随着我国西部地区石油勘探开发的进展,5000-7000m的深探井所钻数量不断增多,套管程序增加,特别是大尺寸井眼所钻深度明显加大。由于国产大尺寸钻头结构单一、型号少,破岩机械能量和水力能量不足,在易斜井段目前尚无可靠的防斜保直措施,以及钻井液性能不适宜等原因,大尺寸井眼的钻这远远低于215.9mm井眼的钻速。据此,提出了几项可以提高大尺寸井眼钻速的措施:增加大尺寸钻头的种类,采用阶梯式扩眼钻头,强化钻井参数和水力参数,选用中速动力钻具,改善钻井液性能以及采用冲击旋转钻具等。  相似文献

This paper describes a brushless dc motor system without position or speed sensor. The brushless motor consists of a permanent magnet synchronous motor and a voltage-source inverter capable of controlling the amplitude and frequency of voltage. The rectangular-shaped stator current with a conducting interval of 120° (electrical) is controlled to be in phase with the trapezoidal back electromotive force. This results in producing maximum torque. Variable speed is achieved by adjusting the average motor voltage similarly to chopper control of dc motors. In this paper, two sensorless position detecting methods, i.e., an “indirect method” suited for the lower-speed range and a “direct method” suited for the higher-speed range are proposed. The combination of the two makes it possible to detect the rotor position over a wide-speed range. Furthermore, a speed-sen-sorless PLL control is proposed in applying the principle of the direct method. Experimental results obtained from a prototype brushless dc motor are shown to confirm the validity of the sensorless drive. The starting procedure of the motor also is discussed because it is impossible to detect the rotor position at a standstill.  相似文献

潜油电动机滑行时间是评定电动机装配质量的重要指标。鉴于手工测量电动机滑行时间存在效率低和误差较大的不足,设计了潜油电动机滑行时间自动测量系统。它通过分压电路和计算机自动测量系统测量潜油电动机定子上感应的电压变化状况,即可得到电动机滑行时间。用手工测量、波形分析和自动测量3种方法测量6种型号电动机的滑行时间,其中5种滑行时间长于3s,判定为合格;1种滑行时间短于3s,判定为不合格。3种方式测量的滑行时间具有较好的一致性,仅波形分析法得出的滑行时间比自动测量的滑行时间稍长,表明自动测量方法的精度和重复性可满足要求。  相似文献

研究了配网侧接入电源对负荷建模的影响。发现当配网侧电源的发电容量逐渐增大时,原有的感应电动机并联恒阻抗、恒电流、恒功率(ZIP)模型的负荷模型将不再能很好地反映该区域的负荷特性,进而提出了一种新的负荷模型结构———异步发电机并联ZIP模型。通过仿真计算,验证了该新负荷模型的有效性,并进一步统一了上述2种负荷模型,称为异步机并联ZIP负荷模型。  相似文献

The proton nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (1H-NMR), the synchronous fluorescence spectrometry (SFS) and the ruthenium ions catalyzed oxidation (RICO) method were used to determine the chemical structure of polyaromatic nucleus in Oman residue fractions. The results of 1H-NMR analyses showed that the average numbers of aromatic rings in the aromatics, resins and asphaltenes units were 3.2, 5.6 and 8.2, respectively. SFS was used to investigate the distribution of aromatic rings in residue fractions, the main distribution range of aromatic rings in aromatics, resins and asphaltenes were 3 4 rings, 3--5 rings and more than 5 rings, respectively. The aromatic network in residue fractions was oxidized to produce numerous carboxylic acids. The types and content of benzenepolycarboxylic acids, such as phthalic acid, benzenetricarboxylic acids, benzenetetracarboxylic acids, benzenepentacarboxylic acid and benzenehexacarboxylic acid disclosed the condensed types of aromatic nuclei in the core. The biphenyl fraction (BIPH), the cata-condensed fraction (CATA), the peri-condensed fraction (PERI) and the condensed index (BCI) were calculated based on the benzenepolycarboxylic acids formed. The results implied that there was less biphenyl type structures in all residue fractions. The aromatics fraction was almost composed of the cata-condensed type system, and the asphaltenes fraction was wholly composed of the peri-condensed type system, while in the resins fraction co-existed the two types, herein the peri-con- densed type was predominant over the cata-condensed type. Based on the analytical results obtained in the study, the components --aromatics, resins and asphaltenes -- were given the likely structural models.  相似文献

Magnetic bearing using pinning force of a permanent magnet and a high‐temperature superconductor has been developed. Additional permanent magnet is introduced to increase the levitation force of the magnetic bearing. In this hybrid magnetic bearing system, levitation force is mainly given by the repulsive force of the permanent magnets, and stability for the lateral direction is given by pinning force of the superconductor. The experimental device is developed. A ring‐type superconductor and a bulk one are examined. Levitation characteristics of the hybrid magnetic bearing are measured. The bulk superconductor shows better characteristics of both levitation and lateral stability than the ring one. Levitation force of the hybrid system becomes about twice as large as that of the nonhybrid one. Although, the repulsive force of the permanent magnet decreases the lateral stability of the system, its influence becomes small by choosing an adequate position of the permanent magnets and the superconductor. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. This paper presents a method of predicting the steady‐state performance of a new hybrid‐excitation synchronous machine (HESM) theoretically. The field pole of this HESM is axially divided into two parts; one is an excitation part and the other a permanent‐magnet (PM) part. A nonlinear equivalent circuit, which can include the saliency of the rotor and the magnetic saturation due to the iron core, is derived. Based on this equivalent circuit, the steady‐state performance of the HESM is calculated, and the results are confirmed through experiments. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
