) composed of poly[(propylene glycol maleate)-co-(propylene glycol phthalate)] crosslinked with styrene and polyester–urethane crosslinked with methylene-bis-ortho-chloroaniline was examined. The correlation between phase separation and impact strength of the HPNs is discussed. The composition of HPNs has an effect on their properties.     

A region-based selective optical flow back-projection for genuine motion vector estimation

Motion vector plays one significant feature in moving object segmentation. However, the motion vector in this application is required to represent the actual motion displacement, rather than regions of visually significant similarity. In this paper, region-based selective optical flow back-projection (RSOFB) which back-projects optical flows in a region to restore the region's motion vector from gradient-based optical flows, is proposed to obtain genuine motion displacement. The back-projection is performed based on minimizing the projection mean square errors of the motion vector on gradient directions. As optical flows of various magnitudes and directions provide various degrees of reliability in the genuine motion restoration, the optical flows to be used in the RSOFB are optimally selected based on their sensitivity to noises and their tendency in causing motion estimation errors. In this paper a deterministic solution is also derived for performing the minimization and obtaining the genuine motion magnitude and motion direction.     

Contact interaction of double titanium and chromium diboride with Fe-Cr alloys

The kinetics of wetting double titanium and chromium diboride by iron-based alloys with different chromium content is studied. It is shown that contact angles are formed in such systems over the range 0–10°. The energy parameters of wetting are calculated. It is established that chromium as a surface-active element promotes Fe-Cr alloy spreading on the diboride surface. The microstructure of the interaction area is studied. It is shown that terminal solid solutions and eutectics are formed in the TiCrB₂-(Fe-Cr) system. 介绍一种生产冲挤用铝合金坯料的新工艺

哈兹列特铝板带连铸连轧工艺已被成功地用于铝和铝合金冲击挤压用坯料的生产。在对哈氏四个有关用户扫描的基础上，列举了其产品及其用途，并介绍了相关工艺及其优点。     

柔性轧制Q390C和Q420C钢板生产实践

目前市场对中厚板的订单具有个性化和多样化的特点，而对于不同强度级别的钢板，化学成分设计往往是不同的，这样会增加不同钢坯冶炼之间衔接的时间及化学成分控制的难度，导致冶炼成本增加，工序复杂化。结合市场需求与生产实际，采用同一Q390低合金高强度钢板坯，通过不同的控轧控冷工艺，对Q390C和Q420C两种强度级别热轧钢板进行了试制。结果表明，通过控轧控冷技术，可以充分发挥细晶强化作用，采用同一Q390低合金高强度钢板坯实现了Q390C和Q420C两个强度级别热轧钢板的柔性生产。试制生产的两种钢板，强塑性及0 ℃冲击功均满足标准要求，Q420C钢板屈服强度达441 MPa以上，抗拉强度达579 MPa以上。采用柔性轧制技术，降低了Q420C高强钢板的生产成本。     

卷边槽钢压杆考虑板组约束作用的屈曲系数

卷边槽钢压杆的局部屈曲具有相关性。《冷弯薄壁型钢结构技术规范》(GB50018-2002)提出适用于各种不同截面的板组约束系数的统一计算公式来考虑这种相关性。但由于板组组成的多样性,其是否合理,有待于进一步研究。借助ANSYS有限元分析软件,对卷边槽钢压杆局部屈曲进行分析,得到考虑板组约束作用的屈曲系数,并和国内外规范进行比较。结果表明,计算结果和英国规范吻合较好,我国规范偏于安全较多。借鉴英国规范的形式,给出考虑板组约束作用的屈曲系数的计算公式,这些公式可供进一步修订规范时参考。
