Forced convection subcooled boiling of binary mixtures

A mode based on an additive mechanism of heat transfer is proposed for forced convection subcooled boiling of binary mixtures. The contributing modes of heat transfer are: (i) the heat transferred as latent heat by the rising bubbles, (ii) the heat transferred as the heat contained in the superheated thermal layer that is removed from the surface in the wake of the rising bubbles and (iii) the single phase forced convection heat transfer from the heating surface not influenced by the bubbles. Experimental data from the literature on binary systems show good agreement with the model, validating the postulated mechanism.     

Diffusion Coefficient of a Binary Liquid System

A generalized diffusion coefficient correlation for a binary system of liquids has been developed to represent the data for a wide range of temperatures. Detailed analysis shows that the proposed correlation fits the experimental measurements of diffusivity with the corresponding calculated values with an acceptable percentage error.

本文首先根据文本中各个字符的颜色相似的特性,确定已知文本块的文本的颜色,利用文本的颜色信息二值化文本图像以得到文本块中的字符数、字符的尺寸和间距;其次,根据视频图像的大小和视频的播放速度确定搜索窗口的大小,并利用文本的运动信息来预测搜索窗口的位置;第三,根据在相邻两帧中具有相同内容文本的颜色相似的特性,提出了一个可以解决脉冲噪声和部分缺损或遮挡问题的稳健匹配准则来跟踪文本块;最后,确定跟踪输出的文本的颜色、尺寸和运动方式。本文方法可以很好地跟踪平移、缩小或放大、旋转、淡入淡出和部分被遮挡的水平或倾斜排列的文本,并且可以记录文本平移、旋转和缩放的速度。     

A computational study of LP-based heuristic algorithms for two-dimensional guillotine cutting stock problems

In this paper we develop and compare several heuristic methods for solving the general two-dimensional cutting stock problem. We follow the Gilmore-Gomory column generation scheme in which at each iteration a new cutting pattern is obtained as the solution of a subproblem on one stock sheet. For solving this subproblem, in addition to classical dynamic programming, we have developed three heuristic procedures of increasing complexity, based on GRASP and Tabu Search techniques, producing solutions differing in quality and in time requirements. In order to obtain integer solutions from the fractional solutions of the Gilmore-Gomory process, we compare three rounding procedures, rounding up, truncated branch and bound and the solution of a residual problem. We have coded and tested all the combinations of algorithms and rounding procedures. The computational results obtained on a set of randomly generated test problems show their relative efficiency and allow the potential user to choose from among them, according to the available computing time. 关于离散Kirchhoff薄板单元的研究

本文对离散Kirchhoff薄板单元进行了深入的分析。文中将用于建立离散Kirchhoff单元的泛函分为三部分,分别用应变第一不变量、绕Z轴的转动偶和有关的单元边界上的积分来表达,并阐明了各部分的作用。其中单元的收敛性质完全由第一、三部分所决定,而第二部分则控制了单元的计算精度。在此基础上,文中建议了一种提高离散Kirchhoff单元精度的新方法,并由此推导了一个任意四边形离散Kirchhoff单元。计算表明,本文的改进单元与原来的离散Kirchhoff单元及其改进型相比,计算精度有了显著提高。     

应用改进的BP神经网络预测导弹的研制费用

结合导弹武器系统研制的特点，分析并确定了影响导弹武器系统研制费用的主要因素，并在前人研究的基础上，提出了基于改进的BP神经网络的费用预测模型。该模型不仅克服了以往由于专家主观因素而造成的负面影响，而且提高了算法的运行效率和模型的预测精度。通过具体的实例分析比较，充分证明了利用该方法的科学合理性。最后探讨了利用BP神经网络进行数值预测的方法和应该注意的问题，并给出了一些有益的建议。     

A Unified View on Clustering Binary Data

Clustering is the problem of identifying the distribution of patterns and intrinsic correlations in large data sets by partitioning the data points into similarity classes. This paper studies the problem of clustering binary data. Binary data have been occupying a special place in the domain of data analysis. A unified view of binary data clustering is presented by examining the connections among various clustering criteria. Experimental studies are conducted to empirically verify the relationships.
