An ecological-transactional understanding of community violence: Theoretical perspectives.

Community violence has emerged as a major risk factor for the development of mental health problems in children and adolescents. If mental health providers are to meet the needs of children and communities dealing with community violence, then they will need to integrate principles from various subdisciplines in psychology (e.g., developmental psychology, school psychology, developmental psychopathology) as well as disciplines outside of psychology (e.g., sociology, public health, medicine) to understand fully the developmental impact of exposure to community violence. The development of such a model is necessary to identify the pathways, risk, and protective factors on which prevention and intervention programs can be built. The goal of this article is to present an ecological-transactional model of community violence as a conceptual framework for understanding the existing literature and for guiding future research on community violence exposure and child development. Peer responses to a team's weakest link: A test and extension of LePine and Van Dyne's model.

This article reports research intended to assess and extend a recent theory of peer responses to low-performing team members (J. A. LePine & L. Van Dyne, 2001a). An instrument that assesses 4 types of peer responses to low performers (compensating for, training, motivating, and rejecting) was developed and then cross-validated in a subsequent study. Results of the study supported the validity of the peer responses measure and were generally consistent with the attributional theory of peer responses. Low-performer characteristics influenced the peer responses. These effects were mediated in part by peer attributions, affect, and cognitions, which explained variance in the peer responses over and above the variance explained by respondents' personality characteristics (i.e., The Big Five). 润滑油基础油的现状及发展趋势

叙述了内燃机油的发展对基础油的要求，并对传统工艺和加氢工艺生产的基础油质量状况进行了分析，指出润滑油加氢工艺是提高基础油质量的有效途径。加氢工艺生产基础油是润滑油的发展趋势。     

可焊性高强度钢筋的开发与生产

为进一步开发国际钢材市场，研制开发了符合加拿大可焊性高强度钢筋标准要求的高强度钢筋．制定了化学成分及力学性能内控标准，分析了生产工艺各环节对成分和性能的影响，依据试验结果，在全面统计分析的基础上，调整了冶炼成分，生产的531批钢筋全部合格．通过直方图及回归分析，说明了制定的产品生产工艺可行，也为今后的生产提供了理论依据。

根据国内外能源结构的调整变化，就我国和世界上其他国家采用燃气联合循环发电的情况以及能电共生新趋势作一些介绍，供规划建设联合循环发电决策参考。     

防盐抽油泵的研制及在文留油田的应用

文留油田因其独特构造和地层特点，抽油井结盐严重，文中通过对油井结盐机理及抽油泵结盐主要形式、原因的分析，有针对性地开发了防盐抽油泵，并介绍了防盐泵的结构和主要技术特点，在实际应用中配套应用相应防盐技术，取得了较好的效果，极大地减少了盐卡泵现象，抽油井检泵周期得以延长，为其它油田类似油井生产管理提供了新方法。
