The effect was studied of certain properties of fish meal on their tendency to predispose chickens to develop gizzard lesions when used in starter diets. These properties relate to the degree of heat treatment to which the meals had been subjected, the fineness of the meal, and the fish species involved. The effect on gizzard erosion of addition of dietary lysine was also considered. The results suggest that the use of meals heated to 130°C or higher, but not of meals stored at lower temperatures, is more likely to result in the development of gizzard lesions, while the fineness of the fish meal had no effect on this phenomenon. In some instances added dietary lysine reduced gizzard erosion incidence. No relationship was found between chicken liveweight gain during the experimental period and gizzard lesion scores. 目的 以安徽花鼓灯非遗文化为例,对青年群体的数字体验需求进行梳理,以便精准锁定用户需求,推动非遗文化在青年群体中的数字化传播。方法 从用户研究角度出发,采用KANO模型和KJ法,筛选、梳理青年群体数字化体验需求的不同层级和优先级。结果 分析得出青年群体在视觉体验、功能体验和知识反馈三大维度的数字化体验需求偏好,并针对其偏好提出对应的设计策略和设计方案。结论对三种不同设计维度中的10项设计属性进行优先级排序,获得青年群体在数字化体验中最为认可的偏好需求,为后续的数字化体验服务建设提供科学的理论指导。也为其他非遗文化在青年群体中的数字化传播提供了一定理论参考。 相似文献

Lantern fish of the species Lampanyctodes hectoris were shown to contain phospholipids (10 g kg?1) and non-phosphorylated lipids (140 g kg?1). The phospholipid fraction consisted of phosphatidyl choline (47% of total phospholipids), phosphatidyl ethanolamine (42%), phosphatidyl serine (3%), phosphatidyl inositol (1%), sphingomyelin (4%), lyso-phosphatidyl choline (1%) and cardiolipins (2%). Lantern fish (L hectoris) meals normally contain unacceptably high lipid contents (150 g kg?1 and over); this characteristic was found not to be due to a high phospholipid level in the lantern fish. The major fatty acid of the phospholipids was C22:6n-3 (25% total fatty acids) followed by C16:0 (18%), C18:ln-9 (16%) and C20:5n-3 (8%). This distribution was different from that of the non-phosphorylated lipids where the major fatty acid was C16:0 (21%) followed by C18:ln-9 (19%), C20:5n-3 (11%), C20:l (7%) and C22:6n-3 (7%). AbstractAround 1900, the Catholic Church in Belgium and France started to systematically use the magic lantern for religious education, but also as a propaganda tool in their fight against their laic opponents in both countries. In the course of the nineteenth century, the magic lantern had become a major visual mass medium in Europe and the United States. The light beam of the lantern was seen as a powerful means to sustain faith and disseminate the views of the Church. While numerous members of the Catholic clergy embraced the projections lumineuses as a continuation of the long-standing tradition to teach the gospel through images, from glass windows to paintings, they had to face opposition by those who thought the magic lantern unfit to be used to lecture on religious matters.
